We both grew up with dogs and regularly care for pets belonging to friends, family, and colleagues—whether it’s for a weekend or an extended stay. We live an active lifestyle and love including dogs in everything we do. From daily walks to weekend adventures, your pup will get plenty of exercise and stimulation. We take part in weekly parkruns—perfect for energetic dogs who love to run! Daily walks are part of the routine, with outings scheduled for the morning, afternoon, and evening — giving your pets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and company throughout their stay. Our home is designed with your dog’s safety and comfort in mind. We have a fully fenced garden for secure outdoor play and an open-plan living area that allows us to keep a constant eye on your pup while giving them the freedom to explore and relax. We're a child-free and dog-free household, which means your dog will have a calm, stress-free environment all to themselves—plus their own sofa to snooze on, if they fancy it! As mentioned earlier, your dog will become a loved member of our family during their stay. Whether it’s walks, outings, or quiet evenings at home, they’ll be involved in everything we do. About: Hi, I’m Dee! I’m an animal lover based in Thirsk and I’d love to look after your pets while you’re away. I grew up around animals on my uncle’s farm and even dreamed of becoming a vet. When I realised I was too soft-hearted for that career, I decided to follow my passion in another way – caring for pets as if they were my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and happy. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands. I can travel around Thirsk for daily visits or longer stays, depending on what your pet needs. I am free Monday to Friday untill late afternoons for dog walking , pet sitting, drop in visits or anything that need your requirements when it comes to pets I own dog myself so I know how important daily routine is for them . About: I've loved dogs all my life and made it my dream job of being a walker and trainer in 2018. I am experienced with all kinds of breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments! About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs, each with different personalities and needs. While my living area isn’t very spacious, I can guarantee that your dog will receive plenty of attention and care. About: I have had dogs my whole life! I have dog sat for so many dog breeds and sizes. I have trained my own puppy too I do currently work but am looking at moving part time with pet sitting. I am available mom-fri from 5pm currently and free all weekends I have a fenced garden and plenty of big walks near my home! I have no dogs currently but I am around family that have kind dogs that would love to play if suitable. Dogs will be allowed around the house and garden freely. Your dog will be cared for as if she / he is my own (which means they will get away with murder). I have 26 years personal care of my own dogs - all rescues, from JRT's, Cross Breeds, Great Danes, Whippet, Pug and Doberman. Previously worked as a kennel hand at Sheffield City Kennels and Netherlands Kennels. Trustee for Rain Rescue (1 year appointment). Work alongside the RSPCA and Thornbery Animal Rescue to help fundraise for the charity. Confident with large breeds and will only board pets from 1 household at a time. I own 2 male neutered dogs who love to play with pupster visitors. DBS checked. Morning walk and feed. Playtime at lunch time and hide and seek treat hunt in the secure woodland area lasting apx 1 hour. Walk and feed in the evening. Fenced garden, and secure private woodland area. Dogs are with me all day in and out of the house. Cared for as my own dogs.

I currently spend mornings walking the dogs and spend afternoons ironing peoples clothes at home so I have plenty of time to spend with animals. My garden is very secure and is fully fenced. I have a large living area for the pets to relax and they are rarely alone.
