About: Henrique and I have both grown up in homes where there has always been a dog as part of the family and we have always been involved in caring for them – from daily walks and feeding to grooming, training and, of course, plenty of playtime and cuddles. Having a dog around has never just been about having a pet for us; it’s about the joy that a dog brings into everyday life! We recently moved to Belfast and, while we’re settling in and enjoying exploring our new surroundings, we really miss having a dog at home. Dog sitting feels like the perfect way for us to share our love of dogs, give them the attention and care they deserve, and at the same time fill that dog-shaped gap in our home. We are responsible, patient and genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors, so whether your dog loves long walks, cosy evenings on the sofa, or a mix of both, we’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away. I work from home three days a week, and Henrique is at home full time, so there is almost always someone in the house throughout the day. This means your dog will have plenty of company, supervision and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. Safety and trust are very important to us when caring for any dog. In our home, we have a fully fenced, private yard where dogs can enjoy secure outdoor time, always supervised. Inside, we provide a calm, clean and comfortable environment where they can settle in and feel at home. There will always be someone at home with your dog, so they’ll have constant company and won’t be left alone for long periods. We provide regular walks tailored to your dog’s needs, along with plenty of attention and care. If we’re caring for your dog in your home, we will respect your space and follow your dog’s usual routine closely to keep them happy and comfortable.

I started pet sitting for friends, families, and neighbours before gaining two years of experience working with all sorts of furry friends through new clients on Rover. During the week, I am usually available for early morning, lunchtime, or evening check-ins, and I am available most weekends. I am also available for overnight stays with enough advance notice. I also spent 4 years volunteering with the WSPCA (a local dog charity down home), which gave me hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments - from bouncy puppies to sleepy seniors. We cared for a lot of rescue dogs and worked on getting them back on their paws and re-homed with new families 🐕 Whether your pup is shy, playful, or full of energy, I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away 🤗 I work from home, which means your dog will get plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. Between work calls and study breaks (I’m currently doing a master’s for my sins 🐶📚), I love having a furry friend around for walks and play breaks in the yard. I can adapt their exercise schedule depending on their individual needs. Typically if they were with me for 24 hours, we’d have a 45 min walk in both the morning and evening along with two shorter 5/10 minute walks throughout the day to let them do their business. For off-leash dogs, if I’m confident they have good recall and I feel we’ve bonded enough for them to come back to me, I’d sub in some time to play fetch or just let them do their daily zoomies. About: I’ve been around dogs since forever as we have always had dogs in my childhood home. All my family members also have dogs and my sister works for the local dog shelter back home so I have constantly had dogs in and out of my home. Since moving to Belfast I haven’t had the opportunity to have my own dog so I would love the opportunity to dog sit and dog walk. I also previously dog walked in my neighbourhood and dog sat for some families while studying abroad. I have a lot of free time for animals at the moment as I am currently studying a masters online while working part time hours beside my house. My back garden has a bordered fence around it and the house has been newly renovated. The dogs safety and well-being would be my number priority while they stayed so I would make my home feel like theirs.

We have two dogs Lola (14) and Lenny (1) who love meeting new people/pups, having lots of fun, and getting up to mischief. ✨ Key info: 🦴 we believe in treating dogs like family members 🦴 experienced in taking care of dogs of all ages 🦴 live beside 3 large parks, including a dog park ! 🐕‍🦺 🦴 enclosed front and back garden and large indoor living/dining area 🦴 daily long walks 🦴 regular pup-dates if wanted 🦴 experienced in giving medicine to dogs 🦴 dogs allowed on furniture 🦴 both work from home 🦴 lots of tasty vegetable snacks We both work from home with occasional alternative days in the office. This allows for one of us to always be in the house during the day! If we are both out it will not be longer than a couple of hours. We believe dogs are equal family members and treat them as so! We think it’s important to have lots of activities for them to learn and have fun. Our house has a large living/dining area where most time is spent, we also have a secure front and separate secure back garden. We have various sofas and arm chairs optimal for afternoon snoozes. Nosey dogs can take advantage of the view from our busy bay window.

About: Consistently had dogs and cats in my life through family dogs, as well as friends who often trust me with their precious paws. I used to be a dog groomer too, for four years. During the week only evenings are free including Friday. Weekends are free with advance notice of booking from yourself, if booking it out with one day drop me a message and I will see if I can accommodate 😃 I have a large fenced garden, and a grass area available. If at your home I will be on hand and happy to adhere to your schedule/care routine.

About: I love animals, and volunteered with the shelter Almost Home. On an average shift I was feeding/cleaning up after/playing with/giving medications to a few dozen dogs of all breeds - from tiny chihuahuas to giant mastiffs. Working in rescue I have plenty of experience with nervous dogs and have a pretty good track record of making them feel more at ease with a bit of time (and chicken!) I'm a student but from mid May, my schedule is pretty flexible until September and I can walk/play/feed etc whenever necessary, so house sitting and drops ins is ideal for me. I cannot have pets in my accommodation as I rent, but am happy to care for your pet in your home however you normally would so their routine is kept as normal as possible. If you would like updates, I'm happy to send as many as you would like for peace of mind and photos of what they're getting up to.
