About: I have been doing drop-in pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I also worked at a Collie breeding facility for two years. I now own my own dog and have trained her and cared for her for 7 years. I have the ability to teach agility as well as basic obedience (sit, lay down, heel, roll over, etc). I am extremely active and love going on walks or runs with pets, but am happy to sit and offer belly rubs too! I am free to take care of your pet wherever and whenever you like, within reason. Unfortunately I cannot have pets at my house. Your dog's happiness and health is of the utmost importance. I am different from other sitters in that I possess extensive dog experience, patience, and an extreme love for animals. I am currently available most days to spend time with your pet. I was also a receptionist and am a vet technician at a local vet clinic and can use my knowledge in the event of an emergency. I fit it in around work and having my own dog. I typically spend a moderate amount of time with your pet, with the ability to conduct check ins as needed. I used to be a part time vet tech so I am very knowledgeable about many different clinical signs of pain or distress as well as any maladies your dog could have.

About: I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own right now and have always had fur families - small to medium dogs, cats, and hamsters, young and old and anywhere in between. I train my puppies/dogs and kittens/cats for basic safety and helping them get used to being handled for grooming. I also do pee pad and/or outside potty training and crate training for puppies/dogs. I’m experienced with giving medicine to both dogs and cats as well as using diapers on senior dogs.
About: I've been around cats a lot throughout my life due to basically being raised in the barn. Therefore, I definitely have some experience with near feral cats, haha! Although I've only had one cat of my own, I have taken care of senior cats, "spicy" cats, kittens, and many cats in between. I'm happy to play with a wand toy, throw a tiny mouse, cuddle with them on the couch, or just feed them if they prefer their independence. I understand that cats tend to prefer a slower approach before they start to trust someone new, and I will always respect their boundaries so that I can build that trust with your kitty companion.

About: Cats have always had a special place in my heart - from kittens to seniors. I grew up caring for two family cats, both rescues, who each had at least one litter of kittens, so I learned hands-on how to care for everything from newborn kittens to full-grown adults. That experience led family and friends to trust me with their own cats over the years. My cat Sally was with me for about 14 years, and during the later years of her life, I took care of her daily needs, including administering medication. My cats were indoor/outdoor, but I've also sat cats that were strictly indoor or strictly outdoor, so I'm comfortable either way. I love cats for their individual personalities. Sally was cuddly and affectionate all the time; my other cat, Clara, was more reserved and liked her space, and I loved them both just the same. About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

About: We came across the Cavapoo breed as our loving Rottweiler was on his journey to his “better place”. We chose the Cavapoo breed as our furry rainbow puppy to help us all with the tough loss. Fast fwd 5 years, and WOW, still can’t believe the journey that was created for us. Dog breeding, training, boarding and grooming just the way I would want my pups taken care of…in a home. Our setup is ready for all stages of dogs and of course, personalities. This is a small family business and we make pet care fit seamlessly into our lives. We’re a party of 4 and all hands are always on deck. 4:00 am wake up call during the week and 6:00 am on weekends. Caring for pets in our home can consist of taking your pets normal routine that’s already established and following it. Help keep your animal on a schedule of food timing to crate or bedroom boarding. We live in a neighborhood with a 6 foot privacy fenced in back yard. A 3,000 gallon Koi pond surrounded by 800 square feet of deck. Nice plush outdoor furniture for the dogs to lounge next to the pond after a drink. We have also built a 200 square foot doggie palace on our property. Full electricity with heating/air and additional ceiling fan. Great for rainy days or dogs who are lone rangers and/or feisty.

I've since fostered puppies and kittens through the humane society and pet sat for friends, family, and their friends' cats and dogs over the years. I have two dogs of my own that are my best friends and I treat them as family. I’ve helped friends and family take care of their dogs my whole life! I already love walking and having a buddy to bring with me would be amazing! I currently live in an apartment but there’s plenty of grass to walk around on and i’m very open to going to dog parks, a trail, or anywhere they would want to go! For anyone interested in boarding, your dog is welcome to go on any furniture and cuddle with me in my bed if they’re allowed! I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and i’m excited to hear from you! I am a college student and do have classes but i’m totally available any day and time besides 1pm-4pm Tuesdays-Thursdays! I can walk your dog multiple times a day if needed around those times! For boarding I have a roommate who also loves dogs and we have opposite class schedules so one of us will always be home! I’m only gone for 2 hours during the day Tuesday-Thursday! I’m also happy to bring your dog anywhere with me if that’s what they’re used to! I’m able to follow any instructions based on your dog’s needs and am happy to help! I’m very trustworthy and will treat your dog as if they’re my own. Although I work as a substitute teacher, there are many days I am home part or all of the day. While I have a generic routine, I like to know the pets usual routine so I can cater to that as much as is possible. I have a small fenced yard, but most importantly, my apartment is set up with pet safety in mind. I have gates and latches to prevent accidental runners, my cat has her own space to keep away from other animals, I have the space and ability to separate dogs if needed. Ultimately I treat them like my own. They are welcome in my bed, have free run of the common areas, have lots of toys... I am always up for snuggles and fun!
