About: I have owned and looked after dogs for the past 25 years. I have a first class honours degree in psychology where animal behaviour was in each semester. I have a pet first aid and CPR NVQ certificate and I am fully insured. My home is very spacious and I am home all day everyday. SHDC licence - AWL00122 I work very flexibly from home. Thus, I can be there with your dog 24/7 if needed. I love walking my dog on nearby fields (I keep on a leash but have a loose 10m lead). Snuggles on the sofa in the evening and on hot summer days, the doggy pool and hose pipe come out for play time (or your pet can chill inside). I will treat your pet as my own. I have always been a god lover. We have 3 toy baskets and lots of places for quiet time if needed.

About: I live alone with my Jack Russell age 2 and my cat. I have previously had a springer spaniel and a cockapoo, I have experience with all different kind of dogs. About: I have a 14 year old cat Poppy who is diabetic so I have experience in administering medication via injection and orally. My daughter also has a labrador who I often take care of for her at weekends. I currently work from 9-5 Monday to Thursday and from home on a Friday so I am available evenings and most weekends, and will also be able to do drop ins some mornings. I am very attentive and happy to follow any instruction provided to me by the pet owners. I love to go walking so am very happy to provide as much walking as needed.

About: I've had dogs all my life which have all been an integral part of my family. I've had fur babies of different breeds including Labradors, Scottish terriers, Beagles, Chihuahuas and currently have a puppy who is a Pitt bull mix called Maeva who is my absolute world ! I honestly believe a dog is the most beautiful creature on the planet. I love their individual personalities and their strength to love unconditionally. They bring so much joy and I just love being around them. I have raised all of my dogs from puppies to end of life and trained them all to a high obedience standard whilst still letting them rule the roost and be spoilt rotten. About: I have owned an older large breed rescue dog who was strong and had a habit of pulling. I have experience of caring for him in older age. I now have a large breed Romanian rescue dog called Ziggy who is super friendly and can come on walks if wanted. Can currently offer walks and animal sitting at the weekends can also pop in the evenings am happy to stay over in your house or just do regular visits depending on what is best for you I have a secure garden and a very friendly dog which can be used on walks for socialising. About: I am currently looking after a dog for a friend on a weekly basis, often going to the park, looking after him overnight, and sometimes day trips. I have raised my family dog since he was a puppy, so am fully aware of what that entails. When I go back home, I walk and take care of him. I live with my boyfriend who has had cats in the past, so I am used to having them in the house and how to take care of them. With this, I have lots of experience of walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping pets happy! I'm currently working from home full-time, so can look after pets at any time! My hours are also very flexible so I'm able to go for walks during my working day. I live in a flat, with a secure back garden that is fenced in. However, we do occasionally take on bigger dogs (lurchers, labradors etc) Your dog needs to be socialised with other dogs. Not be aggressive in any way. Walk nicely on the lead. I always insist on a meet and greet before your dog comes to stay. This will reassure you, that our house is a safe, secure, clean and loving environment. You get to meet our dog and any other dogs that are staying at the time. This makes the whole process so much easier to handle for everyone concerned. I know how stressful it can be, to leave your pets with anyone, other than family. We will never take dogs out in the heat of the day, or when it is raining heavily and won't let them off lead, unless told that they can be trusted to not run away. We have a large secure garden with shaded areas to play in, and enjoy indoor playtime and enrichment activities, when we are unable to go out for a walk, due to adverse weather conditions. We allow all dogs the full run of the house.....but have a barrier at the bottom of the stairs, and at the entrance to the kitchen, where they can be contained, if we open the front door. We are getting electric gates fitted soon. Every aspect is covered to keep them safe, secure and happy, whilst they are in my care. We always send lots of updates and photos to reassure owners. I am licensed to board 5 dogs at a time, so your dog needs to be well socialised and toilet trained. All dogs are walked once/twice a day....weather and ability dependant. All dogs are let out into our large secured garden to play, or go to the toilet every hour or so. In the Summer months, the back door is left open, so they can come and go as they please. Their last toilet break is usually around midnight. Your fur baby will become part of our family whilst you are away. There are no favourites in this household, and no forbidden areas. Everyone is treated the same. If Polly goes for a walk, so does your dog. If Polly gets a treat, so does your dog. You can enjoy your time away, knowing that your fur baby will not just be taken care of….they will be loved. Please read my testimonials. Lynn is semi retired and works from home and Paul works nights, so is up and about from lunchtime onwards. There is always at least one of us at home. We have a large private and secure garden where dogs can run and play. Enrichment activities are part of the day and walkies are twice daily. We have a barrier that is placed at the bottom of the stairs and a barrier to contain any dogs whilst we answer the front door.
