“This service is new to us so we were a little nervous about leaving our 4 dogs with a stranger. To make matters more challenging we had a scheduling last minute problem with the airlines that required us to leave in the morning of the scheduled flight instead of the evening which added to our anxiety. Sameer had arranged for a "meet and greet" several days prior to our scheduled trip so we really felt good about him but, you never know. Long story short, he was able to accommodate our change of schedule and kept us up to date with pictures of him and his wonderful wife taking our dogs on walks and sent us daily emails as our trip progressed. That, in of itself, gave us peace of mind. At the end of the trip, we experienced yet another delay due to the airline. Once again, Sameer was very accommodating and took our late arrival in stride. When we finally made it home, we found our dogs well taken care of and happy.! We cannot understate our experience with this wonderful person. We would NOT hesitate to use him again. We used Petsmart in the past and although we didn't have a bad experience, this arrangement placed our dogs in a more "family" situation and the daily emails were icing on the cake.
