About: I've had a love for animals my whole life & have spent the last 5 years working as a dog groomer. During that time I've cared for dogs ranging from energetic puppies to seniors who need a little extra patience & support. I'm Pet First Aid & CPR certified. We aren't the easiest people to take of either as our dogs have a lot of medications, are relatively high energy, and we asked her to help with many other things such as watering our plants. My goal was to find someone that would have the ability to spend a lot of time with her. In my initial meeting with Lea, it was obvious how much she loves dogs and spending time with them. It was also clear that she has a great understanding of their physical and emotional needs. I was confident that I had found the right person to watch Gracie in our home for the 3 nights we planned to be gone. When Gracie developed stomach upset, Lea knew exactly how to adjust and manage her diet in order to alleviate further symptoms and to make her more comfortable. When we arrived home Gracie’s stomach issues had subsided and she was relaxed and happy. Not only did I come home to a happy-healthy dog, Lea also had taken great care of our home and yard cleaning up after Gracie. Leah is amazing. We had plans For the weekend and this was the first time we used Leah. I have two dogs, one is 17 months old and the other is almost 12 years old, who is a diabetic. Leah was a champ, she was able to give my older dog his insulin shots and keep my 17-month-old dog occupied with walks. I would definitely use her again. She is very professional and her correspondence to me was perfect. She sent pictures and updates daily.
Taunya was able to watch our two dogs on short notice, and she provided excellent care throughout their stay. She kept us updated with frequent photos, which we really appreciated, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and thoughtful dog sitter.
