About: I’ve had both dogs and cats throughout my life and have always taken pride in giving them the best care possible. Over the years, my love for animals has only grown—especially for cats. As I got older, that bond became even stronger, which eventually led me to having four cats of my own, all of whom I love deeply and care for like family. As someone who works from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of free time throughout the day and week to focus on pet care. My remote work is structured in a way that gives me the freedom to plan around pet visits and provide consistent, attentive care. Whether it’s morning check-ins, midday playtime, or evening visits, I’m able to accommodate a variety of needs and make sure your pet gets the time, love, and attention they deserve! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can create a calm, secure environment that feels familiar and stress-free. In your home, I respect your space and follow all instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, playtime, or keeping the litter box clean and tidy. I make sure pets feel safe and cared for, and I always keep you updated with regular check-ins and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. At my home, pets have a quiet, cat-friendly space where they can relax without stress or overcrowding. I’m mindful of keeping things clean, secure, and peaceful—especially for more sensitive or shy cats. My goal is always to treat your pet (and your home) with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my exceptional level of care and expertise. Your furry friends will receive the highest level of attention and care. I am dedicated to making your pets feel loved and secure in your absence. Flexible scheduling, just ask Monday available all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday available in the morning Tuesday and Friday available in evening I am flexible for morning check-ins also I have a very active rabbit. He has never known a cage and keeps me busy. He requires some obscure grooming and typical nail, fur and ear care. He gets massages and loves head scratches.

About: I am retired and have recently relocated to northern jersey. I am an avid animal lover. I have always had my own pets. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my fur baby of 13 1/2 years and am not quite ready to adopt at this time but sincerely miss having an animal in my life. I am helping to care for a dear friend’s cat and although truthfully I am more a "dog" person, I now find myself beginning to appreciate "cats”. Cats are really fascinating (and a lot different) than dogs. I believe that I am a person who you can trust with one of your most prized possessions, your "fur-babies". I love walking, so dog walking is a win win!! Drop in visits are also no problem!! Unfortunately. I am unable to offer pet sitting at this time. I love to walk and especially enjoy walking for a furry companion. Home visits for either dogs and cats are also something I enjoy doing. I am currently unavailable for pet sitting. However, I do prefer walking small or medium dogs and will give them the exercise and/or company they need.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since >1, always making sure they’re comfortable, fed, happy and most importantly safe and loved❤️ I understand what to look out for, following a schedule for over 12+ years with my own dog, and specific cues to communicate with them. I am home for more than three days (plus the weekend) due to my hybrid work schedule and able to go out for walks, potty breaks, and even the park when the weather calls for it. I live in an area where parks are all around me and have an access to a clean car. I just finished babysitting a friends dog which encouraged me to sign up on Rover after hearing great experiences with it. My personal chihuahua, Mimi, passed away due to a old age and I feel that babysitting/taking care of my neighborhood dogs is a great way for me to be surrounded by my favorite animals without investing all my time and resources into another dog of my own- at least until the future🤭

“Lauren was wonderful with our 4 cats. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter and will be asking her to drop in daily for us again. Our oldest cat required medicine in her food which Lauren was no stranger to, as she has done that with her own animals. The most timid of our cats came out for head scratches by the end of the 5 days - a sure sign that she is gentle and knows animals. She was also able to drop in around the same time each day, which was important for the cat that needed medication and was good for the animals. They are probably less anxious with a routine visiting time. 2 thumbs up!”

Clean filtered water always next to them day and night. I change their drinking water multiple times. I work part time from hone So I am always available for my dog guest. I order my groceries online when I am watching my dog guest. Your dog will never be left alone in the house. I use gates inside the house if needed for their safety. I walk one dog at a time.
