“I have used Paige and her partner's services multiple times on Rover, and they are fab! I have a senior blind dog who requires multiple medications and additional care, and he has always been well taken care of! My dog can be prone to separation anxiety too, but he has been so calm when I return that I'm starting to think he likes Paige and her partner better than me lol!”

“Barney and I love Chanice she's kind, friendly and obviously enjoys doggies. Its been tough for Barney and I recently I lost my husband and beloved cat Brian was always home and it's been great having someone look after Barney so well one thing less for me too worry about”

“Brilliant sitter, felt so at ease from the beginning. A pleasure to talk to about Winnie and she was very attentive making sure the cat got everything she needed while I was out of the country. Will book again for sure!”

About: Henrique and I have both grown up in homes where there has always been a dog as part of the family and we have always been involved in caring for them – from daily walks and feeding to grooming, training and, of course, plenty of playtime and cuddles. Having a dog around has never just been about having a pet for us; it’s about the joy that a dog brings into everyday life! We recently moved to Belfast and, while we’re settling in and enjoying exploring our new surroundings, we really miss having a dog at home. Dog sitting feels like the perfect way for us to share our love of dogs, give them the attention and care they deserve, and at the same time fill that dog-shaped gap in our home. We are responsible, patient and genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors, so whether your dog loves long walks, cosy evenings on the sofa, or a mix of both, we’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away. I work from home three days a week, and Henrique is at home full time, so there is almost always someone in the house throughout the day. This means your dog will have plenty of company, supervision and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. Safety and trust are very important to us when caring for any dog. In our home, we have a fully fenced, private yard where dogs can enjoy secure outdoor time, always supervised. Inside, we provide a calm, clean and comfortable environment where they can settle in and feel at home. There will always be someone at home with your dog, so they’ll have constant company and won’t be left alone for long periods. We provide regular walks tailored to your dog’s needs, along with plenty of attention and care. If we’re caring for your dog in your home, we will respect your space and follow your dog’s usual routine closely to keep them happy and comfortable.
About: Hi! My name is Kyra, and I'm originally from the states now living in Belfast. I grew up with cats and dogs and have always loved spending time with pets. I started pet sitting for friends, families, and neighbours before gaining two years of experience working with all sorts of furry friends through new clients on Rover. Every client of mine has their own unique personality and needs, and I approach each new job with an open mind to give the best care possible. During the week, I am usually available for early morning, lunchtime, or evening check-ins, and I am available most weekends. I am also available for overnight stays with enough advance notice. I always make sure your pet feels safe and at ease with a new person in the house. In addition to routine feeding and hygiene, I also dedicate time each visit for playing and attention to keep them happy and relaxed while you’re away.
About: I’m a reliable and caring dog sitter with a genuine love for animals and hands-on experience looking after dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding routines, playtime or overnight care, I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy while their owner is away. I understand how important it is to maintain consistency, so I follow each dog’s routine closely and provide plenty of attention and affection. With a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for animal wellbeing, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I work part-time so can provide daytime care 5 days per week. If your pet can be left alone during the day, I can provide sleepovers whenever needed. I look after pets in their own homes to maintain their comfort and routines. This adds a layer of safety by having someone occupy your house while you are away. I am extremely clean and tidy so you will always be returning to a well looked after house as well!

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with two pups of my own, Wilma and Poppy, who are a big part of my daily life. I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, regularly looking after family and friends’ pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone who will treat them like family. Whether your pup loves long adventurous walks, playtime and enrichment, or simply snuggling up on the sofa for cuddles, I’m happy to tailor their care to what makes them happiest. Having my own dogs has given me plenty of hands-on experience with different temperaments and routines, so I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s individual needs. My goal is always to make sure every dog in my care feels safe, loved, and right at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! 🐾 I work as a support worker during the week and usually finish at 3pm, so I’m available for dog walks and pet visits from mid-afternoon onwards. I’m generally free most weekends as well, which means I can offer plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, or extra care when you need it. After-work walkies are absolutely welcome! I currently offer pet sitting in the owner’s home, as I find pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own environment and routine. Before any booking, I always arrange an initial meet-up so we can get to know each other, make sure it’s a good fit, and go through your pet’s routine, needs, and any important details. During the sit, I focus on keeping things as normal as possible for your pet – whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication if needed, or plenty of cuddles and company.
About: Hi, my name is Dave 👋 I live just off the Ormeau Road and I’ve been running a doggy daycare for 6 years! I also spent 4 years volunteering with the WSPCA (a local dog charity down home), which gave me hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments - from bouncy puppies to sleepy seniors. We cared for a lot of rescue dogs and worked on getting them back on their paws and re-homed with new families 🐕 Whether your pup is shy, playful, or full of energy, I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away 🤗 I work from home, which means your dog will get plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. Between work calls and study breaks (I’m currently doing a master’s for my sins 🐶📚), I love having a furry friend around for walks and play breaks in the yard. I can adapt their exercise schedule depending on their individual needs. Typically if they were with me for 24 hours, we’d have a 45 min walk in both the morning and evening along with two shorter 5/10 minute walks throughout the day to let them do their business. For off-leash dogs, if I’m confident they have good recall and I feel we’ve bonded enough for them to come back to me, I’d sub in some time to play fetch or just let them do their daily zoomies. I’m around most weekdays and weekends, so whether you need regular daytime care or weekend sitting, I’ve got you covered! Your pup’s safety is my top priority. My home is a secure, dog-friendly space where they can relax and explore. The fully fenced backyard space is perfect for safe outdoor time, even for the most clever escape artists! I always keep a close eye on the dogs in my care, follow your routine as closely as possible, and make sure they feel right at home.

About: I’ve been around dogs since forever as we have always had dogs in my childhood home. All my family members also have dogs and my sister works for the local dog shelter back home so I have constantly had dogs in and out of my home. Since moving to Belfast I haven’t had the opportunity to have my own dog so I would love the opportunity to dog sit and dog walk. I also previously dog walked in my neighbourhood and dog sat for some families while studying abroad. I have a lot of free time for animals at the moment as I am currently studying a masters online while working part time hours beside my house. My back garden has a bordered fence around it and the house has been newly renovated. The dogs safety and well-being would be my number priority while they stayed so I would make my home feel like theirs.

About: Consistently had dogs and cats in my life through family dogs, as well as friends who often trust me with their precious paws. I used to be a dog groomer too, for four years. During the week only evenings are free including Friday. Weekends are free with advance notice of booking from yourself, if booking it out with one day drop me a message and I will see if I can accommodate 😃 I have a large fenced garden, and a grass area available. If at your home I will be on hand and happy to adhere to your schedule/care routine.
About: I love animals, and volunteered with the shelter Almost Home. On an average shift I was feeding/cleaning up after/playing with/giving medications to a few dozen dogs of all breeds - from tiny chihuahuas to giant mastiffs. Working in rescue I have plenty of experience with nervous dogs and have a pretty good track record of making them feel more at ease with a bit of time (and chicken!) I'm a student but from mid May, my schedule is pretty flexible until September and I can walk/play/feed etc whenever necessary, so house sitting and drops ins is ideal for me. I cannot have pets in my accommodation as I rent, but am happy to care for your pet in your home however you normally would so their routine is kept as normal as possible. If you would like updates, I'm happy to send as many as you would like for peace of mind and photos of what they're getting up to.

Courtney did a great job looking after my two very shy cats. Followed the instructions I gave so that their routine was as close to normal whilst I was away. She kept me updated with every visit so I felt reassured my two cats were ok. I would definitely use her again when I travel next and need a cat sitter ☺️
Caitlin done a fantastic job looking after Opal while I was away for 4 nights. She was extremely reliable, turned up on time and stayed the full 30mins on each visit to make sure Opal was fed, had her medication, had fresh water and a clean litter tray. She sent me plenty of photos during each visit and made sure to spend some time playing with Opal which I really appreciated. Put my mind at ease and was able to enjoy my time away. Thanks again Caitlin and will definitely be booking you again in the future 😁😁

Jane was amazing! It was a load of my mind when they were available during the Christmas period. Jane was very nice to chat to and they followed all the instructions I left. My cat Zelda was well looked after and I’d highly recommend Jane to anyone who is looking for a great pet sitter :)

Lisa was great. She took great care of Esther- making sure she got loads of love and attention while we were gone for a few days. We really appreciated the friendly updates and pictures- seemed the two of them were having a great time. Lisa definitely went above and beyond- calling twice a day and even collecting parcels for us. We'll definitely go to her again.
Norma was fantastic looking after my cat, Gus. She was professional, friendly, and reliable — always turning up when she said she would. Gus seemed very comfortable with her, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I also really appreciated the regular photo updates she sent, which showed Gus happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Norma and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

Yulei is a lovely girl who took care of Atlas for nearly a week. It was our first time to leave our cat behind and Yulei eased our worries. She sent us photos of Altas daily and updated us on how our pet is doing. Yulei fed Atlas as instructed as well as cleaning the litter box. We’ll definitely get her services again when we go on our holiday. Highly recommended! Thank you Yulei!
