“Millie was absolutely fab with both mine & my sisters dogs on this pet sit, my sisters dog is super nervous with new people & she took to Millie right away who gave them unlimited snuggles while we were away. My dog is old, half blind & on cardiac medication but had no worries about how he would be left with Millie, she even let him snuggle in the human bed as he is used to at home. We were kept up to date with how they were & even asked about taking my sisters dog on a walk with her pooch to socialise, which was lovely. About: I’ve always had a huge love for animals and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I spent six months volunteering at a dog rescue centre in Barbados, where I helped care for rescue dogs of different ages, sizes and backgrounds. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, general care and, of course, giving them plenty of love and attention. At home, my mum and I have two dogs of our own, including a rescue dog we brought home from Barbados, so caring for dogs is a big part of my everyday life. I’ve also regularly dog sat for friends and family, as well as caring for cats while family members have been away. I understand how important it is to know your pet is with someone you can trust, and I’ll always treat every animal in my care with the same love and attention I give my own. 🐾 I work a mixture of locally and from home, so my routine varies depending on the day. On my local working days, pets will be cared for in the morning before I leave, including feeding, toilet breaks and a walk where needed. As I work locally, I’m able to come home during the day, so dogs would need to be comfortable being left for up to around 4 hours at a time. I’m then home from around 5:30pm for the evening, with plenty of time for walks, playtime, cuddles and attention. On my work-from-home days, I’ll be home all day with the pets, so they’ll have plenty of company and attention throughout the day, as well as their usual walks, feeding and toilet breaks. At weekends, I’m fully available to spend my time with the animals in my care and will always do my best to keep to their normal routine. 🐾 I’ll always look after your pets in their own home, where they’re most comfortable and can stick to the routine they’re used to. I’m happy to follow whatever routine you normally have, whether that’s feeding times, walks, playtime, toilet breaks or just lots of cuddles and attention! About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I was born and so have an unfaltering love for all breeds, big and small. I have also volunteered for dog kennels and rescue centres which involved walking, feeding and occasionally washing dogs. I also love cats and have recently rescued Attis. I am hoping to earn some extra cash over the summer before returning to university for my final year by doing something I love - hanging out with animals! I live in a 30 acre wooded property and so am used to giving long walks both on lead and off. I’m happy to walk your dog in these woods or our small field next to the house if a fenced environment is preferred.

About: I love all doggies! My Dog was a rescue who was very nervous around other humans and doggies, I took extra care with him re introducing him to new environments - now he is the most loving and playful dog! Have also taken many neighbours dogs for walkies for many years! I work part time as a snowboard instructor, so I have plenty of time to look after my fur baby! He has penny of walks and a doggy paddle pool for this mega heat! It’s all love around here! We have a big garden with lots of shade and a pool if they love water! At the moment, I have a very flexible schedule, which means I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. While I’m currently looking for a more permanent role in animal care, pet sitting fits perfectly into my daily routine and allows me to focus fully on looking after pets. I’m available throughout the day for feeding, walks, playtime, companionship and check ins, and I can easily adapt my schedule to suit each pet’s needs and routine. About: I’ve been looking after the fur-babies of my friends, family and colleagues for as long as I can remember. As a child my family have always had dogs and cats as members of our family. I love the opportunity play and snuggle. This is how I spend free time: cuddles with my two kitties who my husband thinks I love more than him… no comment. I am currently a part-time teacher so I’m always free on school holidays, weekends and Mondays. I’m going to be leaving soon so I will have lots more availability . In my experience pets are happiest in their own environment where they feel comfortable and safe, which is why I am happy to offer in-home visits, where I can feed/play/walk with your pet.
