Licenced dog boarder & day care. Dogs are my life!
I am a licenced home boarder based in Kettering and run my own boarding, daycare and dog walking business. I've worked with dogs professionally full-time for 6 months and part time for over a year. I now care for dogs every day and also have a 2 year old miniature labradoodle named Ziggy. He's full of beans but I've put a lot of effort into his training and it's definitely paid off. I've taken an interest in dog training and although I'm by no means an expert, I do understand dogs behaviours and body language well. I think I want to pursue this as a career in the future but looking to get as much care experience in as possible. Being a dog owner myself I know what it's like to want the best for them. They're family ❤️

Millie was very welcoming and spent time to make sure Tilly settled in. Millie’s flexibility so we could enjoy our nephew’s wedding was also much appreciated. Tilly and I would definitely recommend Millie!

Great help with our ginger cat! Mollie kept me posted and took pictures when she come to the house! I will definitely ask for her help again
Teddy had an amazing time from the moment Millie opened the door. Millie kept us updated with photos and videos. Definitely happy with him being looked after by Millie again.

Safety, trust & environment
After a bad experience putting my own dog into a kennel, I personally always feel more at ease knowing my dog is safe in his own home with someone I can trust. I also understand that some animals can be timid and nervous, I will do my best to gain their trust and companionship at a pace that suits them. I am calm but assertive and very aware of my surroundings so you (and your animals!) will feel safe and secure with them under my care.
Pets
A typical day
I understand how animals, especially dogs, need enrichment and stimulation. Even the couch potatos love a little play! As well as walking, if a dog is in my care for a full day you can expect us to be playing some stimulating games to not only tire them out physically, but leave them mentally enriched too. As well as giving them all the love and fuss they want! Your animals will never be ignored.
