About: I've taken care of many different breeds of dogs for 8 years, helping out friends and family. Ive brought up and trained a chihuahua since a puppy. I absolutely love dogs and I would do anything for them. I am reliable, attentive to their needs and schedules and will give them the love and attention they deserve I work from home, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups and give them lots of attention. About: I’ve been involved with animals ever since I can remember! From owning 3 horses and 2 beloved rescue dogs! I know how to adapt and change to each animal understanding not all of them are the same. I am also a qualified nurse so from my animal experience and nursing experience I’ve learnt how to communicate with both owner and animal. I work as an nurse as hoc and have enjoyed taking a break from the hospital!! And I have a wide range of availability and will most likely be free! I can communicate effectively with you the owner to understand where your pet is allowed. From owning two rescue dogs I’m also aware of certain dogs being afraid or aggressive to other dogs so I would walk on other side of the path to keep dogs away. I have had a huge experience around poorly pets- My current rescue has to have regular medication including injections and eye drops, I have also had experience with strokes amongst dogs and post operative care. My being a vet has enabled me to pick up critical information for dealing with emergency’s and the general health and well being of animals. I am also aware that dogs love company and like other dogs so I’m suited to all pet needs. I also give great cuddles and I seem to have a good track record with pets and they seem to always want more! I have plenty of time to play with your pups or cats due to being a newly graduate from university. I am available weekdays, weekends and all times of the day. I will ensure your dog remains in eye contact to make sure there’s no escapes. My sister is a qualified vet and my experience and knowledge of emergency care has grown from her. I will have your vets contact number in my phone before any visit/sitting.

I have owned my own pets since childhood, ranging from exotics creatures like lizards and hedgehogs, to cats and dogs both large and small so your pets are in good hands. Growing up on a farm in Portugal, I was surrounded by the heartbreaking reality of stray animals, which sparked a lifelong mission to help. I am confident to support with medication, look after nervous, anxious and even aggressive dogs. Your requirements can be discussed if you do have a young dog or even a dog needing to gain some confidence eg a rehome. I can provide a safe, warm home environment for elderly dogs and can offer them time and my experience to ensure they settle in my home. Your pet can socialise with my dogs if this is beneficial but can also be kept separately if required. I have experience working with guide dogs and assistance dogs. My own dogs have been registered Pets As Therapy dogs and used to help individuals conquer dog phobias. Please get in touch to discuss how I might be able to help. 1:1 training opportunities also available by request. I work part time and can devote part and full days to looking after your pet. Pets can be walked once or twice a day with regular toilet breaks. I have a fully secure garden with direct access to local fields and footpaths for county walks. Dogs can be with my own dogs or kept separately if required. Whichever is more beneficial for your pet. I am happy to use crates but this is not a necessity. Dogs can sleep upstairs if required and are welcome on the sofa.
