About: I have been doing drop-in pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I also worked at a Collie breeding facility for two years. I now own my own dog and have trained her and cared for her for 7 years. I have the ability to teach agility as well as basic obedience (sit, lay down, heel, roll over, etc). I am extremely active and love going on walks or runs with pets, but am happy to sit and offer belly rubs too! I am free to take care of your pet wherever and whenever you like, within reason. Unfortunately I cannot have pets at my house. Your dog's happiness and health is of the utmost importance. I am different from other sitters in that I possess extensive dog experience, patience, and an extreme love for animals. I am currently available most days to spend time with your pet. I was also a receptionist and am a vet technician at a local vet clinic and can use my knowledge in the event of an emergency. I fit it in around work and having my own dog. I typically spend a moderate amount of time with your pet, with the ability to conduct check ins as needed. I used to be a part time vet tech so I am very knowledgeable about many different clinical signs of pain or distress as well as any maladies your dog could have.

I love animals of all kinds and would welcome taking care of your pets with gusto and compassion. I’m currently a full time college student with a part time job, but I can fit your needs into my schedule! I am available for early morning and afternoon dog walks, overnight weekday cat stays, and mid-day check-ins on your beloved animals. Message me if my times work for you. I live in a non smoking apartment that is very pet friendly, with plenty of room for a cat. When it comes to dog walking, I take the utmost safety precautions and would love to walk them within your own neighborhood, as my downtown neighborhood is not very amenable to dog walks.
