About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in the home. When I was about 8 years old, I had my first dog-sitting job! -my dad may have helped a bit. Haha! Our neighbor had a golden retriever that I watched every Christmas break for years. Since then, I’ve been dog- and cat-sitting for many others. I have the most experience with large dogs, but honestly, they don’t seem “large” to me because growing up we always had a Lab mix or Poodle. So, they’re just normal-sized in my eyes. Now I have two black labs. Layla is 8 years old, and Halo is 4 years old. I have experience administering medication and maintaining a strict feeding schedule due to my dog Halo, who unfortunately has epilepsy and cannot miss a dose of her anti-seizure medication. I am currently a stay-at-home wife and dog mom. I have a very flexible schedule, and apart from the occasional appointment, I will likely be at home all day with the dogs! We have a fenced-in backyard it’s not huge, but it’s not tiny either. Our dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, but if you prefer them off the couch and bed, I can easily keep them all on the floor while they’re here. The house has two stories, but if your dog has difficulty climbing stairs, I can comfortably stay on the main floor. We enjoy cuddling, playing tug-of-war, and a bit of fetch around the house, but if your dog needs its own space, we have extra bedrooms that can be exclusively for them!

I currently have one furry friend of my own, and I’ve loved and cared for two others who lived long, happy lives before passing of old age. Being around animals brings me so much joy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own I currently work as the assistant director at a health clinic. About: Would love to make sure your fur baby(ies) feel at home even when they can’t be. Ie have a husky and a mini pin chihuahua and they love to interact with other dogs.Your pet will be cared for like one of our own, I will send Pictures and updates so you won’t have to worry, you will leave your pet in safe hands. I do work Monday through Friday but I’m home by 2pm your pet won’t be lonely through out the day. I have boarding available weekends and weekdays. I have a fully fenced back yard and have plenty of yard space for your pet to play, stretch, and roam around.I go on daily walks around my neighborhood; my neighborhood does not have busy traffic and is quiet for quiet relaxing walks.

“Abby is Fabulous! We knew this the moment she arrived at our house for a pre-meet in advance of her first stay with our puppy! Linda, our Berner puppy, was acting wild and even peed on her bed while we were chatting with Abby, but this didn’t deter Abby…. it was clear that our puppy was vying for Abby’s attention. Abby asked lots of additional questions to make sure we were all in the same page for Linda’s care. Abby shared lots of pics and feedback while we were away! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Abby already and hope to schedule her again. It is a double edged sword to give a good review since she might become so popular with others that her availability is reduced. BUT….good service deserves a GREAT review! Thank you Abby!!”
