I did two years of a dog training club in 4-H and used the information with my dog. I currently have a full time job. I would be able to care for your pets in the evenings after 6:00 pm, as well as overnight if needed. I am available most weekends. I will treat your home with respect and integrity. About: I have many years of experience with household animals, family/friends pets, and various types! I am fluid with service animals as well as with animals requiring special care needs! I am currently open to job opportunities and have a pretty flexible schedule for the foreseeable future. I currently have a 14 year old maltese boy Unless specified otherwise, feedings are routine and scheduled based. Any medicines that need to be administered are taken care of. I have a big backyard, unfenced but have space to let pets out and roam on a long leash.

About: I work at a board/groom/train facility and as have cared for 2 senior dogs, Have medication administering/pilling experience, as well as experience with puppies raising one myself , I am also receiving further training as of now I work full time but am free after 3pm, on days I am free any time may be discussed, I am open to any day of the week I have experience identifying behavior and health of dogs from stool to ears/eyes and everything in between from both my work and personal experience, I am also taking training courses related to pet heath.

About: I've had pets since age 7. Everything from reptiles, fish, cats, and dogs (of all sizes). Grew up with multiple cats and currently have multiple dogs and cat. I have pet sat for family and friends since before I could drive. I love getting to know new furry friends and often walk dogs at the humane society so they get proper socialization, very important. Have had to administer pet CPR twice in my life. Both times were due to dogs choking on an object/food. Positive outcomes from both incidents. Safe and happy is always top priority. I work full time but still have plenty of time and energy to care for not only my own pets but others as well. I know what I can handle and will never take on too much. When in your home I like to know your routine with your pet(s) to keep them on it as close as possible to minimize stress on them which is why I prefer to stay at a client's home with their animal, if possible. Your pet will never be unsupervised outside, even with a fenced in area I will be out there with them. Your pet will be spoiled with love and pets, if they permit it.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve worked with playful puppies, independent cats, and senior pets who need extra patience and attention. I love getting to know each pet’s personality—whether that means long walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles—and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make your pet feel like they’re with a friend, not just a sitter. Pet care is already part of my daily routine because I care for my own cat every day, from feeding and cleaning the litter box to playtime and making sure she feels loved and comfortable. Having my own pet has made me attentive to routines, behavior changes, and the small details that help animals feel safe and cared for. I also love spending time with dogs, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or giving them the attention and exercise they need. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because it’s something I genuinely enjoy and make time for every day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, clean up after them, and make sure they get the playtime, walks, or quiet companionship they need. I believe pets feel most secure in their own home because it’s their safe space, surrounded by familiar smells and routines. Being able to care for them in that environment helps build trust and creates a stronger, more positive relationship, making the experience less stressful for both the pet and the owner.

About: I worked as a pet-sitter in the Goshen area during college. I have experience with older dogs and multi-pet households. I’m happy to keep as close to your regular schedule as possible. I’ve just graduated from UND with my MFA and I am looking for a little extra income as I adjust to life post graduate school. My days are totally flexible and I am happy to work around your preferred schedule. I’ve accommodated picky eaters and older pets dealing with incontinence. No matter what the situation is, I’m ready to dive right in and make your pet feel as comfortable as possible.

“Jamie was wonderful. I would say the communication on my part was lacking, I’m a first time Rover user and wasn’t sure how it all worked. Jamie made me feel very comfortable with it all from the moment I met her. My elderly beagle is on meds for an ear infection. He is pretty good at spitting out pills and Jamie handled it with ease. She was professional, timely, and sent me picture updates while we were gone. The cherry on top was when she asked for me to let her know we made it home safely so that our dogs wouldn’t be left Alone if something happened on the way home.
