“Jill is truly a dog lover! Anyone that can make my hyper-obsessed (with me) Multi-Poo feel at home is a total dog whisperer. Proof in the pudding when I came to pick Oso up he of course loved all over me but then went back inside the house and barked with joy in his eyes. Would absolutely trust her with my little fur baby again and highly recommend to all dog owners. Thank you, Jill!”

“Our pups loved their first stay with Dylan! He was great communicating with us and very flexible on drop off and pick up times. Our three were tuckered out by the time they came home after running around his large fully fenced property. We will definitely be back for more stays here!”

“Dexter’s first overnight with Lisa and Dave was fabulous. I knew he was in a safe and attentive environment from their frequent and detailed updates. Lisa and Dave adjusted to Dexters regimented feeding schedule with ease and made sure he was comfortable. Plus, Dexter has two new friends in Fezzi and Scout, their Cavaliers. I will be booking with them again!”

“Aubin and Nathan are amazing pet sitters. Our very energetic lab went there for 2 nights and had so much fun he didn’t want to leave. They played fetch with him, took him on walks, and provided lots of cuddles. Aubin was so great at communicating and sending lots of pics. Their house is perfect for dogs with a large fenced yard. We will definitely have them watch our dog again!”

We’ve had many rough experiences with sitters over the years, so it was such a relief to meet someone with true experience and confidence in creating a safe and loving environment for our pup. Unfortunately everyone was busy so quickly turned to Rover. I was extremely lucky to find Victoria, who was able to help us out very last minute. Victoria was willing to care for my pup. From the pictures I was able to tell they both had a blast! Please, if you are looking for someone to care for your baby, look no further. Victoria is awesome!!!”

“Dexter had a wonderful first visit with Lisa and Dave. He was well cared for and the environment was calm and relaxed, which is just what Dexter likes! Dexter is 13 needs a fair amount of care and I was worried about leaving him in a new space. Lisa and Dave did an amazing job of keeping me updated on how Dexter was doing throughout the day, letting me know what Dexter was up to and following the guidelines I had shared with them. This gave me the confidence of know that Dexter was in safe hands. Lisa and Dave are not only attentive but also respectful of Dexter’s needs. They took the time to get to know him and his communication style, kept their own dogs on leashes while we did a meet and greet and asked smart questions if anything was unclear. Their dogs, Fezzi and Scout are a delight. Like Lisa and Dave, they are kind, respectful and easy to get along with. Dexter doesn’t always like other dogs and he got along with theirs. I am so grateful to have found Lisa and Dave and will definitely be bringing Dexter there again!”

“Leah walked our dogs over a couple of days and our dogs were happy and worn out. She was an excellent communicator and persevered through some tough weather to get them out.”
About: Hi there!! My name is Melissa. I have cared for animals from the time I could walk. When I became an adult, I worked in veterinary medicine for 15+ years. First I was in reception, and then I had a long veterinary technician career. My genetic and progressive neurological disorder causes my hands to shake, so I’ve had to step away from technical work. I’m currently working at Sunriver Vet Clinic as a receptionist 3 days a week. I’ve done pet sitting in Illinois, and have recently moved to beautiful Sunriver. I’m comfortable with injections, medications, and I’m very familiar with dog and cat care and health problems and concerns. I myself have an 18 year old kitty in mid stage kidney failure and two greyhounds. Poop, pee, vomit, anal glands- nothing phases me. I have also done a lot of feral cat work. If you want a been there, done that pet sitter then that’s me. I’d love to meet your furry family members. I have very flexible part time commitments during the week. I make my own schedule, so I can schedule my commitments around your pet’s needs. I care for your pets exactly the way you want me to. I’m extremely cognizant of pet safety and having worked as a veterinary technician has made me very good at reading pet body language. I can tell if your pet is stressed, needing something, or up to shenanigans and adjust accordingly. 😂

About: I’ve had pets my whole life! Growing up, my family had dogs, cats, chickens, horses and we even had a turtle! Even from a young age, I had a passion for taking care of animals. I’m an active person that loves hiking and neighborhood walks with my very energetic and goofy English Setter. I also have two senior adopted cats that get daily snuggles as well. My husband and I lost our beloved blue heeler a couple of years ago who was our adventure buddy that went everywhere we did! He loved people, but tolerated other dogs and now we have a very sweet and active English Setter that would love to have some friends to play with! I have a fully fenced, half acre property and regularly go on walks with my dog. I also have experience with giving insulin to one of my diabetic senior cats, twice a day. My pets mean everything to me and I’d treat anyone else’s like my own! I currently work part time and love to get out and explore, so I have plenty of time throughout the week and weekend to help with pet care! About: I've had animals my entire life, and have glady cared for my friends' pets over the years. From golden retrievers needing exercise while thier dad is at work, to a high-energy puppy needing attention and a place to hang out, a cat with special diet needs and multiple visits per day, and more, I'm looking forward to learning about and with your pet. I am home this summer from a master's degree abroad and have no set commitments and a totally flexible schedule. I'd be happy to bring your dog on walks with my pup and forest jaunts, or take them on their own adventures. In my home, I have an older border collie who loves puppies, but is also able to handle any size and can keep to herself. I also have a small, fearless cat who loves meeting new pups. I typically do one big walk in the day with my pup, with plenty of play and outside time between. If feeding is a challenge, we separate animals during mealtimes to ensure everyone gets their meals. If coming to your home, I'm happy to visit 2-3 times per day as needed, depending on the animal and service (any more frequency can be discussed). I'm also happy to spend time in your home keeping your pet company. With cats especially, respecting boundaries but being nearby can help keep them from getting lonely.

Would absolutely trust her with my little fur baby again and highly recommend to all dog owners. Thank you, Jill!”

Mark has stayed with her 3 times already and we feel so comfortable knowing that he is in great hands! I would highly recommend Tania, we will continue to use her as our #1 Rover! Thank you for always taking such great care of our big burly fluff ball!”

“They were amazing with my nervous pup, Loki. I highly recommend them for any of your pups needs. They were very patient with him while he warmed up to them and gave him plenty of love and enrichment for the week they had him 😁”

“Dani is great as always and helped us out with a last minute request. Right when we pulled up Archer ran in her home and was happy be back again. We got daily photos and updates and could tell Archer always feels right at home with her. Thanks again!”

“Alexis is a pro! We’ve had many rough experiences with sitters over the years, so it was such a relief to meet someone with true experience and confidence in creating a safe and loving environment for our pup. Her and her husband went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make sure we could be away worry free. Her pups are super sweet and playful, their home is amazing, and they are genuinely wonderful people - you want your dog to stay with them!!!”

“Veronica was an absolutely outstanding sitter. We left our little guy with her while out of the country and our only worry was that he might not want to come home! While in her care, he got accustomed to a pretty sweet lifestyle of long walks, off-leash adventures, cuddles and time with her lovely dog & family. She sent lots of photos and videos of him enjoying his time, and made us feel abundantly comfortable that he was in good care. I would absolutely not hesitate to book her again or recommend her for anyone else's pet.”

“It was a pleasure to meet Amy, she was more than willing to work with me for drop off and pick up. Fletcher was treated like her own I believe and what more could you ask for. Highly recommend Amy for anyone’s pet sitting needs as the home was very nice with a completely fenced back yard as well. Cost was definitely reasonable and I will use her again because of our experience.”

“So grateful to Madeline for taking of my dog on short notice. Madeline kept me updated with text, photos, and videos. Felt like Bindu was getting excellent care and was in very good hands. I will definitely contact Madeline in the future.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with how well they took care of my dog Enzo. She and her husband and her kids were extremely warm and welcoming, and I knew he was in good hands from the moment I introduced myself and my dog.. They are extremely easy to work with, super accommodating, and generally just really good down to earth people. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of boarding their animal. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks so much to Kim and her family. Andrew”

“We felt completely at ease leaving our Gracie with Aly (and Mike). Gracie had a flare-up of her colitis the day before we left town, and Aly was totally unfazed by this. She sent many pics and comments each day which was greatly appreciated. Gracie told us she cannot wait to go back to see Aly.”
