About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have over 7 years of hands-on pet care experience. Growing up with dogs taught me how to understand their different personalities and needs. I also have a Shih Tzu of my own, so I know how important it is to provide pets with love, patience, and a safe environment. In addition, I’ve cared for my sister’s dogs, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and making sure they feel comfortable while she’s away. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I give my own. You can count on me to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care while you’re away. I currently work part-time at a daycare, which has helped me become responsible, patient, and dependable. I’m fully available on Thursdays and Fridays, and I’m available Monday through Wednesday after 8:00 p.m. I’m hoping to make pet care my full-time career through Rover, so I’m committed to providing reliable, loving, and attentive care for every pet. I’ll always make sure your furry family member gets the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll take the time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, and any special needs so they receive the best care possible. I have a friendly Shih Tzu of my own, and I always make sure introductions are done safely and only if everyone is comfortable. Whether we’re going on leashed walks, playing, or relaxing at home, I’ll provide a safe, clean, and loving environment. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

“Lisa was a wonderful host to our two senior dogs. This was our first time using Rover and the dogs had a rough start adjusting (had multiple accidents in the home). Lisa was patient and was solution focused. She tried different methods to decrease their anxiety and provided us frequent updates on how they are doing. They definitely adapted with her help! One of our dogs is diabetic and Lisa helped us administer his medication injection as well.”
