I was initially very nervous about finding a dog sitter for Obi, but thankfully I came across Anna, who turned out to be everything we had hoped for—kind, patient, and clearly devoted to animals. She showed great perseverance and adaptability, especially when Obi was being a little stubborn, and always kept me informed if there were any questions or concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anna—she’s a fantastic dog sitter.

Theo has been an absolute godsend! We have two blind, diabetic Miniature Schnauzer’s and one is very nervy with new people but within 2 minutes of Theo arriving to meet them for the first time, Finn was in Theo’s lap! Theo has been totally reliable, punctual and great at keeping me posted with lots of pictures ❤️ Theo has also learnt how to inject the boys with their insulin and I had total confidence when they recently had a 2 night stay at Theo’s. I would totally recommend Theo to anyone needing help with their fur baby! Thank you Theo!!!! 🥰

About: I have owned a dog all my adult life and come from a family of dog lovers, we have all different breeds and sizes which as a family we all care for together, we often meet up and socialise them together. Having had dogs myself I have cared for them from puppy to their final years. I have 2 Frenchies and a cat of my own, after recently being made redundant I decided to work for myself dog walking as I love Dogs, walking, and understand the stress this takes on working dog parents. I offer a free meet up for all new dogs and complete a questionnaire to understand your pets specific needs. I offer a variety of walking services all listed on my website.

About: I am currently studying veterinary medicine, meaning I have had experience in all animals from tiny mice to cows! I currently own cats and rabbits I have been pet sitting for over 5 years and have looked after dogs and cats, as well as small rodents and even an axolotl! So I am happy to look after anything! I also currently work at a rescue kennels, with rescued dogs from Romania, Bosnia and Greece. These dogs come in with all sorts of behaviours so I am used to all sorts! I am also happy to give medication to animals as I have clinical experience as well. My work schedule at the kennels is very flexible, so can change my hours as required. When at uni, the usually day is nine to five, with the ability to leave at lunch if needed. I may be more busy while on placement, but that depends on where I am and what my hours are, so that can be discussed. I will usually ask to come round while you are there to meet you and the animals. This way you can show me where everything is and I can meet your pet before coming into their space alone. I can then take a spare key or use a lock box if you have one

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, I currently have a German Shepherd at my family home, who I miss very much. I studied canine training at university and absolutely love everything to do with dogs. I am a professional rugby player and want to dedicate my free time to caring for dogs :) I am currently a professional rugby player for Great Britain and I’ve always grown up around dogs. Whilst my job takes me to various places around the world, it also leaves me with lots of free time when I am not in training camp or competing and I’m looking to spend that time making a dogs day great. Caring for A Dog is something I really enjoy doing As I love dogs so much, they have a special place in my heart and they bring me so much joy. Their comfort and happiness is my main priority, and I do everything I can to make sure they are well looked after (pampered)

About: I’m a part time dog trainer and have worked in rescues so I’ve seen the calmest to the most aggressive of dogs, your dog will be in safe hands with me as a walker/sitter due to the variety of temperaments I’ve cared for. As a part time dog trainer, I do a session in the morning with my clients and late afternoon, so I am free all day to give your pooch a nice long walk to stretch their legs and play with some toys! I cannot provide care in my home. When in the owners home, I provide daily updates via texts and videos of how your dog is doing, almost like a holiday dairy for them to fill you in on their activities from today.

About: Hi there! I'm Elizabeth, and I'm offering Dog Walking and Pet Sitting. I am a huge animal enthusiast, and have grown up alongside multiple types of animals. I've worked with all kinds of dogs over the last few years and even have experience with nervous and reactive dogs. I studied Animal Care at college in 2023, and in that have gained qualifications such as Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and Animal First Aid, to name a few! I believe all animals should be treated properly and as individuals, as no dog is the same. All animals in my care will be treated like my own, and given respect and space if needed. This will not impact the amount of care given, as I will give 110% to all my doggie companions! I have loads of experience with other pets including: - Small mammals - Chickens & Ducks - Small farm animals - Invertebrates & most Reptiles I'm currently free most days including weekends and holidays. I try and work with times best suited for you, so please feel free to message about availability! I live in an owned house with a decent sized garden with grass which is fully secured with tall fencing. I have access to crates and safe areas for your furry friends aswell if they ever need some time alone. With dog walks and pet sitting, I am flexible to work alongside the owner to agree on which equipment will be used to make sure your animal is safe during their time with me. I do have access to my own leads and equipment, but am happy to use what is provided for me!

About: I am fully trained in Dog first aid, Dog training, animal behaviour and care. CPD Accredited. Since being little I have had a close connection to animals, at 8 I used to walk a dog I adored in our village, I couldn't have one because of family allergies. One day my mom called me and he was sitting on our lawn! I'd never brought him home before. My twin brother used to say I was a freak because of how animals talked to me ha! My animals are all extremely vocal, we talk, I have 3 ponies (1 therapy), 2 working cocker spaniels hyper yet chilled & 2 fluffy cats. They all are very contented and come into the house, except for my big horse who just looks at me and stands outside the kitchen or living room waiting on treats. I am trained in therapy for adults & children, I am CPD Accredited in dog first aid and dog training and animal care and behaviour. I am available most of the time apart from school runs I am able to pop in or walk, or have your babies in my care. My house and fields are fully gated and fenced. I have a back garden and fields for them to be free in, especially when the ponies are stabled. I have a lovely large living room to make your fur baby feel at home and snuggle on the sofa. I can also crate if you prefer.

About: Having had dogs throwing life and having had my own for the past 10years and been a regular sitter for those of friends and family too I love the joy that a dog can bring to you home and your life overall. I really enjoy the time out and the mindfulness of walking a dog and in the comfort and care you get from them in return when chilling at home afterwards. Although full time employed I routinely work from home and a can adapt my day to suit the potential needs of any booking. I can work remotely while dog sitting in your home or arrange to walk your dog as part of my days routine. I would consider being your dog into my own home if they are sociable and gel with my own cocker poo Martha. I am caring and considerate and would respect your home as my own if caring for you dog in your own home. I would follow all instructions given. If bring them to my home I have a securely fenced garden should the care be in my own home. I also know of many wonderful walks int he area that are safe and dog friendly.

Where to begin with Kyra? She’s currently training to become a Veterinarian, having several years of study under her belt, so you can tell she cares for the animals around her. Beyond that, I know from discussions with her that she has spent multiple years working at livery yards for horses, many years in kennel work - working to rehome dogs from countries like Bulgaria and Hungary. Finally, Kyra has a plethora of animals herself! So regardless of the species, she’s got you covered and is an excellent pet sitter! 20/10 would recommend to all - M

Elizabeth McGuinness was kind enough to offer to look after our pet dog Jasper for 8 days over the summer holidays whilst we were on vacation abroad. She did a fantastic job and Jasper was evidently well looked after, as he hardly wanted to leave Elizabeth’s care on our return! She shows an obvious aptitude for animal care, and we were more than happy with the care and attention she gave to our dog. It can be very worrying leaving a pet for any length of time, but we were filled with confidence by her positive manner, demeanour and her natural affinity with animals.  I can’t recommend Elizabeth highly enough for the course she is about to undertake, and I know she will flourish in this environment that she is obviously comfortable and content in.

About: I've had experience with dog walking, pet sitting, dog training and have over 20 pets myself. Animal welfare is my top priority in any situation I'm currently on maternity leave but coming towards the end and wanting to get into doing what I love most, is my love of animals. I've got plenty of experience in administring medication, claw cutting, grooming and just offering lots of patience and cuddles. I'm confident in all animals both nervous and outgoing.

About: I am very flexible, happy to work evenings and weekends. I also understand shift work having recently worked for the NHS. Your pets would be well looked after in my care. I am currently focusing on my dog walking and pet sitting business so this is my main job at the moment. This is why I can be so flexible. I would always be watching the pets whilst in their own gardens. I am DBS checked and fully insured, plus I am a member of NarpsUk so follow their code of conduct.
