Absolutely marvellous. From the meet and greet you can tell Emma is a dog lover AND understand dogs. She gave a very concise write up and photos and videos, with knowing our boy was reflective of the actual walk. About: I spent the first 15 years of my life growing up with my best friend Ruby (german shepard puppy) who I learnt so much from in regards to caring for a dog between the ages of 5 months to 15 years old. I gradually experienced all the duties of caring for a dog; including caring for them when they are unwell and on regular medications. The last few years I have supported my friends in caring for their fully grown 7 year old male German Shepard. During this time, I learnt about to build relationships and a strong rapport with adult dogs who may be less trustworthy of people. I have spent time with another friend in looking after her small maltese mix breed puppy and on the other side with a friends XL Bully. This experience has definitely opened up my knowledge of different breeds and how they're needs change accordingly. I am a massive dog lover and I find as much as I give them love, I receive so much love and care back from them. I personally do not have a dog at the moment which is why I have joined Rover to ensure I don't miss out on these beautiful experiences. I am available to give your dog lots of love, care and attention. I am able to take them on walks, attend to toileting, give them lots of play time and monitor them over their stay. I will cater the care to your dogs needs and will utilise any information that you send my way. I will send you updates as much as you require so you feel your pet is in safe hands and that you feel right next to them during their stay. I would love the experience for you and your pet to be that of a 'Home to Home' I am available on the weekends and can adapt my routine to the routine of your furry friend.I am available for walks, toileting, play, exercise, feeding as per your routine. I would just require information on your pets routine please. I lived in a gated area near Hampstead Heath park in London. Here there is a vast amount of greenery, walking paths and dog friendly areas which would make a lovely walk for your furry friend! I will ideally like to look after pets in their own residences and if this is the case, will use all provided instructions to keep your pet and your home safe as well as any others present. I will ensure I treat your pets and home with the same respect as I would my own.

About: I have always had dogs since I was 4, my first dog was a Westie - Sparkie 🐶 . I loved her like my best friend!! My family have always been dog lovers so I have grown up with dogs in the house constantly, from our pets, to rescue dogs, to foster dogs and even my mum being a dog sitter too! You will see from my photos the mixed terrier, Gilbert, and shih tzu, Buddy, are my family dogs (that live at home not with me) but I regularly look after for my mum. Also the Labrador is my boyfriend’s family dog, Sully. I have dog sat for him too so am comfortable with difference sized dogs. My whole childhood having pets means I am very comfortable with all dogs, know their behaviours and naturally being very loving & gentle to all furry friends! I am 24, work from home 4 days a week, which means I am flexible for dog walks or to drop it in a visit… I would love to work around when best suits you so please let me know your circumstances! Being a Taurus I am a nature LOVER 🌳 running is my biggest passion and I love walks through the forest too so walking dogs is something I have always done and would love to offer my services! Feel free to drop me a message about your beloved dogs and I would love to help 🥰🐕 I work from home 4 days a week, always in the office on a Wednesday so that is my only day I can’t help much. I am free to walk in the morning before my 9-6pm work routine, can book time out at lunch too for walks and after work too. My boyfriend and I rent a house in Tamworth with a garden so have space for a dog. He is often working (12 hour construction shifts) so I have plenty of time and space for dogs! I would love toe company! 🤣

About: I have been looking after pets since I was a teenager. Me and my partner used to housesit all over the world. This enabled us to travel while also exploring a culture as if we lived there. I also provided dog walking around my local neighbourhood as I love walking and it's always nice to have a little friend to walk with. I work online as a singing teacher, so can be flexible when it comes to pet care. This job enables me to have flexibility within my day. When popping in or housesitting,I always make sure that I leave the house exactly how I left it and make sure to clean up any mess if any that has been made by muddy paws

About: What truly sets me apart is a lifelong connection with animals—not just as a pet sitter, but as someone who’s always lived with and cared for them. From a young age, animals have been a constant part of my world. I’ve grown up alongside pets, learning their language, understanding their needs, and appreciating the trust they place in us. Today, I’m a proud pet parent to my own playful puppy and two beloved cats, so I know firsthand the joy—and the responsibility—that comes with giving animals the love and care they deserve. That daily experience adds depth to how I connect with each pet I care for, whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs an engaging walk, or a shy cat who needs patience and gentleness. I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and understood. I don’t just show up—I tune in to what your animal needs on a personal level. My clients trust me not just because I’m dependable, but because I genuinely care. Whether it’s a simple walk or extended pet sitting, your pet will be in the hands of someone who truly gets animals—because I’ve lived a lifetime with them, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Pet care isn’t just something I do—it’s what I do. I’ve chosen to make this my full-time focus because caring for animals is what I truly love. With no other job pulling me in different directions, I’m able to give my full attention to every dog walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay. Since this is my sole priority, I can be flexible with scheduling and fully present with your pets. I build my days around their needs, whether that means early morning walks, midday play sessions, or quiet companionship in the evenings. Your pets won’t be just one of many on a busy schedule—they’ll get my time, my care, and my full attention. Because I live this every day with my own puppy and two cats, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to treat your pets like family. That’s exactly what I aim to provide. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In My Home: I provide a calm, pet-friendly space where animals can relax and feel at ease. With a playful puppy and two friendly cats of my own, your pet will have companionship and stimulation (or space to themselves if they prefer quiet). I maintain a clean, safe environment with plenty of playtime, cuddle time, outdoor breaks (for dogs), and consistency in feeding and routines. I keep stress low and happiness high. In Your Home: When caring for pets in their own space, I respect your routines and your pet’s comfort zone. I follow all instructions carefully, from feeding and walk times to medications, litter box care, and favorite toys or spots to nap. I also make sure your home is respected and kept tidy while you’re away. I take my role seriously and treat your pet—and your space—with care and attention. Whether in my home or yours, you can count on me to treat your pets like my own—with patience, love, and dependable care.

About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. I currently only have a cat at the moment as my dog lives with my dad in Scotland, however, i can ensure your pet, whether thats a dog, cat or other, will be kept safe and entertained. As long as boundaries regarding the animal are understood beforehand they will be kept safe and secure.

About: I have so many years of looking after animals, I worked at my local vets when I was a lot younger. Have loved all kind of animals ever since. Including horsesI have my own beautiful smooth collie who is 13 years old now. I would love to be able to take and care for dogs that need a bit more attention and maybe longer walks. I have plenty of time to offer as I am officially retired now. I have experience with older dogs and happy to have the challenge of a puppy too. I can fit looking after dogs to suit anyone that needs it. I am completely flexible and as I’m not working I can start early or finish later whatever is needed. I do have a secure garden but not sure Belle would be happy with another dog in it. I am happy to go to other peoples houses to look after their pets in the comfort of their own home, in the environment that they are settled in .

About: I’ve helped family look after dogs for 9 years whenever they needed. I have owned my own family dog for 8 years when he was rescued in 2016. I moved away to university in 2019 to study zoology and miss being around dogs everyday. My partners family has 2 dogs and we look after them regularly, along with friends dogs. We both love dogs but unfortunately it’s just not the right time for us to adopt one yet. I am currently not working so would love the opportunity to fill my day spending time with dogs. We regularly go on evening walks and a dog would be a great addition! Weekends are great times to go on longer walks and explore the local area. We are currently not available for any dogs to attend where we live but would be happy to visit your home or walk in local areas.

She used to volunteer at Sedgley farm and used to help take care of the animals and do the animal petting sessions. She would make an excellent animal sitter or dog walker, she is also very honest and punctual.

I can’t recommend Poppy highly enough. She has been walking my dog for 6 months and it’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does. From the very beginning, Poppy was warm, professional, and incredibly reliable. My dog absolutely adores her! One of the things I appreciate most is the care and attention she gives. She always made sure my dog got the right amount of exercise, playtime, and even sent thoughtful updates and photos after each walk, which always brightened my day. Poppy treated my dog like her own, and that peace of mind was priceless. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and great with animals, Poppy is truly one of a kind. Maria Smith

Sam has cared and loved her own family dogs and any dogs she has ever come across throughout her whole life. She’s reared them since puppies, and grew up with them around the house. She’s a very maternal, responsible, loving woman and any puppy would be lucky to be loved by Sam even if it is even for a day or two, but hopefully longer.
