“Rachel was fab and the dogs really loved having her pop in and spend some time with them. Will definitely use Rachel again”

“Alfred was just amazing from the very beggining. I had a cancellation extremely last minute and he answered fast and planned a quick meetup on the same day. My dog loved him the moment he stepped through the door, and the first time meeting I got the vibe of calm, friendly, professional about him. Throught the whole booking: - always kept me informed of when he would drop-in (daily) - kept the daily card updated and descriptive / plenty of photos too - asked questions if unsure - ensured my dog always had what was needed to endure the heatwave - always stayed on top of what we had discussed and any concerns Totally booking again :D”

“Rachel put me at ease with my 2 fur babies. My oldest is very timid around people but within a day he come out of hiding and was more comfortable around her which amazed me. My youngest made a new friend. As they don't get on Rachel made sure to keep them separated. Plenty of photos and kept me up to date and kept in communication with me. Many times she stayed longer then the time booked. She went above and beyond. 100% would use Rachel again.”

About: I’m Sian and I’m my late 30s and I work from home. In 2024, I sadly lost my beloved 11-year-old German Shepherd and am now looking for dogs to share in some daily walks and enjoy some doggy companionship. I have plenty of experience with dogs, as they’ve always been a part of my family, and have had 2 rescue dogs of my own, so have lots of experience with anxious pooches. Don’t have any children, so I have plenty of time and attention to give. I love hiking and would be thrilled to have a dog join me on outdoor adventures! I work from home all week so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your animals. Happy to have them overnight too! Don’t have any children and a big house and garden, so plenty of space to run around and play. Your dog will love running around or chilling at my house.

About: I’m Steph and I am doggie mad! I have over 15 years of doggie experience of different breeds and personality types. We lost our beloved Springer Spaniel Murphy last year due to old age. Since then I have been regularly volunteering at our local doggie rescue, Maxis Mates where I walk all the gorgeous doggies. I also foster for Guide Dogs so have special house guests regularly. I am passionate about providing top-quality care for your furry friends. From daily walks and playtime to personalised drop ins. I will ensure your dog’s happiness, health, and comfort come first. I will treat every pup like family, creating a safe and loving environment they’ll adore. Whether you need regular care or occasional help, I’m here to keep tails wagging and your mind at ease. Trust me to give your dog the attention and care they deserve. Because happy dogs make happy owners! Big or Small, We Love Them All! I am very flexible. I can work to most schedules. I can offer walks, drop ins and boarding throughout the week currently. I can meet most demands. In my home, your dog will be cared for as if they were my own. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where your pup can relax and feel at ease. From cozy spots to nap to plenty of space for play, they’ll enjoy a home-away-from-home experience. We have a secure garden for running. I offer personalised care tailored to their unique needs, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and cuddles. Your dog will never feel lonely, as I’m dedicated to giving them my full attention and affection. With constant supervision and a welcoming atmosphere, you can trust that your furry friend will be happy and well cared for in my home.

About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer.

About: I’m Vicky, I’m 37, and I live in Marske. One of my favourite things about living here is all the dogs I get to meet on the beach! I work from home most of the time, and in my spare time I enjoy walking, reading, yoga, and sea swimming. I can offer dog walks, or looking after dogs at my home. I’ve looked after lots of dogs before, from a miniature dachshund to a German pointer! I also have experience of caring for a dog post surgery (IVDD). I am respectful of owners wishes e.g correct nutrition, keeping on lead, training etc. and can offer lots of love and cuddles! I work mostly from home so would suit a dog who doesn’t need constant attention (if looking after them at home through the week). On lunchtimes, evenings, and weekends, I can offer dog walks and overnight home stays. I have a completely secured fenced off large back yard and I live in a quiet street. Dogs are allowed wherever they feel comfortable in my home, including on the sofa! I have a baby gate between the kitchen and living room. I live a 5 minute walk from the beach and a large field - perfect for dog walks.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was of a young age. Had dogs in my family growing up, a springer spaniel. I regularly look after family members dogs. I have a 5 year old Cavapoo - he’s friendly, loves to go on walks but isn’t overly playful! I love the company a dog provides, I love walking myself so go 2-3 times a day regularly… having extra companions to do that with makes it even more fun and enjoyable. Typical walks are through the woods or along the beach or cliffs. I work from home so I am in during the day. Live in semi detached housing with fenced back garden. I work from home so have got convenience on my side. I walk regularly anyway around 2-3 times a day before work, lunch time and after work usually. I have a fenced back garden. I would keep dog on lead at all times unless recall is sure to be good. Walks regularly on beach / woods.

About: Hi, I’m Kyle and I’m a huge dog lover. Due to work commitments, I’ve been unable to get a dog of my own, so have joined Rover in the hope of being able to look after dogs and find some snack/nap partners! I own my own house which is well looked after. It has a medium sized fully-fenced garden, perfect for dogs to stretch their legs in. I’ve grew up with dogs my whole life, and look after friends dogs too. I’m a pushover when it comes to treats, but I’m sure your dog won’t complain! If you need any more information or would like to chat about dates/times, please don’t hesitate to get in touch as I can be flexible. Can’t wait to meet your dog!
