My veterinary background has given me extensive experience caring for animals of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, including those with medical needs, anxiety, or additional care requirements. I am confident administering medication, recognising signs of illness, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Working as an Ambulance Clinician has strengthened my calm, responsible, and trustworthy nature, especially in high-pressure situations. Safety, trust & environment
I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for every pet in my care. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication (if required), and any special care instructions. I make sure pets always have access to fresh water, a secure space to rest, and plenty of attention, enrichment, and supervision. I have a fenced garden and have access to open fields with wooden fencing. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I respect the home and maintain the pet's usual routine to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress. I keep owners updated with regular messages, photos, and reports. Safety is my priority, so I monitor pets closely during walks, playtime, and interactions with other animals, and I follow all instructions regarding health, behavior, and emergency contacts

Absolutely brilliant, left our Chase with Shelby for the day while my wife, son and I went to an aquarium. When we got him back home he was absolutely knackered and went straight to sleep. 100% recommend to anyone and will be using her again.

Schedule
I currently work shifts as an ambulance clinician, when I schedule pet care it will not be during my working days. My days when I am providing pet care will revolve around the animals normal routine or as close as I can.
