“Thea did a great job looking after our dog Millie while we were away. Millie can be a bit difficult at times but Thea ensured she was exercised and played with her. Thanks Thea and we will definitely call on you services again next time we going away.”

About: Hi, I'm a 35-year-old registered nurse with a love for all animals and years of hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets. Over the years, I've looked after or had cats, large dogs, horses, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, and fish. I currently share a three-year-old British Shorthair cat, so I understand how important it is to have a trusted, loving person caring for your pet while you're away. I treat every animal in my care with the same love and attention I give my own. My background in nursing means I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, caring and compassionate. I've provided pet and house sitting services in both Australia and the UK, and I pride myself on being clean, tidy, conscientious, and respectful of other people's homes. I'm also happy to provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax and enjoy your time away knowing your pets are safe and happy! Please feel free to reach out—I'd love to help Currently I am working bank triage nursing, so this is very flexible and I can work from home if needed, available all times of the day. Currently unable to provide services in my own home, But I am safe and trusted, I have a current DBS check for work and had a police check completed for pet caring in Australia in the last three months.

“Grace has come to my mums rescue after circumstances have changed with walking Alfie and I couldn’t thank her enough! She’s been absolutely brilliant with updates continuously along the way! Thank you grace, we’d love to keep using your services in the future x”

About: A home has never felt quite right without an animal there - I’ve always grown up with dogs and cats in my house. Since moving to Norwich, I now have a clingy tuxedo cat called Mister. I have previous experience caring for both lively puppies and senior dogs. More recently, I often care for friends/families/neighbours dogs and cats which I absolutely love. My calming presence can often help for any animals with a more anxious energy. I have a quiet, calming voice and love to give dogs (and cats if they like it) all the belly rubs and strokes. I have my car so am able to take your dog(s) out for walks to their favourite places, however long the walk! I'm always happy to meet up in person or over video call first to give you, as a pet owner, the reassurance your pets are in good hands. I’m self-employed and very flexible with my time so can easily work around you. I’m a photographer and will often have my camera with me so you may end up with some pet portraits! I am happy to work around what works best for you and your pet(s) - we can always work out a plan to ensure that your pet gets all the love and care that it needs. We can also meet beforehand to have an opportunity for me to meet your pet and see how we get on

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs from a young age bathing them, and taking them on walks. I think dogs are interesting and smart I’m fully available throughout the weekdays to take care of your pets whenever you need!! Please let me know at least two days in advance I keep calm and collected if we have do any trouble which doesn’t happen for me as animals normally warm up to me pretty quickly.

“Patryece had a lovely calm manner that put my nervous pup at ease after just a few moments, and was great with communication while booking and sent me lovely photos from the walk, would definitely recommend.”

“Karl was great. Accepted the job at short notice and did exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!”

“Marcia was really great. I would highly recommend her. My dog was happy to see her every day and she was punctual, considerate and caring every time. I rate her very highly.”

About: I was lucky enough to have 7 Guinea pigs, 2 dogs and 2 cats growing up so walking, feeding and play time has always been part of my day to day. Currently, I have one cat and would love a dog of my own but its not the right time for me, so I thought Rover could be a great way to incorporate some extra pet quality time. Beyond this, I have regularly house & pet sat for friends, family and new owners who I have been recommended to. As well as a couple of pet sits through Pawshake. Animals including cats, dogs, guinea pigs and chickens. I am an easy going and tidy sitter who is a calm affectionate animal lover. I understand inviting a stranger into your home can be a bit daunting for both you as an owner but also for your pet. I am a conscientious person, who is grounded and mindful of the space I am in. I want to ensure that you are confident and relaxed whilst away, and that you leave your home and pets, safe in the knowledge they will be cared for as if they were my own. Usually with my service I am happy to send regular updates/photos whilst you are away to let you know how your pet is getting on. I am currently working casual hours so I am flexible and open to pet care opportunities. I also drive so can travel easily to other locations. My approach to animals is always a calm and mindful one. All animals have their own unique personalities and just like humans it’s important to respect their boundaries and preferences. When entering a new home and meeting a pet for the first time, I always allow for them to approach first and build trust, giving them space to get used to me. Regarding your space, I’m a conscientious and experienced sitter. I am aware of the weight of inviting a stranger into your home and Im always mindful to keep everything tidy and exactly as you left it.

About: Hi my name is Polly and I am 20 years old studying social work at the UEA. I have always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I am a responsible and caring dog sitter who would love help take care of your dog. I don’t have my own dog, but my partner and I have a large family and we are always looking after their dogs! So I feel very experienced in looking after a variety of breeds. I live in a flat on floor two with myself and my boyfriend and have quick and easy access to a large area of grass for dogs to use the toilet. I love walking, and would love for a dog to keep me company on these walks! I think a dog is part of the family, so they will be given lots of cuddles and attention and get first pick of the sofa! I am happy to give regular updates and photos to give piece of mind that your dog is in good hands. I am currently off for summer until September so I have a pretty free diary the next couple of months. In September I will then be able to offer weekend sits/walks, and potentially week day but I need to find out my uni schedule closer to the time. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment where dogs can feel relaxed and safe. I treat each pet like one of my own — with lots of attention, cuddles, and playtime based on their energy level and routine. I stick closely to their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medication instructions.

About: From the age of 7 I have been an animal enthusiast and dreamt of working with pets for a living! I have grown up surrounded by animals meaning I understand how to make a pet feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I have often done pet sitting for friends and neighbours and I can easily adapt to any needs you need met. I am hardworking and trustworthy and I have four pets myself ( two cats and two dogs ) so I understand how important taking care of a pet is… pets mean the world to their owners! If you need a companion to be as playful as your pet by playing games and going on walks or you need a calming influence for your pet i can do it. When handling pets, care and understanding is central to creating a positive environment to help your furry friend feel safe, secure and happy. As the owner of a rescue, I understand the fragility and care some dogs need when their owners are busy and therefore need an extra pair of hands. I am currently working part time to earn some money for university! Education (as wonderful as it is) is also so expensive! I can easily fit taking care of pets around my schedule and I understand how busy so many pet owners are! I am flexible with my schedule and I am able to commit to your pet in order to guarantee a stable relationship. I can adapt myself to cater to the needs of your pet … whether they are anxious and need extra patience or just crave a companion to be as playful as they are- I can do it! I can enforce whatever boundaries that you set in your home and understand the importance of respecting privacy. When pets sitting your pet I am able to create a trusting and safe environment to ensure the security and comfort of your furry friend!

“Outstanding service from Cressida. Without doubt we will be using her again.”

About: I have always had dogs and cats throughout my life, I have 1 dog and 2 cats. I am caring and attentive to each animals needs. I also understand no pet is the same, they all have their own personalities and needs. I am home full time studying a degree through Open University, so your 4 legged friends will be easily accommodated for along with my own. I have a car and a clean license, so travelling to look after your animals in their own home is possible during school hours while my son is at school. I have a fenced secure garden for dogs to run around in, and plenty of space for them to roam around the house. I live in a rural location with lots of lovely locations for dog walks, with opportunities for your pets to socialise with other dogs in my community too. I can provide care for animals in their own home or take them for walks during school hours.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, and cats, since the young age of 6. I am trustworthy, gentle and reliable and will love your pet like they’re my own. I have taken care of family and friends dogs as well as my own and love more than anything to make every fluffy friend feel loved and safe. I currently work weekdays at a local cattery, with a large 4 hour break in between from 12-4 which I would love to fill with dog walks and drop-ins! I am free most weekends for house stays for the more nervous pups who feel safest in their own environments. However I cannot have other dogs at my own home at this time as I have a dog and two cats of my own who are not so open with sharing their space. I am happy to answer as many questions as needed in order for you to feel comfortable with me looking after your furry friend in your own home, as well as ensuring the routes for dog walks that I take will be safe. If you would prefer to have your dog on a lead whilst on walks that is completely fine and if your dog is not comfortable with walking on country roads I will avoid them in the routes I choose to take!
