11. Macy C.
About: I’ve been brought up around pets my whole life - some good & sociable, and some timid and tetchy, so I am good at clocking when an animal needs its space, and when it needs some TLC! I’ve grown up with Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Fish, Cats and Dogs. I tend to prefer animals to humans to be honest, so this is a perfect role for me! I work from home to ensure I can care for my dogs Mabel & Barry. We originally had two female dogs, but our eldest, Blue, recently passed away, so Mabel has needed a lot more company, which I’ve adjusted my work-life balance to fit around. She’s an old gal, so a challenge to get out the door. We then adopted Barry, our mental Boston, who can’t go without 2 walks a day, so we try and get her out with him. I’d love to walk/hang with some more fluffs! Ensure they’re obviously stocked up on water and any treats they might want/need. Ensure I’m either sat with them the whole time, or if they’re a fidget bum, that I’ve at least got my eye on them. I’m very cuddly, and so will offer infinite snuggles for your pet, but also love a pet that, like me, treasures personal space haha!

12. Nicole A.

“Great communication and really good with the dogs! Would definitely use again”

13. Jaye T.

“Jaye allowed us to be away from the girls without any worries at all. She looked after them so well and the regular updates and photos were just fab. Clearly an animal lover, Jaye was so gentle with them both and we are delighted to have found somebody we can trust to take such good care of them. Thank you!”

14. Idris F.

“Idris was really communicative, sent me lots of photos and even some videos. Cats were well cared for at the agreed times while I was away. Would happily recommend Idris and book them again.”

15. Bik L.
About: Hello, my name’s Bik! 👋 I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I always had cats growing up and I would regularly look after dogs for my neighbours and family friends. I took time off work at the start of 2023 and started pet sitting on Rover. In that time, I’ve gained a good deal of experience looking after lots of cats and dogs of varying ages, sizes, and temperaments. From Chihuahuas and Terriers to Labradors and German Shepherds, and many more in between! This has included older pets, puppies and kittens, rescues, and those with anxiety. I completely understand that leaving your beloved pet with a stranger is a daunting prospect, but I promise that I will do my very best to take great care of your pet, and your home. I will follow your routines as closely as possible so your pet can have that familiarity whilst having the comfort of being in their own home. I will send you lots of photos and updates to reassure you that your pet is safe and happy with me whilst you're away. I work as a Website Officer, and I am lucky that this role is mainly working remotely so I am flexible in being able to spend my time looking after your pet in your home whilst I work. I am very accommodating with the days I can look after your pet. I am happy to stay in your home with your pet, whether you’re away for a night, a week, or a fortnight. Keeping your pet safe is my priority; this includes whilst they are in their home, and out for walks. I would never let your dog off the lead (unless previously discussed with you). Walk times can be changed according to the needs of your dog, and the weather. For example, there have been summer days where the temperature has exceeded 25 degrees. In these times it’s not safe to walk dogs during the day. I would either wake up earlier and take your dog out at 7am or wait until 9pm when the weather is cooler and it’s a more comfortable, and safe, walk for your dog. At the opposite end of the weather spectrum, when it reaches 0 degrees or below, I would consider whether or not it would be too cold to walk your dog. This decision would generally be based around the size of your dog, their age and those breeds with thin coats. If I did go ahead with the walk then I would take necessary precautions, keep the walk short and during daylight hours. I am happy to administer medication for your dog including tablets, liquids, and medications in food. As well as ear drops and cleaning etc. I have my own car and can drive your pet to the vets in an emergency.

16. Rianne M.
“Rianne is an amazing cat sitter and I couldn’t recommend anyone more! She has looked after my 2 babies, Monty and Mickey, countless times whilst I’ve holidayed or been away on work weekend trips. She always ensures my babies are fed, watered, and provides plenty of entertainment for them to prevent them getting bored (they are indoor cats). She also sends regular updates with pictures and videos of my cats both playing and snuggling up with her. It is very clear that my cats trust and love her so much, and so she automatically has my seal of approval!! 5 star service and I wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else. Thanks rianne for all the care you put into them❤️”

17. Ruby E.

“Easy communication and took care of the cats, no issues at all and would speak to Ruby again to look after them if needed <3”

18. Courtney H.
“Courtney has walked our dog since he was a puppy. She makes sure that we are at ease when she takes him out and he always comes back clean and happy. He gets super excited whenever she turns up because he knows he's going to have the best time on his walk!”

19. Geoff B.
About: I've looked after a wide variety of dog breeds and temperaments throughout my life. This included my own personal pets but also neighbours, friends and family. I'm highly reliable and pride myself on my duty of care. I am retired and I am able to provide care during the weekdays with a range of flexibility to provide care during the weekends too. I have a fully fenced garden as well as a completely secure property. Ample space within the property and the garden for pets to enjoy.

20. Seren P.
