My dog is large and somewhat high energy and needs many miles of walks and Dennis did a wonderful job making sure that he got all of the mental and physical stimulation he needed. I got lots of picture updates, and felt very relaxed while leaving my dog while I was on vacation. Dennis also took great care of my home and was super responsive whenever I had questions. We did one meeting before I booked Dennis for the weekend, and then I booked him for one dog walk session before the Dog Sitting time because he was going to arrive after I had left. He was super open to everything and he reviewed my dog care instructions before I left. I felt like we had really clear really good communication. I’ve used several Rover pet sitters and Dennis is by far the best one that I’ve booked. I cannot recommend him enough! (unless you want him on the same weekend that I do and then I would still recommend him but I call dibs!)”

About: I have pet sat for many acquaintances over the years, as well nannying which included caring for family pets. I also have two cats of my own! I am currently wfh freelancers, I have plenty of availability in my schedule to care for other peoples furry guys! I have too small of an apartment to have a dog of my own - so my own pet care would never get in the way. I play with my cats every morning and night for at least two hours a day. I believe in a healthy diet for all animals, as well as providing an enriched home life for all domesticated animals. I am proudly in tune with an animal's body language and how the all vocalize their needs differently.

About: From the moment I could walk I have always been surrounded by animals. I‘ve never and will never not take the opportunity to take care of the pets of my family and friends and of course my own. Alix was so communicative and reliable! Even when I was dealing with flight delays and difficulties scheduling my trip, I felt safe leaving my dog Sam with her. And Sam clearly loves Alix! My dog escaped out my door to try and greet Alix when she returned my keys.
Irina stayed at my place to take care of my kitty while I was away for the week. She was so sweet and gentle with my cat, and sent truly the most gorgeous pictures and videos every day. It was so reassuring to see my kitty snuggle up with her and be so relaxed, confident, and at ease with her. This our second time working with Irina and I will definitely book again!
We are very happy to have found Lisette to housesit and take care of our new dog, Pony. This was our first trip away after adopting a dog with separation anxiety and some leash reactivity, so we were a bit nervous. Lisette came over for a meet-and-greet and was very calm and comfortable with Pony. On the day of our departure she came over right on time and jumped in with Pony, feeding him and taking him on a walk. She sent pictures twice a day and reassured us that things were going well. She also took great care of our apartment and left it very neat and tidy. We hope we can have her stay again next time.
