About: I’ve grown up with working spaniels and currently have a 2yo cocker, so I’m comfortable with even the most crazy and demanding dogs. I care about meeting breed-specific needs and investing quality time in games that they naturally love. Happy to practice any training you might be working on and I’m understanding of the unique quirks they all seem to have. I will always try to make walks fun and engaging, but my house is a quiet and comfortable environment to relax in - just me and my own dog. There is a fully enclosed garden to run around in and I have a dog-safe car for trips out or emergencies. I work from home 4 days a week (sometimes all week) so have time and flexibility to engage with my dog. A typical day starts with a fun activity walk to engage the brain, followed by plenty of naps and a bit of training/play during the day, then a calm evening on the sofa. My house is dog proof and dog friendly. It’s clean and cosy, but big enough for a bit of space for alone time if needed and I have a fully secure garden with plenty of room to run around, sniff and play games. The road is quiet so very few strange noises to bark at. My dog sleeps overnight in a crate, but he is allowed to chill on the sofa if invited and sometimes on the bed if he’s been good. Treats are always nearby for good behaviour.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 18, was a house sitter for multiple animals at the same time. Love going on multiple walks per day around the beach and parks local to me. Love having dogs socialise with each other as I have a dog myself, he loves playing with other dogs. Love spoiling dogs and giving them the world they deserve. I don't necessarily have any special training that I can provide for your dog, however I will always make sure they are well behaved! Working from home gives me a lot of time with the dogs , I will usually keep the back door open all day so they can go into the garden when they want to. Happy with big, small, medium sized dogs, as my dog gets a long with all dogs. He's an ex rescue dog and very shy around people. However around dogs he comes alive! I'm currently working full time from home. I have an online business, meaning I can work when I want. My typical schedule would involve my partner waking up around 5AM to let the dogs out as she leaves for work around 6AM. The dogs then come into bed with me until I wake up which is around 7-7:45AM. My work starts with a meeting at 8:15AM which usually lasts 30mins-45mins. After the meeting I typically go on a dog walk for an hour, this can be around the fields , parks or beaches near me. Then I come home and work through the day, the back door will be open all day so the dogs can go out. I then go for an afternoon / evening walk around 5-6pm. This usually is an hour however can change depending which dogs i'm looking after. I can also do 1 walk per day if that is all your dog needs (some dogs cannot be over-excercised). Pet-care very easily works around my daily life, nothing would change in my schedule if I was to look after your dog. I have a fenced garden, and a very friendly 10 -month old rescue puppy called Dexter. He loves playing with other animals and dogs, male of female. There are 2 doors to get in, 3 if you count the one without a lock. Meaning if they were to get out the door to my flat they wouldn't be able to get out to the road. My dog does not get protective over treats or food so eating wouldn't be an issue. My dog also does not get jealous , he's never been aggressive in the time we've had him, he's scared of people but loves animals ! My dog also does not bark ! If your dog was to bark or try to dominate him he would allow it to happen, he's very placid.
“Stephen is clearly a natural with doga and I had to practically drag my dog away from Stephen's when I went to pick him up! Dean Winchester Ii is definitely looking forward to his next stay.”

About: I have had a dog of my own for 12 years and I have experience in all stages of a dogs life. I have undergone puppy training as well with my own dog. I have plenty of spare time to spend with your dogs and give them the care they need. I can offer boarding, day care, drop in visits and dog walking 7 days a week. I have a dog friendly house and garden. Fenced and secure. I have stair gates to prevent dogs from going upstairs and a gated front garden. I also have ramps to help get out into the garden.

About: I will look after your pets like they're my own! I have had cats and dogs from a young age and I am experienced in looking after them and each of their unique quirks and how they mix together. Of course all animals are different so I will work with you to look after and care for your fur babies and their individual needs exactly how you would want them to be cared for. About: Calm, home-from-home dog boarding by the beach 🐾 I offer a relaxed, loving environment where your dog will be treated like part of the family. Living right by the beach means plenty of fresh air, walks, and a calm routine — it’s like a little holiday for them while you’re away. I’m active and out walking daily, making sure your dog gets a good balance of exercise and downtime. “The cats were very well looked after by Gosia on our recent trip. She is so kind and caring. She is responsible and organised - which really puts my mind at ease leaving them. We got photos and feedback for each visit which was really helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gosia.”

“Hollie was so helpful, I contacted her to help with my mums cats, mum is tech averse so Hollie's patience and communication flexibility as well as popping in prior so mum could meet her was exactly what we needed. Mum was very happy with the standard of communication and care Holllie offered. 5 stars rightly deserved! Thanks Hollie!”
About: Dogs have been in my life for as long as I can remember but since meeting my partner (Cara) 13 years ago, we have had the responsibility of looking after our own dogs We lost our Australian terrier 6 years ago but now we have a cocker spaniel who is 5, very well trained with recall and tricks, although very excitable but this is due to the love he is shown regularly. Our dog is walked three times a day so you can guarantee any pet left with us will get exercise if desired. We are dog and animal lovers so they’ll be in great hands. I currently have a lot of flexibility in my job that allows me to work from home. This means I have the ability to care for your pet and also provide walks in the morning, lunch and evening. I’m outdoorsy and a keep fit kind of guy, so weather does not prevent me from getting my steps which is beneficial to me and your pets. Cara is unable to work from home but she makes it for our evening walks and our weekends are centred around our dog, we don’t go anywhere without him and even if we do he is left with our parents, not home alone. I have a fenced back garden, a very friendly dog named Jarvis (working cocker spaniel) which should provide some much needed company and entertainment for your pet.

“Amanda was brilliant with Betty and with looking after my house. She was lovely to deal with and really helped to put me at ease and provide updates of Betty. I came home to a very chilled cat and well looked after house - what a joy. Will certainly be booking her again - highly recommend.”

About: Hello, I’m Jamie, a reliable and experienced professional based in Margate. I work flexibly across consultancy and community-based roles, which allows me to offer dependable cat care throughout Thanet. I’ve always loved cats, and if I’m honest, cat sitting started because so many friends in my circle have adorable cats that I’ve happily looked after over the years. What began as helping out friends when they were away quickly became something I genuinely enjoy. Every cat has its own personality, routines and quirks, and getting to know them is one of the best parts of the job. I understand that leaving your cat with someone new requires trust. Whether your cat enjoys company and play, prefers a quiet fuss on their own terms, or simply needs feeding and a welfare check, I’ll provide calm, attentive care and regular updates while you’re away. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative and attentive to each cat’s individual needs. My aim is simple: to make sure your cat is happy, comfortable and well cared for, and that you can relax knowing they’re in safe hands. I also love taking photos and will happily share updates so you can see how your feline friend is getting on while you’re away.
“Christine was excellent! She came around prior to dog sitting to meet our dog Bobby and she had a nice calm approach which is great as Bobby can be nervous meeting new people. But all went great and Christine was excellent with communication throughout and gave us regular updates and sent pictures. And most importantly, Bobby was very thankful for her company. Would definitely use Christine again - thanks 👍”

About: I’ve looked after and owned pets all my life -I’ve been surrounded by cats and dogs as I’ve grown up and could not love them more. Neighbours and friends have relied on me throughout the years, and I currently look after a dog on a weekly basis so am used to dog sitting! I’m currently working from home a minimum of 3 days a week so I’m always free to look after pets in the day! Happy to look after them in evenings and will walk regularly. Also available on weekends. I live on a very safe road and reside in a safe and comfortable flat, where your pet is welcome to have free reign of! The surrounding area also has plenty of dog parks!
“Dana was absolutely wonderful when she looked after Nori for me. I needed someone to go in twice during the day to walk her and feed her while I was in London. It was the first time we had met and she offered to join our morning walk to get to know both of us before spending time with Nori that day, which I’ve really appreciated. She gave me lots of updates during the day, and I felt very secure in the knowledge that Nori was in good hands. I would definitely book her again – in fact, we’ve already made a plan for the next sit! Thank you!”

“Bethany is wonderful, she provided drop in services to feed 5 cats, engaged with all of them wonderfully and very consistent. Excellent communication, provided each day with a lot of information. Attentive and understanding, definitely would book again with Bethany!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently have a 7-year-old Fox Terrier, so I’m very familiar with the energy, intelligence, and personality that comes with the breed. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of different ages and temperaments, from playful puppies to more senior dogs who need a gentler approach. What sets me apart is the personal attention and patience I give to every animal. I understand that every dog is different—some need lots of play and stimulation, while others just want a quiet cuddle and a steady routine. I treat every pet like my own, and I’m always happy to follow any special instructions to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and happy in my care. I work at a studio just 5 minutes from my home, which gives me a lot of flexibility. I can either bring a dog with me to the studio I create a calm and secure environment where pets can relax, play, and feel safe. I don’t have any children or other pets besides my own friendly Fox Terrier, so your pet will get plenty of attention and one-on-one care. I make sure the space is pet-proofed, clean, and suited to their individual needs—whether that means lots of play, quiet time, or regular toilet breaks.

About: I've trained my Dobey, my Rotti, my Yorkshire terriers, and Vlaamse Rose rabbits. I have a fountain of knowledge and buckets of love to give. I would like to dog sit nearer my children who all live in Berkshire, occasionally. I really love living by the sea but I do miss the Chiltern hills. If anyone from Berkshire would like a reliable, experienced, fun sitter please contact me. I don't have a pet anymore. I'm totally independent. I think that makes me pawfect for the role of reliable dog/cat/house sitter. Love to walk! Your pet would be part of my family. I'd make sure they were comfortable and felt loved from the moment they arrive. A calm space.

“Excellent service received from Tina. I left my puppy with Tina for the whole day. It was the first time I had left her with anyone, so I was a little bit worried how she would get on. Tina was very reassuring and even messaged me during the day and sent me photos of my puppy enjoying her stay . Lovely lady, I will definitely book again.”

I absolutely love them and can guarantee they will receive nothing but the best in terms of love and care. I’m currently working part time from home, mainly as a freelance writer-something that delights my own crazy Jack Russell as he is now never left alone! It’s me and him (Snoop) plus my wife and eleven year old daughter in the house. I can easily crate your dog if needed but am also happy to give them the roam of our house. I have a fully enclosed garden for them to use as well.
“100% recommendation. Fern had our 16 month old springer spaniel for day care at her house, Fern has a very kind and caring temperament, she sent pics of Ziggy having a lovely walk and he was very happy when she dropped him back to our home, he immediately went to get a toy and took it back to show her. We need to bottle whatever she has as he behaved better in her car than he does for us! 🤭 Thanks so much Fern, we will be back 😊”

About: From a young age dogs have been a big part of my life. I grew up alongside my family’s gorgeous cocker spaniel who we unfortunately lost a couple of years ago. This is where my love for dogs began. I currently have a 3 year old english bulldog and a 6 year old daschund who i both raised from a puppy. I have just left sixth form after completing my a-levels. I do not currently have a job but I often dog sit for my extended family’s pets. This has enabled me to gain experience with many different dog breeds, big and small. I currently do not have a job and so my schedule is very flexible. I am available to dog-sit on weekends and weekdays, I am free morning, afternoon and evening When caring for your pet in your home, I sure to follow their normal routine, ensuring that I will feed them on schedule, make sure they get regular walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention.

About: I have always had a love of dogs, and owned my own as a child. I have two dogs myself now. A cockapoo and a labrador. They love having walks on our local beach which is 2 minutes from my home. I have attended dog training classes for several years, which I helped run and I am an artist of pet portraits, which make treasured presents for people. I treat all dogs as I would my own, and give them my best attention and care. In my area we have lovely sandy beaches and a nearby park. I live in a victorian terrace house, with a secure garden, with my husband and 2 sons in their twenties. One has just finished uni, and my other son works at a school, and plays football in a team. We all love animals.

About: My love of dogs began in 2022 when I moved into my current house. The family I lodge with own two adorable pugs, they stole my heart and never gave it back. Since then I've loved them as my own, taking them on nice long walks most days, mucking in and cleaning up after them and providing lots of daily snuggles on my bed. My room is their room. Plus I provide full time care when their owners go on holiday. I love all dogs. I bartend part time in a dog friendly pub and shower affection on all our doggy visitors. Every dog from Rotties and Boxers to tiny little Daschund's and Chihuahua's. After a redundancy last year my calling became clear. I've been dog sitting and caring for dogs for nearly 4 years, I want to spend my whole day with dogs (to be honest I prefer dogs to humans) so making a career of it makes sense. As well as providing all the love and care in the world, your dog will be in safe hands, I'm conscientious and diligent in watching over them, keeping them safe from food and weeds, keeping them hydrated, thorough with all the clean up and very communicative, I like taking photos of all our fun so you can always be assured your dog is safe and having a wonderful time. I hope you'll choose me as your next dog-sitter, I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon. I work as a writer so I'm very flexible, with lots of time to devote to your pawsome friends and can often be available at short notice. Their safety is my number one priority. I keep a watchful eye out at all times, keeping food out of reach and doors locked, if they're out in the garden I make sure it's secure. If something breaks or spills I'll secure the dogs first then clean up thoroughly.

About: I have always loved animals particularly dogs and have owned many myself over the years. I look after all my friends and families pets ranging from dogs to cats and I also provide dog training in my local area Currently walking and doing drop ins for family and friends pets so more dog walks will fit right in to my day. I absolutely love to walk and explore new places and having a friend beside you just makes it even better. Extremely responsible and trust worthy. I have a fenced garden and a friendly dog myself for company or can do solo walks and drops in for reactive dogs.
About: I’ve always had dogs and other furry friends and now I have my own dog, who I rescued from Romania. My dog will likely join us on walks and he is friendly with other dogs. If this is not suitable for your dog, then he will not come. Happy to continue with your training - practice loose lead walking/recall if required. Otherwise your dog can have lots of fun running, playing ball or sniffing to their hearts content. I am available most evenings and weekends. I’m unavailable on Wednesdays, however I might be able to do other days when I work from home. Whilst your pet is in my care I will tend for them as my own! Happy to meet and greet before booking to introduce ourselves.
“Bethany has checked in and walked our spaniel Cooper this week and she’s been great! Awesome communication and really professional. Looking forward to booking Bethany again, have also booked in for a weekend house sitting with Cooper in September as Cooper loves her!”

About: I have worked in rescue/Animal care sector for over 10 years. Recently, I was working with the Scottish SPCA where I would look after and rehome a variety of animals in my care; many of whom I had taken home to rehabilitate. I’m also heavily involved with rescue work in a voluntary setting. I homecheck, Assess, foster and transport animals. This is a big part of my life and I’m very proud of the work everyone does to help provide a safe space for neglected animals. I love working with animals that have behavioural issues (I am not a trainer/behaviourist) so I’m quite happy working with and following care plans for reactive dogs (laid out by you and/or trainer) or plans that suit the owners and their needs. I’m passionate and focused so the welfare of your animal will always come first! Please note, I do work part time so I am unable to house sit. (I do have a FB page called Scoobs Sitter) I do have experience of working and owning animals from Hamsters, Ferrets, Rats to Snakes, Cats and Dogs. I also enjoy taking photos of your animals and sending humourous messages so you know your pet is being well looked after! Please see the above information for further details on how I can help. We can also discuss further in messages and away from the site. Thanks for reading. This is not applicable to me as I am unable to offer house boarding in my own home. I am able to house sit in client homes.

About: I’ve spent the last 6+ years helping to care for my dad’s gorgeous cocker spaniel, who I absolutely love taking out for walks and spending time with. Looking after him has given me lots of hands-on experience with daily care, exercise, and making sure dogs feel happy and comfortable! I also regularly take care of my cousin’s cat, which I really enjoy. I’m a huge animal lover and genuinely love spending time with pets, giving them plenty of attention, care, and affection. I am currently job hunting so have plenty of availability and can be very flexible! Happy to do day time, early mornings, late evenings & weekends - anywhere you need the help! I have a fenced garden and plenty of room for your dog, I also live super close to the local park for lots of walks!
