She was able to help us out in a pinch when we needed someone to watch our dogs for 10 days with very little notice. Just before our trip, our older great dane needed knee surgery and we were nervous about leaving him with a sitter. Rachel put our worries at ease and was an excellent listener to our concerns and very patient with all of the care that he needed. She was diligent about his physical therapy and medications, and sent us frequent emails with pictures/videos while we were out of the country so we didn't worry once about the capable hands he was in.
