“Dawn was very caring to Eunice, brushed her daily, kept her litter clean, gave her treats and attention every time. There’s nothing better than travelling knowing your cat is being well taken care of!”

2. Mark S.

“Nala took to Mark straight away when she met him. It's great to know that your animal is being well looked after while you're at work. Mark provided pictures and even videos of our pups time with him which was lovely to receive when at work and reassure you that she was happy. We will continue to book Mark on the days we are both working. Thank you Mark!”

3. Jade P.

“Jade was a great cat sitter! Very communicative and sent lots of lovely photos of my cat Mac playing. Will definitely have her look after him again :)”

4. Anne-Marie Y.

“Anne-Marie was very caring and kind looking after my five cats and understood immediately that I was concerned in leaving them with someone outside of my family for the first time. However she looked after them by feeding and playing with them during each visit and sent me photos, videos and feedback from each visit to put my mind at rest. Great service!”

About: Amble is founded by Jade and George, two experienced dog care professionals with a shared love of dogs. They are DBS checked, canine first aid trained, fully insured, and continually improve their expertise through specialised dog care courses. With their knowledge and experience, Jade and George are always confident in advocating for your dog and ensuring they are fulfilled and happy. They have a wealth of experience in all aspects of dog care, including senior care, injury and operation recovery, puppy socialisation, managing reactivity and training. They specialise in small dog walks with the following philosophy: "Our approach: Our emphasis is on small group walks where we can understand each dog's unique needs and work consistently on their training and engagement with us. Whether it's helping a dog overcome a behavioural challenge or ensuring a safe and enriching walking experience, our commitment is to always lead our dogs calmly, kindly and confidently. We always ensure that our small dog walking groups are respectful to others and we are confident in advocating for our dogs if they need space from dogs or people that they don’t know. We know it can be a big decision trusting new people with your dog, so we always offer a free meet and greet before any regular bookings or overnight stays, giving you a chance to get to know us and see how important providing expert, consistent and reliable care is to us" *Please note we may not be able to take unneutered male adult dogs for group walks and will need to discuss this on a case by case basis, we will take puppies and young adults. Unfortunately, we can not take female dogs in heat* At Amble, your dog is a priority that seamlessly fits into our daily routine. As full-time dog carers, any dog that comes into our care will receive our undivided attention. Depending on their exercise requirements, they will enjoy up to two walks per day in beautiful natural areas in the week, and on weekends, we can take them on exciting adventures to explore locations further afield. Our schedule is designed to ensure your dog receives personalised attention and the perfect balance of exercise, play and rest. Safety, trust, and a welcoming environment are at the heart of how we care for your dog. Whether in our home or yours, we ensure a comfortable and secure space for your dog. Our home is fully pet-friendly, with your dog welcome to roam and relax anywhere they choose. Although we are more than happy to have dogs on furniture, we uphold any training or routines you have in place, including sleeping arrangements or furniture rules. Our small garden provides additional space for fun, and we’re always ready to adapt our environment to suit your dog’s needs.

6. Colin F.
About: Used to breed Labradors and enjoy training puppies. Although I have not taken any training courses have trained a number of my puppies/dogs over the years. I am basically a full time pet carer/walker/house sitter. I am single and have very few other commitments. I occasionally do other part time work. I do not have pets in my own home as I share it with others. Unfortunately my flatmate does not like animals in the flat as he is allergic to animal fur.

7. Sophie S.

“We booked Sophie for regular drop-ins over the span of two and a half weeks and honestly she has been an incredibly reliable, caring and communicative cat sitter. We could sleep easily knowing that someone responsible and genuinely good with pets is looking after our cat while we're out of the country. Dexter is usually very shy around strangers but instantly took a liking to her, which says a lot. We were concerned about letting someone we don't know have the keys to our flat for that long, but she has been nothing but respectful of our home. To sum it all up, we would definitely book her again!”

“Amy is a caring and attentive dog sitter. She has looked after our two dogs on multiple occasions and they have always come back to us happy and content. We have a nervous rescue dog and Amy is so kind and gentle with her, which we have struggled to find with other dog sitters. She is responsive, organised and professional and we wouldn't let anyone else look after our dogs. 10/10”

10. Tessa S.

“We chose Tess due to her experience of looking after small dogs and being local to my address. We met initially as an introduction and I was very impressed with her wealth of knowledge and love for dogs and most importantly how much little Ru loved her. Tess provided me with prompt updates during her drop ins and wonderful photos. I will definitely book Tess again and recommend to all owners who are thinking about it!”

15. Louise B.
“I've been friends with Louise for many years and know her to be sensible and trustworthy, especially with the care of animals. She's a cat lover and I've never known her to see one without remarking about how cute it is. She has her own cat, Howie, who is adored and doted on and I would trust her whole heartedly to care for my cat Daphne if needed. Louise is dependable and I know she takes her duty as a pet sitter seriously whilst really enjoying it too. I'd highly recommend.”

19. Mounira A.
“Mounira has been an absolute star taking care of our two beloved 14 years old babies, Fudge and Daisy. She was was fully engaged in all the communications and proceedings from the start to the end, and beyond. Our mind was put at ease during the first meeting with Mounira. She made sure to ask about their feeding and playing preferences etc so as not to disrupt their daily routine too much. While we were away, she kept us fully up to date and also sent over lots of great photos. Our cats didn’t seem to be fazed by the change at all and that can only be down to Mounira being a fantastic cat sitter who kept them well fed and entertained. We returned home to two content cats and the flat was also clean and tidy. We definitely recommend Mounira’s services – in fact, we’ve already made another booking!”

Always reliable and punctual to work with and has proven to cope well in stressful/difficult environments.
