About: Hello! My name is Jordan and I've been passionate towards all animals my entire life and have experience with a variety of different species. I've worked as an animal care intern at a wildlife rehab and as a kennel technician where my primary duties were to work closely with veterinary staff to provide care for animals of all shapes and sizes. This experience plus a life long history with animals has allowed me to recognize each pet's individual personalities so that I may tailor my care to fit their exact needs. My goal is to treat your pets with respect and warmth in order to ensure their happiness while you’re away. I'm sensitive, flexible and empathetic to the individual needs of your pet so that their time apart from you is happy and stress free. I'm communicative and open so that you can rest assured knowing how much fun your pet is having under my care. As a pet parent of many different species myself, I understand the dedication and love you have for your pets and I understand the desire for an accountable, kind caregiver. I am also able to accommodate any special requests, such as if you would prefer your dog be crated during certain times, if your pet needs medications administered during the day and much more. Additionally, I have experience with invertebrates, reptiles, birds, small mammals, dogs and cats. I live on 20 acres of mowed and maintained land with a secure fence that will give your babies plenty of space to run around and explore. In addition, I provide a cozy, peaceful home environment where your pet is welcome to explore, settle in, and relax at their own pace. With plenty of comfortable spaces to lounge, play, and feel secure, I strive to create an stress-free atmosphere that helps every pet feel right at home during their stay. If I’m going to your home, I will be respectful and courteous to any rules and maintain the standard of care you treat your animals with. Being a stay-at-home mom gives me the flexibility to care for pets in a way that truly fits their individual needs. Because I’m home throughout the day, I can adjust feeding times, walks, play, and quiet moments based on each pet’s personality, age, and energy level. This flexibility means my care isn’t one-size-fits-all. If your pet needs more frequent bathroom breaks, extra exercise, or just a little reassurance and companionship, I’m able to respond right away instead of sticking to a strict timetable and I can easily monitor changes in behavior or health. My daily routine may be full, but it’s adaptable—and that makes all the difference in giving pets the individualized attention they deserve. In my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, supervised environment where they can relax and follow a consistent routine. When caring for your pets at your home, I focus on maintaining their familiar routine—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special needs—so they feel comfortable and secure. My hands-on experience working with many types of animals—different species, breeds, ages and temperaments—gives me the confidence to handle everything. Whether you need me to care for your scaly, feathered, or furry friends, my goal is always the same: to make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while their family is away.

About: I’m new to the rover app but, I’m not new to taking care of fur babies! While growing up we always had pets. When I left for college I got a puppy because of how much I missed my pups at home. I potty trained him all on my own while also juggling being a student athlete. I want to help out the best I can, so put me to work:) I am a part time hitting coach in the evenings so, I will have plenty of time to help you with your fur babies. I am off every weekend. I can take your pets on walks or play fetch to get them moving. I also can sit and just love on your pups whenever you are at work or away for a bit.

About: I’ve always loved taking care of animals, my own and others, since I was very young. I am comfortable around all dogs- I’m happy to take care of puppies, as well as older pups, who need their own TLC. If you entrust me with the privilege of looking after your fur baby, I will love them as if they are my own! I am happy to make drop ins/potty breaks/walks with your pup as needed. I am mostly available weekdays from 7-5pm but if needed, we can work together to find a schedule that works for your fur baby, as I can be flexible. I can work according to your needs. When caring for an animal in your home or mine, I will always be extra careful with opening and closing doors, to make sure no dog becomes an escape artist! I can feed, bathe, give medication, etc, as needed. Any special instructions, I am more than happy to adapt and learn how best to take care of your animal. When I come to care for your animal, I devote my time to loving them.

About: -Experience with puppies (care & training) -Owner of a senior dog -Patient and kind to all animals no matter the breed, shape, or size -Experience with high energy breeds I am currently working full time throughout the week, so pet care works for me after 5pm. I will be available anytime throughout the weekend. I am familiar with safely and respectfully crating pets and have done so with my own dogs. I make sure the area is clean and comfortable especially if the pet will be left for long periods of time.

About: I have worked with small dogs and big dogs and nervous dogs- I have owned my own doggo (a shih tzu bichon mix for 10 years) since I rescued her from a poodle shelter. I have worked as an assistant training emotional support animals at a rehabilitation facility (: I would love to hang out with your doggo babies when you need me! I am an early riser and work part-time in pet care. It is my primary job- I have regular clients that are my own aside of rover so my calendar on app may be inaccurate. In the clients home- your pet(s) are my first priority and my second priority is your home. Boarding at my home- your pet is still my first priority! We have 1 budgie, 2 cockatiels, 3 dogs, and 2 kittens!

About: Hello, I’m Brad! I cannot wait to spoil and pamper your dog. I am a small business owner who works 100% of the time from my home office. Additionally, my mother, who is retired, is home all day too. Dogs visiting my house will be treated as family members. Home full time, I will be able to provide your dog with the care and attention he deserves while staying with me. Take a look at my photos to check out my home and fully fenced-in yard to see where your dog would be spending his doggy vacation. My home, near Hutto Elementary and Middle Schools, is in a new, quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking trails nearby. My yard is spacious with new grass and a covered patio to provide both sunny and shaded play areas. The price listed is for a 24 hour stay for a dog weighing up to 44 lbs. It would be $35 for a dog weighing 45-94 lbs. Having undergone advanced screening, I have been met face-to-face and my home has been inspected. I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)!

About: As a dog owner for most of my life, I understand how important it is to trust your pet is in good hands when you're not present. I became a dog sitter to help provide pups with the love and attention they need! I’ve always helped friends out with dog sitting, and it’s been a great experience every time. I’ve owned or dog sat a variety of breeds over my life and am equally comfortable watching over a tiny Yorkie as I am with a 100lb Mastiff. I've worked in the arts industry for many years, but currently work in a regular Mon-Fri office job. I have remote work days combined with in-office. That means that I’m a good fit for dogs that need a little bit more attention or perhaps don’t like to spend too much time alone. Though I’ll be the primary caregiver, my wife likes to help out on occasion, and my 14 year old always enjoys a little playtime! (We do ask that all dogs that come to us be child-friendly.) We currently have one dog of our own: Jasmine, a nine-year-old Blue Heeler mix. Jasmine will lick you to death if allowed! Not only am I a fan of Cesar Milan (aka The Dog Whisperer), I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with him in my previous job capacity doing production management for his touring show. I definitely learned a thing or two from him, and really enjoyed speaking to him at length about how he handles dogs. We’ve incorporated some of his training techniques in our own home and know the value of good training techniques. We are currently based in Hutto. We have very nice neighbors, most of whom are friendly dog owners. It’s relatively quiet and low key for the most part, and, best of all, easily accessible to walking trails or drives to nearby dog parks. Our backyard is medium-sized: large enough for several dogs to run around and play but not so large that you ever lose sight of them. We have a large patio for shade and various rabbits & squirrels for barking at! I've worked in the arts industry for many years, but currently work in a regular Mon-Fri office job. I have remote work days combined with in-office. That means that I’m a good fit for dogs that need a little bit more attention when I'm working from home remotely. I am available both during the week and the weekends, schedule depends on client needs and my rotating work calendar and holidays. We have a fenced backyard for dogs to play in throughout the day & evening. Our crazy, lovable girl Jasmine likes good company to visit for some occasional quality playtime!

About: I've taken care of family pets on and off since I was a teenager and currently have a mixed-breed dog named Dolly (who is 2 years old)! As a dog parent myself (especially to a high-energy one), I understand every dog has their own rhythm, preferences, and quirks. Punctuality, clear communication, and always returning your pet happy and exercised, are the main priorities (that's what I would want for Dolly!). With my current work schedule, I'm available for morning (6AM-11AM) and late afternoon/evening walks on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I would usually need at least 2 days notice to schedule. When walking your dog or entering your home, I’ll treat your space with care and respect. Always make sure the leash, harness, or any gates/doors are secured before and after walks! For the first few walks, I’ll take time to build trust and stick to familiar routes to keep a good comfort level. This also includes sharing quick notes and photos during all of our walks. My overall goal is simple: make sure your dog feels safe and is happy from start to finish!

About: I've had dogs my entire life. I have cared for them, trained them, and loved every single one. I take care of animals as if they are my own even if they belong to someone else. I enjoy animals whether cats or dogs. With me, you'll know I'm there. I take pics letting you know I came and the time. I make sure to spend time playing with them or petting them if not interested in playing. They don't call me a dog whisperer for nothing. Animals can sense the type of people they are around. I let them know they can trust me. I am currently working for Uber Eats so my schedule is flexible. I am available most any time day or night. Animals are my priority. I live in the country on 7 fenced acres. We have other pets on our property. Therefore, I primarily go to people's homes to provide care.

About: I've had animals since I was a girl and haven't been without a pet since I was 10 years of age. Have had multiple dogs and cats at one time but now down to one 13-yr old male. Will always love and have pets as they are an integral part of my life. I derive much joy from their presence. Daily walks and attention to my own dog and look in on friend's dogs when they're away. My dog has his own bed for daytime but sleeps in my bed at night. I have a good sense about animals and will follow the routine they're used to. I love to connect with any animal if they want it and will give cuddles and rubs for comfort and love ❤️

About: I’ve been working with dogs & cats since I was in highschool! I originally was working at a boarding facility back at home for about 2 years. There, I did about all there is to think of! From feeding & medication, to playtimes & baths, you name it! When I graduated & moved for college, I worked at a small pet sitting/walking business! Here, I walked all types of dogs, ranging from hyper puppies to slower senior pups! I even did what were called “field trips”, where I’d drive a dog to a nice trail (since they were often hard to find in Indiana close by) or a dog park for some extra zoomies! Additionally, I did drop in visits similar to rover, where I’d feed, walk, & play with both dogs & cats! I feel like I’ve got good experience with most of what would be needed of me! Since moving to Round Rock this May, I’ve settled in & am eager to get working with animals again! I’m going to be a teacher, so summers I am pretty open until August! Ideally, I like to avoid walking at night, so mornings & daytime is perfect! However I’m flexible if your pup needs their extra walky! I’m interested in walks & drop visits! Overnights as of right now don’t work for me, but if that changes I’ll be sure to update that! We have a fenced in yard, with a corgi & golden retriever at my house! In my house we do daily walks, & let the pups out in the yard as they please. At your home, I aim to do what works best for you & your animals! If frequent potty breaks are needed, I’m able to do that! If your pup is like ours & need to be fed at specific times, I can aim to be as on time as possible as well! I want you to enjoy your time away, without the worry of how your pets doing. Anything to make you & your animal comfortable, just let me know & I’ll do it! (:
