“I couldn't be happier :) Tori took care of my four cats in my home while I was out of town almost two weeks. All four are alive, so win! My girls are low maintenance and just needed daily check ins to change litter, drop supplemental food, and make sure the climate in the house was cool enough in summer. She always sent a pic of whatever cat she could find. I would totally book Tori again (thanks, Tori!).”

“Hi Ronda! Jackson Galaxy says that cats will claim someone or something as their own by rubbing and leaving their scent. As shy as Freyja is, she's claimed you for her own (rubbing against your purse). That's really saying something! And the photo with Oogie hanging out with you on the head of your chair shows you two are buddies. We knew from the start that you are perfect for them and us, and we're thankful we found you. Now you might be wondering how they were when we came home. They woke up when they heard us and suddenly got the zoomies! Oogie had an excellent run on the kitty wheel, jumping off only to run away from Freyja! They played and grappled with each other and rubbing against us and more ruining on the wheel and more chasing. They don't even do that with catnip. Anyway, we had a great time and piece of mind that the ladies were in excellent hands. If this review is long and scattered, I'm JUST waking up (11:30 I think). Big hugs and big thank you! 😁🤗 Laurie PS Please tell your hubby he's more than welcome for the pizza. I'm so happy he enjoyed it. We'll try to have pizza before our trips from now on.”

“Emery was fantastic. She was extremely prompt and so good with Buddy. She made sure she understood Buddy’s needs and asked questions to be sure out pooch got exactly what he needed while we were away. The report cards supplied by Emery were thorough and always included a pic of Buddy having a great time. We HIGHLY recommend Emery as a caring provider and will look to utilize her again!”

“Michelle was great with our challenging kitty! He loved her, even though he showed some attitude towards her on 1 day, which she dealt with professionally. The house was clean and dishes were washed. Everything was great!”

About: I am a healthcare provider who is looking to help fur babies and their parents with walks and care during my time off. I currently have one German Shepherd dog named Tula and two one eyed cats named Winky and Willy. Tula and I love our time outdoors exploring and I look forward to sharing that with your fur baby. I have experience with a variety of ages and breeds of dogs in addition to some basic training. I hope I can be a helpful fit for you and your family! With my schedule I often have days off during the week that I am able to utilize my time to help care for others fur babies. I understand the difficulty finding someone who cares for your baby as much as you do, and that is why I am choosing to help others with that when I can. I am willing and able to feed, walk, play, and give all the attention needed for your baby. I have done basic training and am willing to keep up on training consistency while I am spending time with them.

“Ella did a good job dropping in and taking care of the doggos! Very easy to communicate with and check-in with questions. Played with the dogs outside which they loved! And brought in Amazon packages into the house which was considerate. Thank you!”

“Keith was very communicative (even when I wasn’t able to get back to him) and took great care of my cats while I was out of town! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a cat sitter.”

“Isabella is incredibly communicative, flexible, and helpful. She obviously loves pets and keeps their best interest in mind. Our dog is a barker and takes a while to accept new people. She handled it well. We would definitely have her check on our dogs again in the future.”

“Sarah is great with high anxiety dogs!”

“Took care of our cats well. The first few days they were hiding for fear of strangers. Then they began to visit with Shawn. He took good care of both Cinder and Spice.”

“Thank you Sarah for taking such great care of Miss Kitty. I wish she would have warmed up to you before the last visit. We also appreciate your extra efforts to keep our home safe while we were gone. We look forward to your services again soon.”

“Skylar is simply the best! She's great at communicating and takes great care of our cats (and our plants!). We have hired her numerous times to take care of the cats and she does a great job every time. I cannot thank her enough for being thorough and detail oriented with the care she provides. I highly recommend her to all cat and plant parents! Thank you Skylar!”

About: I’ve taken care of so many different animals that it is just second nature. I love that each one has a different personality. I feel they are better friends than some people. Even down to a raven, or a rat, every animal is deserving of love, attention, and care. If the temperamental ones let you that is. Animals have taught me so much patience and the ability to communicate without a verbal language, which I think is just amazing. Mondays and Tuesdays I have completely off but I am not available past 1 pm on any other day, including weekends. That is when I am working my full time job. I am willing to do anything you need me to do. I personally have one cat and one dog. My dog is German shepherd mix so he can be a bit crazy for my cat. With that being said I have a baby gate to give my kitty her space when she needs it. I’ve trained my dog to do all basic commands on my own, with a few tricks thrown in there. He also has a crate for timeouts. And my kitty is just a princess, and I do whatever she wants. :)

About: I have taken care of pets since I got my first cat at the age of five. I have taking care of your typical range of domestics (cat, dog, rabbit, guinea pig, parakeet, etc), as well as farm animals (horse, cow, sheep, goat, llama/alpaca, chicken, quail, etc). I take pride in giving animals the best quality of care and life, and am sure to learn each one's personality and needs. I have provided care for my own pets as well as for friends, family, and clients; and have worked in professional settings such as horse barns and captive wildlife facilities. I have cared for pets with simple needs as well as those that require more complex routines and senior care. Rest assured that your pets will be safe with me! I currently am available for dog walking 6 am-3 pm on week days. I can do pet checkups anytime (6am to 9pm, Sun-Sat) if all you need is a quick let out for potty/food while you are away. I am also available for house sitting if your pet needs more care/company, and can do boarding with me if they get along with my pets. I currently have a senior cat and very friendly border collie mix, with a fully fenced yard. I take pride in trying to meet every pets needs whether that's taking them on adventures to get energy out or providing comfort and connection with more snuggly creatures. I believe all pets need some form of mental stimulation as well as physical and am constantly figuring out ways to provide those. I try my best to create an environment for pets to thrive whether that's through routine or novelty.

“Jessica did a fantastic job caring for our furry ones. She went above and beyond to take great care of them, sending me updates and photos each day. Our cats tend to be quite picky about humans, and they took to her very quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you, Jessica!”

About: Hello, my name is Amberle, and I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! I truly believe that every pet, big or small, deserves compassionate and attentive care. Over the years, I’ve helped raise both puppies and kittens, and I’ve also provided care for senior pets, including administering medication to support their health needs. My journey into professional pet sitting began by assisting friends' families as they transitioned to new chapters in life, and what started as a favor quickly grew into a genuine passion. As a sitter, I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing pets with a safe, loving environment while their owners are away. My priority is to maintain your pet’s routine and comfort so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re well cared for in your absence. Summer time is the off season with my main job, so my schedule is very flexible for the time being! This gives me plenty of time to take your dog on long walks, or to be the quiet companion your cat needs! Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my number one priority! I follow leash protocols carefully during walks, avoid high-traffic areas, and tailor each outing to your dog’s energy level, age, and preferences. Whether your pup loves long walks or just a short stroll around the block, I ensure every walk is safe and enjoyable for your pup. For drop-in visits, I take the time to follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, refreshing water, administering medication, cleaning litter boxes, or just spending time giving your pet the love and attention they’re used to! I understand that letting someone care for your pet requires trust. I would love to schedule a meet up before taking on caring for your pet so that they can get to know me. My goal is to keep your pets routine as consistent and stress free as possible, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re in safe, caring hands while you're away.

About: I love all animals; you can trust that they will not only be taken care of, but they will be loved. The thing I enjoy most about dog walking is seeing them so happy. I have one dog of my own he is a 10 year old Vizsla. I can take your dog on a run or a walk, whatever you prefer. I will send you pics of all the fun your pup is having! Thank you! I currently work part time and my availability will change each week. I normally work early mornings or middle of the day shifts and very rarely late shifts. I treat my own dog and others pets with love. If it's wet out I make sure to wipe their feet so they don't bring mud into the house.

About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years and have taken care a variety of pets; dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs my whole life. I treat my fur baby, Dexter, like my own child and I will do the same for yours! He’s my best friend, we do everything together & that’s exactly how I will treat your pup! I would love to take your fur baby on a nature hike, to the local coffee shop for a puppuccino, to a park to play fetch, or even just to lounge around the home. I am here to keep your pup happy, safe and have a good time! My work schedule can be flexible at times with advanced scheduling, so I am able to interact with your fur baby as needed! We can go on a short walk before work, during my lunch break, and a long walk after I’m off! I am no longer offering boarding services at my home, however, I would love to check in on your pet at your home as needed. Due to having a pup of my own with his own needs, I will not be able to spend the night at your home. *** Please note, this prior to booking. I will not stay overnight. *** However, I can come over multiple times to check in on your pet and ensure it’s comfortable and safe in the comfort of their home.

About: I have taken care of furry family members my whole life and enjoy their company and do what I can to make them feel loved. I love all animals; you can trust that they will not only be taken care of, but they will be loved. One thing I do enjoy most about pet sitting is the play time. Having one dog of my own I will only be accepting one dog at a time (however I will accept 2 dogs from the same owner). I have a 9 year old Vizsla. He will play for a bit but since he's older he likes to chill as well. I can take your dog on a run or a walk, whatever you prefer. I live in a house with a fenced yard and have 2 teenagers that will help take care of the dogs as well. I work from home so am available most of the day. I will send you pics of all the fun your pup is having! Thanks We work from home so someone is always here for your dogs needs. They will also be included in our daily walks, runs or hikes. We have a fenced yard and a house they can relax in with us. They will be a part of everything we do. They are welcome on our beds or if they are more comfortable with a crate we can do that as well. Requested information about your pet Is your dog crate trained/enjoy being in their crate(its not required). Does your dog like kids and other dogs? Do they like adventures(parks and hiking)? Special food or food they can't have. It also really helps me when your profile is filed out fully so I can easily see what I need to know about them and their daily lives so its a quick reference for me when they stay here. My yard is fully fenced in if my home is used for boarding and there is always someone home especially during the week as we work from home.

About: With over ten years of dependable pet sitting experience, I bring a calm, confident approach to caring for animals of all kinds. I’ve volunteered in animal shelters and worked closely with nervous and reactive dogs, so I know how to handle sensitive behaviors with patience and skill. I also share my life with a dog and two cats who are my whole world—so I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets. Whether your animal needs play, structure, medication, or just a gentle presence, I’ve got the experience and heart to deliver consistent, thoughtful care. I work full-time compressed shifts in the semiconductor industry but am looking to fill my free time on my long weekends or after work doing something meaningful. Pet walking and sitting lets me combine my love for animals with my free time in a way that feels purposeful. I’m reliable, communicative, and happy to help give your pets the attention and care they need while you’re away. I aspire to build a strong and positive relationship with those needing pet services so that I can make this a full time job for myself :) Every animal is different, and I make it a priority to adapt my care to meet their unique needs. Whether your pet thrives on routine, needs extra patience, or just wants a quiet companion, I tailor my approach to make them feel safe, understood, and loved. I’m attentive to body language, consistent with boundaries, and always focused on creating a calm, secure environment where your pet can be themselves. I’m also happy to meet in person beforehand to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your decision choosing me.

Amberle T.
“Amberle was so amazing to my pets and my home when I had a last minute trip come up! She was more than accommodating for my last minute trip, and while I was away was an Angel to my fur babies! She sent me many photos so I knew that they were being well taken care of! And always communicated if anything came up! I had several deliveries come to the house and she got the mail and brought them in for me! She even went the extra mile to take care of the house and my plants while I was away without me asking! Amberle is such a blessing in disguise. I highly recommend her for all of your pets needs!”

Rachel M.
“Rachel is a very dependable sitter, she is detail oriented and follows instructions to a t. She has taken care of our cat and I’ve seen her interact with many animals. They all take a liking to her effortlessly- she definitely provides enrichment during her sessions. 100% recommend her to anyone.”

Blair S.
“Blair has taken care of my dog for years and has always done a great job! He is very reliable and will be there on time!”

Delaney B.
“I have known Delaney for about twenty years now. Throughout our lives, she has always shown two things: that she is incredibly compassionate for all living things, and that she always pushes herself and tries her best. Regardless of what was happening in our lives, she has consistently shown up for me, her family, and the people she cares about. She has been working and going to school, and she still spends time caring for herself and her sweet cats, dog, and lizard. She takes time to do research and make informed decisions when it comes to her pet care, and she has taught me a lot about how to better care for my cat. When I was going through a rough time, she came by with food for my cat and made sure we were okay. Delaney is my responsible friend, the one I turn to when I need help or a compassionate ear. She would make an incredible dog walker or sitter and I would trust her with my pets any day of the week.”
Troutdale dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jacqueline was prompt and kind with my shy puppy, and he warmed up to her rapidly. She was very good with him.

I have a couple of senior pups, one of which is high-need (meds, complicated meal situation, mostly blind and deaf) and Jessica was fantastic! We’ll def be asking her to care for them again the the future.

Gema took great care of our little man (17 yr old dachshund/schnauzer rescue). She was sweet, patient, and super communicative while we were out of town. Will definitely welcome Gema back any time!

Thank you for always taking very good care of my doggo. Your attention to detail is always appreciated!

Justin provided some drop-in visits for our three pets (2 dogs/1cat), accommodated an inconvenient schedule, and got our older dog with medical issues to take her medication. There was an immediate positive connection between Justin and one of our dogs that is slow to trust; face kisses and everything. :) Our cat who normally hides with new people also came out to greet Justin during the visits! Great updates with pictures helped us relax while we were away. We will absolutely seek Justin out for our pet care needs in the future!
