Besides the cute pictures, Andy sent me a picture that showed Nate feeling relaxed. Frankly, I was glad Nate still wanted to come home! Andy understands dogs, has an appreciation for the variety of normal dog behavior, and really does love dogs. His daughter also really loves dogs. Although I found Andy through Rover, a mutual friend confirmed that he’s a dog lover and would trust him with her dogs. Knowing that we had mutual friends was literally an answer to prayer. I would definitely trust this family with Nate again.”

“11/10! Lei went above and beyond for our cat Biscuit! She provided us daily updates on how he was doing to help us feel comfortable about leaving him for the first time. She did everything in her power to help him feel okay about being in a strange place and went to purchase one or two things to try and help him come out of hiding and feel at home. After a couple days of him being shy, my cat really warmed up to her and never left her side and we got lots of happy updates of him lounging on her and even videos of him playing and getting lots of attention! We will be using Lei in the future any time we need to leave town because of her outstanding service and communication about how our boy was doing! We can’t thank her enough!”
