About: I have grown up around animals and currently have two cats and two dogs. I am very comfortable keeping pets entertained and well cared for. I am unable to board pets at my house but am available for walks, check ins, and house sitting. I have a very open schedule most days and would love to fill it with animal care! I can also take on repeat check-ins and walks. My dogs are very spoiled. One is very cuddly and one is on the go non stop. I enjoy utilizing enrichment activities for my pups. My cats are both very social and love to play but I grew up with cats and understand how quickly a cat can choose that they want space instead. I plan on providing the same care and attention I do for my pets for yours. If I were to house sit, id follow instructions provided and be very respectful to your home.

Most importantly, she takes wonderful care of Benny and treats him like he’s her own. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving and capable hands. We highly recommend Marina to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter!”

“My dog absolutely LOVED Kimmie from the very first meeting. And my pup can be somewhat reserved around new people so that told me all I needed to know about Kimmie’s ability to connect to pets. Kimmie is very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her.”

“Josh just started walking my 9 year old pup. He took the time to do a meet and greet and get my old gal use to him. She was already so excited to see him today when for her first walk with him. He takes lots of pics and provides great information. He kind and gentle with animals and is so sweet! Thank you Josh!”

About: With over five years of hands on experience in dog training, boarding, and walking, caring for animals isn’t just something I do for work, it’s something I genuinely love. For the past two years, I’ve supervised a busy boarding and grooming facility, managing daycare groups, giving medications, handling emergency situation when they arose, and making sure every dog and cat received the individual attention they deserve. I’m currently in school to become a vet tech, which helps me better understand animal health, behavior, and safety and gives pet parents extra peace of mind. Whether your pet needs structure/routine, medication support, or just plenty of playtime and affection, I’ll treat them like they’re my own, safe, happy, and well cared for every step of the way! Pet care fits really well into my schedule right now. I’ve recently moved to Austin and I’m finishing up vet tech school, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the week. My classes allow me to plan my days around walks, drop ins, daycare, or boarding needs, and I’m used to balancing school with hands on animal care. I will mostly be doing all my services from your home (client) When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick to the routine and rules already in place. I make sure the pets get their usual meals, walks, and playtime, and I follow any instructions for medication, feeding, or behavior. I also do a quick check of the house each visit, making sure doors are secure, water is fresh, and litter boxes are clean. I can always be reached and will be happy to send updates or photos as needed. Overall, my goal is to make sure your pet(s) feel safe and relaxed in their own environment while their owner is away!

In the clients home- your pet(s) are my first priority and my second priority is your home. Boarding at my home- your pet is still my first priority! About: I have been working with Rover for over 5 years. My 13-year-old lab crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago, so I do not have any pets in my home and we do not take more than one family at a time. Animals are the best part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with dogs and cats. I also volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends. I work weekdays, but am available before 8am after 5 pm and can provide services on Saturdays & Sundays. I cannot wait to meet your beloved pet. I currently work weekdays, but can devote time after work and weekends. I can utilize lunch breaks to check on pets and nights and weekends for more one on one time. I own a home with a fenced in yard for my dog. I will do anything and everything to ensure your animal’s safety and happiness.
About: I know that pets can become confused and upset while you are away. I will make sure their needs are met with compassion and love. I will spend whatever amount of time needed with them to assure they are happy and comfortable. I take care of my husband who is a disabled veteran and have free time to meet your pets needs, treating them as if they were my own We have two dogs and three mischievous cats. I'm available to take as much time as needed during visits to ensure all of their needs are met and they are comfortable and loved
“Brooke is amazing! She is so good with my pups. They are young and maybe a little wild, but Brooke is so patient with them. I have absolutely no worries when they are with her. I think they may enjoy walking with her even more than me! :) Brooke has been flexible and is very dependable. So glad we found her!”

About: Hiya! I’m Aundie, a fellow pet-parent with two doggos (a Corgi and an Australian Cattle Dog mix). I have been around dogs my whole life and enjoy a pups companion. I am available Thursday afternoon - Sunday for boarding drop-off and offer boarding for the rest of the days not listed. There may be times where I’ll need to step out for a few hours during the day to run errands, but majority of the day will be spent with the pups. I have a fenced backyard for your pup to freely run around in. Inside the house there are different types of doggy beds and two sized crates for when they want to snooze.
About: I've had animals since I was a girl and haven't been without a pet since I was 10 years of age. Have had multiple dogs and cats at one time but now down to one 13-yr old male. Will always love and have pets as they are an integral part of my life. I derive much joy from their presence. Daily walks and attention to my own dog and look in on friend's dogs when they're away. My dog has his own bed for daytime but sleeps in my bed at night. I have a good sense about animals and will follow the routine they're used to. I love to connect with any animal if they want it and will give cuddles and rubs for comfort and love ❤️

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Circleville. On Rover:
- 92% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
