Also, if I am in your home I will be respectful as if it is my own.

About: I love walking dogs and I make sure I have 2 water bottles for me and the dog(s) or cats. I’m a local, so I know all the hip spots where the dogs like to mingle. I can also care for sick pets and have experience with dogs having seizures and cats with diabetes. I’m willing to learn the proper way to care for your pet when they are in my care. If your pet has any special needs please inform me in full. I can currently only pet sit small dogs and cats in my current residence. A little info about me: I’m a local recent college grad involved in the artistic community around South Bend IN. I work for a local book store and have flexible hours. Mondays - Wednesdays my schedule is more giving. Thursday-Saturday, I am free after 3PM to care for your pet family. I work in the NN Neighborhood, so I’ll finish up at the book shop and can take your pets on a nice walk through the neighborhood. When I am home sitting for a pet parent, I’d like to know if the pets is on a specific schedule and if they are in need any medications. I spend time with the animals sitting outside in the yard or inside the home for pets who cannot handle outside weather conditions. If you have cats, I’ll make sure their litter box is clean when I leave and that all water and food bowls are filled.

“Jamie was wonderful. I would say the communication on my part was lacking, I’m a first time Rover user and wasn’t sure how it all worked. Jamie made me feel very comfortable with it all from the moment I met her. My elderly beagle is on meds for an ear infection. He is pretty good at spitting out pills and Jamie handled it with ease. She was professional, timely, and sent me picture updates while we were gone. The cherry on top was when she asked for me to let her know we made it home safely so that our dogs wouldn’t be left Alone if something happened on the way home. Extremely thoughtful and shows that she cares about the animals she is around. I will absolutely be using Jamie to watch our pets in the future!”
