During the intake she walked me through where Nelo would be playing and staying. She asked all the right questions to ensure she understood any needs he may have. My dog just went through major hip surgery, and is on a strict medication schedule along with PT range of motion exercises and a strict bed rest. Beatryx took the time to meet me and ask exactly what I wanted during Pepe’s boarding. They asked all the right questions and assured me that Pepe would be in great care. The day when I had to leave Pepe, I ran into some complications at work and had to reschedule the drop off time. Beatryx was so understanding and flexible about everything. They sent me pictures every hour because they knew how anxious I was. Pepe was so happy that when we went to leave he had to go back and give Beatryx extra kisses. I would definitely leave Pepe with Beatryx again and again!”

Our dogs got along which was testing during the meet and greet but he had options if they didn’t. My dog enjoyed the long walk and loving care of Emerson’s home. He sent updates and lots of photos.
