“Cannot recommend Chanice enough!! She was amazing!! It was our first time leaving our dachshund Layla with somebody not that was not our family and we were really anxious. Chanice was so accommodating to us and completely made us feel at ease from our first communication. She was brilliant with Layla and we were immediately at ease on our holiday. She sent us constant updates which was so great! Thank you Chanice!!”

“Natalie & her partner, Sarah, stepped in to care for Beau last minute when another Rover sitter fell through. Between the 2 of them, they cared for Beau in our home, leaving him only for short periods. We got plenty of updates, and we came home to a happy dog & a spotless home. We couldn’t have asked for more. Beau highly recommends them to any clingy doggo in need 🥰❤️”

“Caitlin looked after our 10 year old West Highland terrier for 2 weeks. She was fantastic I think she looked after Dylan better than we do he misses her. Dylan is a diabetic Caitlin gave him his twice daily insulin injections and walked him morning and night. She sent us photos and daily updates. We came home to a happy dog and a clean house. I would highly recommend her to anyone”

“Shannon was absolutely fantastic! She looked after Patrick in our home on the day after our wedding and it gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. She kept us updated and gave him plenty of walks which he was delighted about. We came home to a happy dog and a spotless house, so very happy 😊”

About: I’ve been helping my neighbours and friends take care of their dogs and cats, and I also have hands-on experience caring for cats and bunnies. I’m patient, gentle, and genuinely enjoy spending time with all kinds of animals — I don’t mind looking after other types of pets either! Whether it’s feeding, walking, or giving them some extra affection, I always make sure they feel safe and happy. I currently work part-time, so I just need at least one day’s notice to arrange my schedule. Once confirmed, I’ll make sure to give your pet my full attention and care during the booked time. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, making sure pets are fed and have fresh water as provided. I love spending time playing with them, giving cuddles, and making sure they feel comfortable and happy. If they enjoy going out, I can also take them for up to an hour of walking and outdoor playtime.
“I cannot praise Aimee enough! She was wonderful with my nervous boy, she came to meet him before her stay & he was so happy to see her again! Bert is looking forward to having her stay in the summer”

About: I grew up on a farm in the countryside, so I’ve been around animals my whole life and am very comfortable caring for pets of all kinds ❤️ Through my experience on Rover, I’ve looked after both dogs and cats with a range of needs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for. I work from home most days, so your pet will have company, supervision, and care throughout the day. I’m also available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule to fit around your pet’s routine 😊 I provide safe and loving care for pets, either in their own home or on walks around the neighborhood. Being home most days means your pet will always have supervision, attention, and companionship. I also have a secure, fully fenced outdoor patio for safe potty breaks and fresh air time, so every pet is happy, safe, and comfortable. 🐾
“I highly recommend Caitlin. Incredibly kind, professional, and asked many questions to ensure my dog and cat were well taken care of. She also sent regular updates with photos. Our pets loved her and we came back to a tidy home. Definitely someone you can trust”

“Carly stepped in last minute when our previous sitter cancelled. She was very friendly and had great with communication. Most importantly, Carly did really well with our Boxer puppy, who is full of beans! Carly stayed with Maddy all day to keep her company while we were away and Maddy had so much fun! I would highly recommend and we hope to have Carly back in the future. 😀”

About: I’m a reliable and caring dog sitter with a genuine love for animals and hands-on experience looking after dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding routines, playtime or overnight care, I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy while their owner is away. I understand how important it is to maintain consistency, so I follow each dog’s routine closely and provide plenty of attention and affection. With a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for animal wellbeing, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I work part-time so can provide daytime care 5 days per week. If your pet can be left alone during the day, I can provide sleepovers whenever needed. I look after pets in their own homes to maintain their comfort and routines. This adds a layer of safety by having someone occupy your house while you are away. I am extremely clean and tidy so you will always be returning to a well looked after house as well!

“Kirsten was fabulous. Our dogs and cat (and chicken) all were very happy. Well walked and cared for, Kirsten even did a little painting of them which will soon be framed and hung on the wall. Would happily recommend her to others and will be booking again.”

“Tanis was fantastic with our 6 month lab. She was warm and pleasant giving constant updates and sticking to the guidelines provided. We will definitely be booking with her again for an overnight stay or walk when we need it”

“Our Teddy absolutely loved Sharon! It’s not often he will take to strangers as he’s a particularly shy and nervous pup. Sharon was fantastic, very professional and has a clear love of animals, she even researched the breed before meeting him! She sent us plenty of updates and pictures of his antics. Will definitely be booking with Sharon again any time we need a doggo sitter!”

“I was really anxious about leaving Hendrix for the first time but Naomi was fab, she sent regular updates and photos and stayed with him the next day as I wouldn’t be home until late. Hendrix really took to her and had a great time. Will definitely rebook!”

About: My childhood was always surrounded by these four-legged angels, I'm used to feeding them, playing with them, bathing and trying some tricks. I've always had a strong connection with dogs, love to have them around. Can’t wait to meet your fluffy friend!! I am not working at the moment, so my schedule is free for daily walks and day care, overnight care and a lot of fun for your little friend. I normally prefer to take care of your pet in your residence for its safety and convenience. I always try to make sure that the environment is safe, I like to have a conversation with the host about limits where the pet can or cannot access, what is the pets routine, walking and feeding time. The pets routine is important , for as little stress as possible.
“Couldn’t recommend Joshua enough! My boys were very well looked after and had a great time! The photos and videos he sent made that very apparent ☺️ one of my dogs can be strange with men but after a walk they were instant friends! Will most definitely be booking with them again ☺️ thank you again! Especially from Chase and Enzo!!”

About: I am from China originally and has been in the UK for 5 years. I am an illustrator. I work from home so I have flexible working hours. I used to have many pets including 3 hamsters, 3 rabbits and 1 fancy mouse. I really adore cats and dogs and would love to spend time taking care of them.

About: While I am new to Rover and professional dog sitting experience, I have lots of hands on experience caring for dogs through both my own doggie - Roo (Jackahuahua) - and looking after dogs and cats for the families I babysit for. I often have responsibility and primary care of Roo whenever my parents go away on holiday, we love to go on long walks through forests and beaches (especially the places where it’s quiet and she can run free!) I always make sure Roo is fed, watered and comfortable to ensure all those good doggie cuddles, and to make sure she’s well looked after too, of course! Through years of babysitting experience, I have had to take care of both children and pets in the families’ homes. This can be tough, but very rewarding as I learned how important patience, attentiveness and staying organised in a busy environment like these can be. I am confident handling different routines, learning the needs of different pets and making sure pets always feel safe, calm and comfortable in my care Pet care fits well into my routine, especially on weekends when I am fully available for dog sitting, longer walks and giving your pet plenty of attention. During the week I work Mon-Fri 9-5 but would definitely be available during the evenings for evening walks or drop-in visits depending on location (especially with the brighter weather coming our way!). I always make sure any pets in my care gets my full attention, time and consistency When caring for pets, I always focus on making them feel as comfortable and safe as possible by sticking closely to their usual routine. I try and figure out their personalities and work with them instead of trying to get them to act a certain way, if they want space, they’ll get space but if they need attention they’ll get my attention. The pet’s needs are my biggest priority. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, walks and any specific needs. In my own home, I provide a clean, safe and calm environment where pets can relax, play and feel at home. I make sure that pets get plenty of attention, exercise and companionship and I’m always attentive to behaviour and wellbeing. I am also very happy to provide regular updates and photos, so owners feel reassured when they’re away

Dash enjoyed his stay with Caitlin very much! I appreciated the regular photos and regular updates we received. Dash often is pretty nervous around new people so I wasn’t sure he’d be willing to walk with her, but she was able to get him relaxed enough to trust her and take some walks. Thanks, Caitlin!

Natalie and Sarah recently took care of our Labrador, Sierra for a couple of days. They were super communicative before and during the booking, took good care of the house, and sent lots of pictures, which was great. Most importantly, our dog was very comfortable and happy with them, from the very first meet and greet. They even took her to the beach one day, which she loved. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and Natalie and will definitely book with them again!

Caitlin is the most attentive and considerate cat sitter we could have asked for. Not only did she charm our shy cat in a blink, she also sent regular updates with photos and details about our wee man. I highly recommend Caitlin and we will most definitely ask her to mind Dillin again!

Paige took excellent care of our dogs Charlie and Pippa in our home for a week. She was quick to respond to our initial messages, did a meet and greet with us and instantly filled us with confidence that the dogs would be very well looked after. She kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and photos. She also kept our home tidy. Would 100% recommend to others. Thank you so much Paige.

Sharon took great care of my cat and dog in my home while I was away for the night. She provided plenty of updates and was very communicative. Sharon is clearly an animal lover and both my dog and cat were very relaxed in her company. I would definitely recommend Sharon to anyone who needs to have in-home care for their pets

Emily really saved the day by accepting my booking last minute. She house sat for 4 days and my house was left in a better condition than when I left. My dog Fergie seemed happy and healthy when I got back which is all I can ask! I also got updates while I was in my trip. I can’t recommend Emily enough and will definitely be using her services again

Shannon was absolutely fantastic! She looked after Patrick in our home on the day after our wedding and it gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. Boris came back looking happy and content. I’d highly recommend Chloe to anyone needing someone reliable to look after their dog. Thank you Chloe 🩷

We couldn’t recommend Molly more! She is an absolute breath of fresh air, so friendly, warm and welcoming. Bear loved her from the second she arrived!
