About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—there has literally never been a time growing up when I didn't have a pet at home! On top of my lifelong hands-on experience, I spent all four years of high school volunteering weekly at a local animal shelter, dedicating about 8 hours a week to caring for both cats and dogs. I’d love to bring that same high level of care, patience, and love to your furry family members! I'm currently on summer break from the University of Notre Dame, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I work with the Boys and Girls Club as a Youth Development Professional seasonally. I value safety over anything and will keep a close eye on your pets as much as requested. I understand what can happen if an animal is left alone for too long, and will ensure that your animals are safe and protected.

About: I grew up with animals, such as dogs, rabbits, and birds. I have a love for all pets, especially dogs. Different breeds and sizes. I did two years of a dog training club in 4-H and used the information with my dog. I currently have a full time job. I would be able to care for your pets in the evenings after 6:00 pm, as well as overnight if needed. I am available most weekends. I will treat your home with respect and integrity. About: I have many years of experience with household animals, family/friends pets, and various types! I am fluid with service animals as well as with animals requiring special care needs! I am currently open to job opportunities and have a pretty flexible schedule for the foreseeable future. I currently have a 14 year old maltese boy Unless specified otherwise, feedings are routine and scheduled based. Any medicines that need to be administered are taken care of. I have a big backyard, unfenced but have space to let pets out and roam on a long leash.

“Samantha was very professional and responsive. She was quick to suggest a get-acquainted visit, so I was able to meet her and feel good about booking with her a couple of weeks before our trip. The day before the booking, she messaged me to confirm the time she would come the next day. As soon as she got in the house to take care of our dog, she texted a photo of him and assured us that he was doing well. She was great at communicating with us and sending pics of our pup. When we returned, the house was in great shape and our dog was calm and happy. We'll call her again!”

About: I worked as a pet-sitter in the Goshen area during college. I have experience with older dogs and multi-pet households. I’m happy to keep as close to your regular schedule as possible. I’ve just graduated from UND with my MFA and I am looking for a little extra income as I adjust to life post graduate school. My days are totally flexible and I am happy to work around your preferred schedule. I’ve accommodated picky eaters and older pets dealing with incontinence. No matter what the situation is, I’m ready to dive right in and make your pet feel as comfortable as possible.

Rachel kept us updated the entire time we were gone and even went the extra mile to water my plants since I was gone for so long! She even sent photos to us as she spent time with the dogs. About: I've had pets since age 7. Everything from reptiles, fish, cats, and dogs (of all sizes). Grew up with multiple cats and currently have multiple dogs and cat. I have pet sat for family and friends since before I could drive. I love getting to know new furry friends and often walk dogs at the humane society so they get proper socialization, very important. Have had to administer pet CPR twice in my life. Both times were due to dogs choking on an object/food. Positive outcomes from both incidents. Safe and happy is always top priority. I work full time but still have plenty of time and energy to care for not only my own pets but others as well. I know what I can handle and will never take on too much. When in your home I like to know your routine with your pet(s) to keep them on it as close as possible to minimize stress on them which is why I prefer to stay at a client's home with their animal, if possible. Your pet will never be unsupervised outside, even with a fenced in area I will be out there with them. Your pet will be spoiled with love and pets, if they permit it.
