“Tori has been a God send for us! She was able to help us out over the Thanksgiving holiday, which was amazing. She is a great communicator, prompt, and she handled out two labs with love and care. She didn’t mind that our 3.5 year old has not learned to stop jumping up on people when he is excited. She was loving and went if her to help us, even with the morning feeding. We will call on Tori again!!”

About: I have 2 years of experience caring for pets, and I’m reliable, patient, and good at keeping pets on their normal routine. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, and all energy levels. I have a flexible daily routine, so I’m able to spend a lot of time with pets, keep them on schedule, and make sure they get consistent care. Walks, feeding, and playtime all fit naturally into my day. I always follow the owner’s routine exactly and keep the home clean and secure. I make sure doors are locked, pets are supervised, and they get regular potty breaks, feeding, and attention. I treat every home with respect and every pet like my own.
About: I know what it's like to leave your pets at home when having to work long hours and/or travel on business. I want to share my love for animals and my desire to help others that have to leave their pets due to work requirements or are taking a much needed vacation. Having a dependable person that you can trust coming into your home and taking care of your pet can be a tough decision but rest assured...I'm the one for you. I'm retired and have very flexible hours. I am available Monday thru Friday and on the weekends. I would love to take of your pet. I am able to provide love and companionship to your pet(s) while you are away from home. My goal is to provide you the peace you need to be productive at work or to truly enjoy your vacation.
“Cayla was SO awesome! She was trustworthy, punctual and gave great feedback about my doggo. She helped me last minute when I was in a real pinch. Such peace of mind knowing my dog was being cared for. Appreciate her so much!”

“Natalie was great! She came to met the dogs beforehand and showed her around the house for where all their things are and a house key. During her drops in, she gave us updates and of course pictures. She’s a sweet girl, we’ll definitely keep using her if it fits her schedule.”

About: I've been a pet sitter for many years. Animals are a way of life for me, and I provide dependable and compassionate care for your home and animals. I own my own photography business so I'll have time to give your pets the care they deserve. Theyll receive care, pets, walks, and attention. I believe pets feel most secure in their own environment and with their own routines. I adapt to them. It's their home, not mine!
About: I have taken care of animals as long as I can remember! With fostering I have been around and taking care of different breeds of dogs, sizes of dogs and dogs with certain needs that needed to be addressed. I have worked with fostering dogs for about a year now with an organization stationed out of Pennsylvania. Every dog I have rescued has been from a kill shelter with various medical needs, mental needs, and emotional needs. I am comfortable around all dogs/cats and I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal! I would love to get to know your dog and continue to give them the best care while you’re away! I have one puppy of my own that I rescued. Her name is Rayne. She is a small dog her back does not even reach the bottom of my knee. She’s a very loving and playful. She does a great with meeting new dogs. She has been around every single dog. I have saved and fostered. I have a fenced yard and a small dog myself who loves to meet and play with dogs. I do have experience with taking care of different breeds of dogs. I can also create your dog if that’s what you would prefer. If not, my dog is super friendly and loves meeting new dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of traveling family members and friends dogs for years. Following their instructions and even taking care of their home. Keeping it clean and any additional request. I’m retired and I currently supplement my income driver for Uber and Lyft. This allows me the freedom to care for pets on your desired schedule. I desire taking care of your pet in your home as you wish, while following your instructions and pet regime. I’m loving and kind, Dogs love me because they sense this trait.
About: My family has always had pets: cats, dogs, and a variety of others! I adopted my first dog, Monty, as an adult in 2016. He was my whole heart and soul, and I would not be the person I am without him. I adopted him off the euthanasia list at an estimated 9 yrs old with heartworms. I knew it would take some TLC to unlock his sweet goofy side. I learned very quickly (day 2!) that his unknown past left him with severe destructive separation anxiety and elopement tendencies (if he couldn't jump/climb over a fence, he went through it)! We tried medication, specialized training with a behaviorist, and crate training, but he could not be contained or soothed unless his momma was nearby. I found a reputable cage-free doggy daycare that accommodated his needs and kept him safe during the day. For the last 5 years, I have worked part time at that facility, learning and implementing rhe art of introducing dogs to each other, observing their behavior to determine temperament, handled reactive dogs, broken up the occasional fight, captured the occasional escapee, bathed them, dried them with a high velocity dryer, clipped their nails, coaxed them into eating with calm body language and words of affirmation, administered oral/topical/injected medication as prescribed - you name it, I've probably done it. If I haven't done it, I'm willing to learn! At your pace and, most importantly, at your pet's pace! Additionally, I've fostered and found homes for several dogs, whelped and weaned foster puppies, researched and participated in obedience training, reinforced skills as needed, among many other necessary tasks. Again, you name it and I'm willing to learn! As stated above, I work part-time at a daycare/boarding/grooming facility, typically 1pm-7pm on weekends and usually one or two weekdays. My personal pet (a feisty corgi named Bailey) is completely house-broken and well-socialized. I live in an apartment with a fenced off-leash dog park. I take my corgi to the fenced area for potty and play time. We also usually walk the complex twice per day. I love going to bigger public dog parks at cooler times of day. I typically feed on a schedule and can adjust if needed. My dog is toy possessive so she does not have unsupervised access to toys when other dogs are in my home. I typically separate dogs from each other when I leave and during feeding times for safety reasons. I do have a medium crate (corgi-sized), and I have space for a bigger crate if you'd like your dog to be crated (and don't mind me borrowing it for the duration of your pet's stay)!
About: As a dedicated animal lover, I bring real pet-owner experience to every visit. I currently have a dog and have previously cared for cats and bunnies, so I'm comfortable with pets of all kinds. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members, and I strive to make every pet feel loved, safe, and cared for."🐾💕 I am available early mornings for feedings, exercise, and check ins, as well as midday visits and walks, making sure your pet is comfortable and loved through the day. My fur baby is created when unattended and has a doggy park to run around unleashed in the apartment complex. Always leashed walks around the neighborhood, complex, and parks.
About: Who you trust with your pet matters. They deserve someone more experienced than a teenager or a hobby sitter. As a dog mom and dog foster mom for over 10 years, I’m a dedicated and experienced dog caregiver, who specializes in understanding breeds and their specific needs. I own a high energy, working dog, so understanding that his needs are vastly different is important to his care, so my approach to caregiving is what I would want for my own dog. I do my best to learn your dogs behavior, their needs and provide care specific to them. Working with fosters, I have cared for many of your ‘aggressive’ breeds. As such, I am confident and comfortable with bigger, more powerful breeds. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings from daily walks and drop-ins to overnight boarding and extended stays, always treating them as if they were my own. I have hands-on experience with energetic puppies, senior dogs, rescues, and pups who may need a little extra patience or reassurance. I understand that every dog is unique, so I focus on providing personalized care that fits their routine, temperament, and comfort level. Whether that means structured walks, playtime, cuddle breaks, medication support, or simply calm companionship, your dog’s well-being always comes first. Safety, communication, and reliability are extremely important to me. I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. My goal is not just to watch your dog, but to make sure they feel secure, loved, and happy every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your dog with patience, responsibility, and genuine affection, I’d love to be part of your pup’s routine. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be present, attentive, and responsive throughout the day rather than fitting care into limited time windows. This means dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and can stick closely to their normal routines. I’m able to accommodate consistent walk times, potty breaks, feedings, playtime, and rest throughout the day, as well as provide extra attention for puppies, senior dogs, or pets who may need more frequent check-ins. My flexibility also allows me to adapt quickly if a dog needs additional exercise, comfort, or one-on-one time. This setup gives pet parents peace of mind knowing their dog is supervised, cared for, and truly integrated into my day, not treated as a side task. Your pet gets reliable, attentive care with plenty of interaction, structure, and affection. In my home, I do have one dog of my own which can be kept separate from your fur baby if needed or requested. I have a fenced in yard which is secure and stable. If I am visiting your house or property, I am mindful and cautious with any instructions you have left.

About: Hi! I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a sweet Shih Tzu named Bello, and my love for dogs only grew from there—whether it was helping friends dog-sit, playing Nintendogs, or binge-watching “101 Dog” videos on YouTube to learn about every breed I could. I’ve cared for both small and large dogs and always strive to adapt to each pup’s unique personality. Whether your dog is high-energy and loves to play, or more mellow and prefers a relaxed pace, I’m great at meeting them where they are. I’m also very active myself, so I’m always happy to go on long walks or get in plenty of playtime to keep your dog happy and healthy. I’m reliable, communicative, and fully committed to giving your dog top-tier care, attention, and tail-wagging fun. My goal is to be your dog’s new best friend—and someone you can count on, every time! I recently graduated from college, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I do help take care for my two younger siblings, which means I’m committed to drop-offs at 9 AM and pick-ups at 4 PM- but outside of that, I’m very available and happy to work around your pet’s needs. Please contact me if you have any questions! Safety, trust, and a nurturing environment are my top priorities when caring for pets. At home, I care for my cat Miso with great attention to detail—making sure her water fountain is clean and running daily, her food bowls are fresh, and her litter box is always in good condition. She gets about 15–20 minutes of dedicated playtime three times a day, plus plenty of cuddles (when she’s in the mood!). I always respect her boundaries and know when she wants space. I've also created a cat-friendly home with cozy lounge areas like cat trees and towers, and I rotate her toys regularly to keep things fun and stimulating. I'm also diligent about trimming her nails to keep her safe and comfortable. I bring the same level of care and respect to every pet I look after, always making sure they feel secure, enriched, and loved in their space.
About: I have a Blue heeler. They are known for their energy and obedience. Play time = training time. We run about 3 times a day. I use puzzles as a brain exercise for Dobby( dog). Dogs require patience, care , and fun. I bathe , treat , and pamper your pups as if they were my own. Are you looking for someone who will do more than just sit around with your pet or let them sit in a cage all day ? I’m a firm believer that dogs need mental stimulation and human contact especially when their owner is out on vacation. I can guarantee 24/7 care for your pet. I can walk your pup first thing in morning . Feed them after a morning walk. I like to follow up with play time as a form of training. If there are any medications or special requests for your dog, I can make sure they take them. I’ve worked with pups to seniors.

About: My beloved shih tzu passed recently after long and adventurous 14 years. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old, so I’m very well familiar with puppy stage as well as senior years. I was very attached to my doggie and know a lot about small breed needs and temperament. I’m also available to care for medium size dogs on case by case basis. Please, contact me for more information. I work from home full time and can give your pet plenty of attention, exercise and potty breaks. We always have someone at home, so your pet would always have company. I strive to provide the same care your pet would get at home. As a small dog owner I struggled to find a good sitter for my Shih Tzu, so I want to be that one person you can trust with your pet. I never book multiple families at the same time, so your pet will have all of my attention and care. I have a large house and a few acres of land to run around and have fun. We do not have any other pets right now, but we do have 2 small children who are gentle and great with animals.
About: My name is Aaren and I currently have been running a successful pet sitting business out of my home for 15 years now. I have rescued and cared for dogs my entire life. Animals are my passion and I take great pride in caring for other people's fur babies while they are away. I would love to be considered as an alternative to a kennel or boarding facility. I try and keep the exact same schedule you would at your own home/ when you are home, to lessen the amount of stress on your animal. I also go on daily walks 2-3x per day, play outside with them, and offer lots of cuddle time and hugs and kisses. I am a stay at home mother, so I am available all day to care for your pets. We recently have updated our backyard with an area of Astro turf to keep our pets happy, clean, and healthy. Please do not hesitate to contact me and we can discuss all of your pet sitting needs. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
