I had to find a sitter on extreme short notice and I was so thrilled that Chawntea was willing to accept my pup with less than 12 hours notice and for a 13 day stay while I was out of the country. My pampered pooch was treated like her own and I honestly think she may have came back more spoiled than when I left her and after that much time away it was a wonderful feeling knowing she was cared for so well. My dog just went through major hip surgery, and is on a strict medication schedule along with PT range of motion exercises and a strict bed rest. Beatryx took the time to meet me and ask exactly what I wanted during Pepe’s boarding. They asked all the right questions and assured me that Pepe would be in great care. The day when I had to leave Pepe, I ran into some complications at work and had to reschedule the drop off time. Beatryx was so understanding and flexible about everything. They sent me pictures every hour because they knew how anxious I was. Pepe was so happy that when we went to leave he had to go back and give Beatryx extra kisses. I would definitely leave Pepe with Beatryx again and again!”
