I know he has experience training at least 3 (if not more) dogs now of all different breeds (a poodle, a black lab, a golden retriever) and is very reliable and timely. He personally makes my Penny feel comfortable and secure, as was prevalent in our first meeting. She took to him right away. In addition, he kept me informed and updated with sweet photos and messages, and I could tell my pup was happy and well cared for. Every time I pick her up after seeing him or staying with him when I'm away, Penny is always relaxed, content, and clearly had a great time.
