About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I've grown up with dogs, including a Husky and a German Shepherd, and I've also cared for smaller dogs and multiple dogs at once. I've completed a 4-hour training course covering dog safety, prevention, everyday care, and responsible handling. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, giving medication with instructions, and adapting to each dog's individual needs. I love going on long walks, playing with dogs, and giving them lots of attention and affection. I offer boarding and daycare and am happy to send pictures and updates so you can see how your pup is doing! 🐶❤️ I’m home most of the day with a very flexible schedule, allowing me to give dogs plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, walks, and care throughout their stay. I’m also available for regular photo updates. I provide a comfortable, pet-friendly home where dogs are welcome on furniture and receive plenty of supervision, affection, playtime, and attention. I’m happy to follow each dog’s routine and their owner’s instructions.
“Anabela was a perfect sitter for Joey. Plenty of walks, updates, photos and videos during his stay and we would happily use Anabela services again and also recommend others to do the same! Thanks!!”

“Basil had a great time with Nicola. We met a few days before the booking just so Basil could be introduced to Nicola first. This certainly helped him settle in. He enjoyed his walks in the park and I got a couple of updates throughout the week. Would thoroughly recommend Nicola if anyone is looking to leave their dog with someone. Brilliant.”

“Our pup Kiwi was really well looked after. Fiona sent regular updates and it was very reassuring to have met her beforehand and let Kiwi get a sniff about the new environment. We would highly recommend Fiona, and she'll be top of the list for our next trip away.”

“Paul was great, sent lots of photos and videos showing Betty enjoying herself. She is only 6 months old and not 100% toilet trained which Paul was fine with, would recommend.”

About: I have had dogs and small animals my whole life! I am well experienced with both low-energy level as well as high-energy level (I grew up with Australian Cattle dogs), and so am able to provide an environment that is mentally enriching and suited to your pet! Additionally, I've had rabbits and guinea pigs in the past, and so am used to managing the needs of unique/diverse animals. I am currently enrolled in my Masters of Law online, and so spend majority of my day in or right around the flat studying. I do work part-time in a bar, but this is only a 2 minute walk from my house, and at the moment I am only working Saturdays, so your pet would never be left alone too long. As I am home most of the day, your fur baby will always have the option of my attention. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I take several small walks a day already to maintain a clear head. I am also only around the corner from the Botanic Park, so outside time can be easily adapted to your pets needs!
“Highly recommend Caitlin and Andrew to look after your dog. Bobby settled in very quickly and they clearly lavished him with care and attention during his stay. Great communication in sharing photos to reassure us all was well. We would definitely use Caitlin again.”

About: Hi, I'm Shireeka and I live with my best friend Brick the pug. I'm in my thirties, Brick is 3 and we live in a lovely 2 bedroom house with a garden. Being a dog Mammy I know what it's like to worry or feel guilty when you leave them for any period of time ❤️ so I really wanted to give back what Rover sitters provide for me: a safe and loving place to take care of fur babies. It's also Brick and I's dream to have a full wolfpack one day but for now making new besties will be great! I work from home and have a decent sized enclosed garden and house for dogs to roam in. Me and Brick love going for regular walks and live close to a couple of great parks so would love some friends to join us! I work from home so myself and my pug Brick will enjoy the company for daycare or boarding! We love going for regular walks in the local parks everyday too and would LOVE some friends to join us. I have a fully walled concrete back area for toilets and have a great sized living room with lots of dog toys, beds and a comfy sofa to nap and play on. My fun, socialble 3 year old pug Brick is very excited to make new friends.

“Jamie was brilliant at looking after George. As always, when leaving your pet with someone new, you do worry, but James was very reassuring and relaxed. George seem to take to take to him very well and there were plenty of photos and messages, which pleases my wife.”

About: I have been having dog since I was 6 years old ( I am now much older !). During the year 2023 I lost my 2 salukis and although I am not yet ready for having another dog of my own, I miss having a dog in the house, so for the past 3 years I have been pet sitting at my place or dog's owner depending on their preferences. I love all kind of dogs and so far I have been looking after, shnauzer, greyhounds, Weimaraners, Cocker Spaniels, Alaskan Malamute, Jack Russels, German Sheppers, mix breeds, puppies and seniors dogs. I speak Italian, French and English. I work full time but my office is at 15 minutes from my house. My office hrs are from 09:00 to 5:30 pm, with 1 hr lunch break taken to go home for a 30 minutes wee wee and paws stretching. I live in front of a park/ forest and a big field where the dogs can socialise with other dogs. I am an early bird so plenty time for a good hr walking before office hours. During the week days I take the dogs out 4 times but during the weekend, weather permitting we squeeze in an additional walk. I do not have a garden but with a park forest across my street we do not need one ! :-) I have a front and back patio fenced. I look after the dogs staying with me like if they were mine so plenty cuddles and if they do not have dietary restrictions they will have home made treats. You will have an update of how our day went everyday and with photo. I am a very tidy, organised and clean person who do not smoke / drink so your dog will live in a safe environment; if you prefer me staying at your place you can be sure your home will be treated with the maximum respect. I do not have a car so your house will have to be close to public transport.
“Winnie had an amazing time at Maeve’a house with her golden retriever, Wrigley. Maeve kept me updated on how Winnie was doing (including pictures and videos!) and so I was more than reassured that she was in good hands, and she looked so happy and content! Thank you again Maeve for looking after Winnie, and at such short notice. Would 100% use Maeve again for future bookings.”

“Elaine was so good with my pup Jax, would highly recommend and sent photos which reassured me leaving him especially for the 1st time (that's not a family member). And her Dog is such a wee Gem 😊. Will definitely be using her service again. Thanks so much for everything.”

“Niall and Henrique were great, plenty of updates with pictures. They asked plenty of questions about Kiwi's routines and she settled in well. We felt really comfortable leaving Kiwi with them for a few days, and would happily do so again.”

“Aine was absolutely amazing looking after our little puppy. Charlie had the best time ever & was pooped when he got home from all his playtime and adventures. Aine kept us updated and sent some photos to put our mind at ease. Highly recommend Aine. Thank you so much ❤️”

“Daisy loved her stay with the girls!! They looked after her so well and made sure she got plenty of exercise and cuddles and also sent me lots of pictures and updates throughout her stay.”

“We would highly recommend Isla and Michael to take care of your dog. They were amazing. We got regular updates and photos throughout the weekend, which really put our minds at ease. Our dog Pluto was very very happy with them.”

“Caitlin was so so lovely, gave check ins with photos and made sure Horse got some exercise while I was away. Not to mention taking time out of her Christmas Day ! 5 stars ! Thanks Caitlin !!”

“Kind and gentle. My dogs are friendly but my Yorkie can be a little suspicious of people and get shy. She instantly attached to Ciara which was super nice to see. Ciara is respectful and seems to really love cuddling with dogs and playing with them (wasted on my lazy girls). Very happy and delighted to have met her - have booked her to come look in on the girls again this weekend.”

“We had a really positive experience leaving our cat overnight for the first time with Caitlin doing drop in visits. We got really detailed updates as well as pictures. I will 100% be booking Caitlin again & thank her for putting up with my anxious questions on our first night away 😆 Thank you from Frankenstein too!!!”

“Courtney has watched my three cats twice now and I’d definitely book her again. She gave updates and pics. The cats were well cared for and relaxed when we got back. ”

It was reassuring to see how happy she looked. Will definitely be making use of Caitlin’s services again!”

About: I have taken care of senior pets before which requires patience and a lot of care. I also administered medication for both pets. I also took care of a young adult cat, so being attentive and playing with the young cat was essential to use up all that energy before bed-time ensuring a long and calming sleep.

About: Always happy to fit your preferences and the cat’s. I don’t mind temperamental cats — I have experience with rescue cats. Services include cutting nails, changing litter, and of course feeding. I work full-time but am currently off on extended burnout leave. Car available.

About: Hi, I'm Stacie. I've worked with dogs in a variety of settings in both Ireland and Barcelona, including dog walking, pet sitting, and boarding kennels. One of the main reasons I started offering dog walking and pet sitting services is because I've seen firsthand that many dogs are much happier and more relaxed staying in a home environment. I know from experience that being cared for as an individual rather than a group and keeping their usual routine, and receiving one-to-one attention can make a huge difference to your dog's wellbeing. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, including anxious, nervous dogs. I take the time to get to know each dog as an individual, building trust and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and happy in my care. Whether your dog loves long walks, sniffing adventures, or simply needs company while you're away, I'll treat them with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own dog Indie 🐶🐾 I'm currently very flexible and happy to work around your schedule to find what suits both you and your dog best ☺️ Having returned from Spain, where I worked with dogs, I now have plenty of availability for regular walks and pet care. Whether you're looking for daily walks at set times or more occasional support, I'd love to help and provide reliable, personalised care for your dog. Your dog's wellbeing will always be my top priority, and I'm happy to work with you to create a care plan that suits their individual needs and personality. 😁🐾

About: I currently live in Belfast City Centre. I’ve looked after my own dogs for over 20 years. I have the most experience with small and medium dogs of all ages. My own little Westie Honey lived until she was 18 years old and I looked after her in her old age when she went deaf and blind and had a series of strokes. I have experience in feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning up after and entertaining both large and small dogs. I have just finished my maternity cover contract with my work place and would like to focus on pet setting as my main source of income at the moment, so I am fully flexible to help out with your pet needs. I live in a 5th floor apartment so it is unlikely I will be able to take pets into my own home long term, unless there are special circumstances that require it. I am fully willing to visit your home multiple times per day when you are unable to be at home with your pets. I am also able to stay in your home over night if you require. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions for me!
“Aidan is absolutely lovely with dogs and very knowledgable, I would highly recommend him. My very lively Springer Spaniel had a great time with Aidan including big walks and she was cuddling him on the settee when I went to collect her.”

“Stacie made a fantastic first impression. It was immediately clear how passionate she is about dogs and how much she genuinely cares about them. She is also incredibly kind, punctual, reliable, and professional. Taking care for Zeus, Stacie kept us updated and sent us lots of lovely photos. It was wonderful to see how happy and entertained Zeus was in her care. What really reassured us was Zeus’s reaction when he saw Stacie the next day — he was clearly so happy to see her again! That alone showed us how much he enjoyed his time with her. We would highly recommend Stacie to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable to look after their dog. We will definitely be using her again!”
About: My partner Sarah and I both love animals and give them as much attention as they require ☺️ We currently have an 8 year old beagle who is diabetic and blind in one eye. So we are well used to giving attention, belly rubs, sniff requests and giving different types of medication - injections, eye drops and oral. We have senior cat experience with our late cat Tabby who had arthritis and was on multiple medications. My partner and I work from home with one of us available to stay with the animals, available most evenings and weekends with enough notice. My own dog will be in the house. The back garden is completely fenced and covered, even my own little escape artist hasn’t found a way to escape just yet. House is fully free to roam for all animals.
“Having Dave take Dylan out twice per week is fantastic. Dylan seems very happy with his walks and Dave is very reliable meaning that I am assured Dylan will get the exercise he needs. ”

“Aine was absolutely amazing looking after our little puppy. Charlie had the best time ever & was pooped when he got home from all his playtime and adventures. Aine kept us updated and sent some photos to put our mind at ease. Highly recommend Aine. Thank you so much ❤️”

“I have never met such a lovely family and passionate about dogs as i have Tracey, Richard and their 3 boys. Lulu instantly took to all of them at the meet and greet, and they took to Lulu. She had every privilege she had at home ( and a lot more ) her care was superb. I was delighted with the care Tracey took at our meeting to ask all the questions she needed to and answered mine. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS DOG SITTER. Will DEFINATELY BE USING AGAIN.”

“Cooper thoroughly enjoyed his stay with Niall and Nelly he came home happy and content. Niall also sent me updates and pictures of cooper enjoying his time there. I would 💯 recommend 😊”

“Billie was absolutely fantastic, looking after Gino for three nights. Billie squeezed us in and was really accommodating throughout.Billie really cares for all of the dogs and it brings great comfort that our Gino was being looked after well. Normally Gino is a bit stand offish in a new environment but seemed to love his time right from the get go. He got plenty of walks, plenty of updates and we got loads of pictures and videos of the doggy playtime. We will definitely be back again 🙂 10/10”

“Eleonora is a lovely person! She is very caring and loves dogs. Bowie was in good hands with Eleonora. She kept me updated daily with pictures and messages. I would absolutely use her services again and would recommend her to anyone.”

About: There’s honestly no better company than a happy dog. I’ve had dogs for most of my life, growing up with Golden Retrievers and later sharing my life with my beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Nanook. After losing Nanook a few years ago, I was lucky enough to welcome Koda into my family, and my love for dogs has only grown stronger. I started Paws at Home Belfast because I genuinely love having dogs around—not just for me, but for Koda too, who enjoys making new four-legged friends. As a dog owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to leave your best friend behind. The thought of them spending their time in a kennel can be stressful, and it’s natural to worry whether they’ll feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. That’s why I wanted to create a true home-from-home experience where dogs can relax, feel safe, and be treated as part of the family. When your dog stays with us, they become part of the household. They’ll enjoy comfy places to snooze, regular walks, plenty of attention and affection, and a secure fenced garden where they can explore, play, and sniff to their heart’s content. I keep things calm, clean, and fun, ensuring every dog receives the care, companionship, and routine they’re used to. We’re conveniently located just a five-minute walk from local playing fields, a dedicated dog park, and the local veterinary practice, giving your dog plenty of opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and safe adventures during their stay. I work from home two days each week on a rotating schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. One week I work from home on Tuesday and Thursday, and the following week on Monday and Friday, alternating on a bi-weekly basis. I am also available on weekends, giving me flexibility for dog sitting, boarding, and daycare. I always aim to accommodate owners' needs where possible and will keep my availability calendar up to date. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. When boarding in my home, I provide a calm, welcoming environment where dogs can feel relaxed and cared for while they’re away from their family. I take the time to get to know each dog’s routine, personality, and individual needs, making sure they receive the right balance of walks, playtime, attention, and rest. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication, exercise requirements, and any special preferences. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos throughout their stay. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re in my care.

From energetic puppies and curious kittens to senior pets, small animals, and those with special behavioral needs, I adapt to each pet’s personality and routine. I pride myself on being reliable, caring, and attentive, making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care. When caring for pets in their owner’s home, I always focus on keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully for feeding, walking, playtime, and any special needs, while also giving plenty of attention and affection. I make sure pets feel safe and cared for in their familiar environment, and I treat every home with the same respect and responsibility as I would my own.
“I had booked my big pup to stay with Ewa over night very last minute and I couldn’t be more thankful that she was available. After meeting with Ewa, I knew instantly my dog would feel safe and comfortable, and that was clearly visible on her face with every photo update I got! I couldn’t recommend Ewa enough and will definitely feel happy with leaving my big girl with her and her dog Arlo again!:)”
