We understand that every pet deserves to feel safe, happy and loved while their owner is away. Between us, we have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities. About: I have always had dogs around me since I was a baby! I grew up with boxer dogs (so used to the strength needed on the lead and also big bubbly energy) and more recently a Maltese who was a sassy queen. She passed away at 14 in January and I find myself looking after friends dogs since then giving my love and care to other sweet dogs. I take pride in making dogs feel trusted. I volunteered in an animal shelter for years so am used to lots of different characters (shy vs bold) and feel honoured when dogs trust me enough to feel comfortable around me. I am able to do early morning walks, multiple walks a day, with regular attention and care throughout the day! Happy to suit special routines to fit pet’s needs! I have a fenced garden and no other pets currently. I am able to ensure solo walks if needed. I am also experienced with strong dogs on the lead!

About: I grew up with many animals around me - From childhood dogs and cats to hamsters, guinea pigs, snakes and axolotls ! I have an extreme passion for animals and not being able to have my own animals in a rental has got me severely missing having a furry friend around. I’ve raised many sizes of dogs from a jack russell to a mastiff, and love all breed equally ! As well as taking care of my personal family animals i have dog and cat sat for many family friends :) I work 9-5, Mon- Wed , so my evenings and weekend are free along with Thursdays and Fridays . I’m very active so long walks/ Hikes are no problem , I also drive so getting to your dogs favourite location is easy ! In your home I am happy to feed, brush, bathe and take care of all your dogs needs ! I am familiar with dog training and am happy to follow any rules or wishes you have for your dog regarding crating , commands and tricks to keep them happiest and healthiest

About: Henrique and I have both grown up in homes where there has always been a dog as part of the family and we have always been involved in caring for them – from daily walks and feeding to grooming, training and, of course, plenty of playtime and cuddles. About: I have had dogs and small animals my whole life! I am well experienced with both low-energy level as well as high-energy level (I grew up with Australian Cattle dogs), and so am able to provide an environment that is mentally enriching and suited to your pet! Additionally, I've had rabbits and guinea pigs in the past, and so am used to managing the needs of unique/diverse animals. I am currently enrolled in my Masters of Law online, and so spend majority of my day in or right around the flat studying. I do work part-time in a bar, but this is only a 2 minute walk from my house, and at the moment I am only working Saturdays, so your pet would never be left alone too long. As I am home most of the day, your fur baby will always have the option of my attention. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I take several small walks a day already to maintain a clear head. I am also only around the corner from the Botanic Park, so outside time can be easily adapted to your pets needs!

So we are well used to giving attention, belly rubs, sniff requests and giving different types of medication - injections, eye drops and oral. We have senior cat experience with our late cat Tabby who had arthritis and was on multiple medications. Lisa was great. She took great care of Esther- making sure she got loads of love and attention while we were gone for a few days. We really appreciated the friendly updates and pictures- seemed the two of them were having a great time. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
