“Amanda seems to be very experienced. You can feel her love for our babies. I think I have a lot to learn from her. My Coco has only one night in there, and I think he already missed her and his new fur friends.”

“Thank you so much for taking care of our dogs on such a short notice! Amazing pictures and updates and dogs look happy and tired from having all the fun! Definitely will be using you guys again.”

“Our dog has separation issues & is often a little picky about his friends, but he settled down with Rodnie & her pups nicely for the weekend. Rodnie allowed him to feel at home...... sleeping on her sofa!! She sent us an update so we were ensured all was well. We have already booked him again with Rodnie for his next stay!”

“Mary has a great set-up with large, fenced yard. My dog Nova can get separation anxiety, but she was a happy pup when I picked her up after a week of boarding - this tells me her needs were met and she felt comfortable. Great service and daily pics!”

“Andrew did great with our dog! We felt like we could trust him with our dog, and he sent regular updates and took him on plenty of walks. We’d definitely use him again. Thank you!”

“I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We have used Rover for boarding our dogs while on vacation several times, but I have never had as great an experience as we did with Bekah! Atticus, my mini bernedoodle is always wary of strangers and is usually standoffish when it comes to people, even though he has been well socialized since puppyhood. When we met Bekah, he immediately took to her, letting her love on him and pet him. That is soooo not his usual nature! Throughout our vacation, we received multiple updates along with pics and videos. In just about every video, Atticus was hugging or snuggling with Bekah! Marigold is always an easy lover of humans, so it was no surprise that she was being a loving pup, but I was shocked by Atticus. I guess he knows a good soul! Our babies were well cared for, but more importantly, I felt that they were well loved! We will definitely look forward to our babies staying with Bekah next vacation. They couldn’t be in better hands!”

“Elisa suggested a meet and greet before confirming booking which we appreciated getting to meet her and her sweet daughter who adored Tucker. Elisa did an awesome job communicating and sending pictures to us during Tucker’s stay with her. It helped give us peace of mind while out of town. I will definitely be booking again.”

“She is very nice and her dog Snowy was a great company to my puppy like a grandpa watching grandson. Overall I appreciate her care and would highly recommend.”

“My dog Tugg is really energetic so it requires somebody very understanding of his needs for attention and play time. Chad catered to Tugg which I really appreciate! Definitely recommend and will use again!”

“Jeff was great with Milo! He sent us updates and pictures and genuinely seemed so excited to have Milo at his house. It made us feel at ease that Milo was in a safe and loving environment. We will definitely be booking with Jeff again when we need someone to watch Milo.”

“Heather has been such a great sitter for my dog. She is patient and understanding, especially since my dog has separation anxiety. She is super responsive, professional and friendly. I'm so glad I've found such a reliable person & family to watch Ridley while traveling.”

“took great care of our dog while we were away. got regular updates and photos, and Mark even fed our dog some of his dog's food to get him to eat because our dog is anxious and goes off his food easily. it was a relief having him in good hands while we were away! mark's dog is a gentle soul too.”

“Amber was amazing with my dog! She watched my dog for the 4th of July and took such a caring approach asking if my dog disliked fireworks. She has dogs that my super energetic dog loved to play with! She was easy to communicate with and provided photos/ updates throughout the time my dog was with her. We will definitely use Amber again!”

“Jessica was fantastic! She gave him tons of attention and play time, and sent me daily updates and photos. My dog got along great with her two pups and I was glad for him to have other dogs to play with while I was out of town. She gladly used potty pads in her home as requested and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jessica.”

“First time using Rover for my Bullmastiff as I've always used a Boarder who didn't have overnight staff. Ike isn't neutered so past boarder stays meant interacting only with staff which really stressed him out. Cheyenne picked up and dropped off Ike and updated me with pictures which really put me at ease. Ike was able to be with other dogs and when she dropped him off, he was a totally different fella from his boarder stays. He was not lethargic for five days but instead, energetic and happy. Cheyenne was worth the pay and the tip.”

“Kimberly was awesome, this was our second time having her pick up and drop off our doodles. She took great care of them and kept in contact and send pics & videos. Highly recommend as you will enjoy your time away and not stress about your fue babies! Will def book her again!”

“Jimmye Sue was awesome! Very accommodating with a last minute booking and we're were able to schedule a same day meet and greet. She sent pics and video updates throughout the stay. My dog made e several new friends and felt right at home. Would 100% recommend!”

“I highly recommend Candi to watch after your pets! Her setup was great and I got daily updates, and she was very flexible when my schedule changed unexpectedly!! The dogs came home happy and tuckered out from all the fun!!”

“Ann did a fantastic job! She always communicated quickly and clearly, and she did everything exactly as we'd discussed. I couldn't be happier with Ann and with Rover!”

“Rebecca did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our two cats! She was always on time even with it being over a holiday and gave us updates and photos each visit. She was great to communicate with before, during, and after the stay. She made sure to play with them each time which really helped them be more content while we were away. Would 100% book with her again!”

“Beth is excellent with the dogs and easy to communicate with. We've trusted Beth with watching our dogs on a routine basis, and we are excited to continue working with her. Highly recommend!”

About: I have cared for many different kinds of cat and I’ve loved every one of them. I’m writing this with a grumpy cat snuggled up on my lap. I’m happy to arrange overnight sits without my dog (he can have a play date at a friend’s house) if your pets are not fans of dogs.
“We had a lovely experience booking Andrea. We got lots of updates, pictures, and videos of our kitties. Andrea was very thoughtful and gave our cat his medicine even when we were about to be home so we had one less thing to do after a hectic day. I would definitely book again if our cats needed watching ☺️”

“Ayden was incredible with my cat! My cat is extremely shy and anxious around new people, so you can imagine my initial worries as I started my vacation. But, Ayden was absolutely wonderful! Ayden was very communicative and consistently gave me an extremely detailed recap of every visit, leaving nothing out or to the imagination. I received plenty of pictures throughout the visits, feeling very confident in knowing that my baby was in good hands. It is clear Ayden knows how to interact with and treat cats and I truly feel I made the best decision with booking Ayden to watch my girl. My cat even came out of hiding a couple times to get some pets in, which is honestly an accomplishment on its own! Thank you for treating my cat with care and I would definitely rebook with Ayden in the future!”

About: Hi there! I have experience house/pet sitting for my colleagues and feel Rover is perfect for me to get to love and care for pets as I no longer have any of my own. I had a Dachshund for 17 years and have an extra soft spot for senior pets. I’ve also fostered in the past! Because I work remotely full time, I’m able to be at your home full time to give pets more companionship, supervision, potty breaks, medications, and consistency throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also understand how important trust and communication are while you’re away so I love sending photo and video updates if owners enjoy them. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions. I treat every home respectfully and every pet with the same care, patience, and affection I would want for my own.

“Lorena is AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond with taking care of our 3 cats! Super clear communication, always on time, and is the sweetest lady ever! She also takes the best pictures! 10/10 highly recommend! We will definitely be in contact with her again in the future!”

“Elisa and family were very kind to our kitty. We had never done this before and she was open to meeting a week ahead of time so that we were comfortable. She sent pictures and a video while we were away. Would schedule with her again if needed.”

“Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.”

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, reptiles, and rodents, and much more through out my life, and I’m active in the agriculture environment. I’ve pet sitter for neighbors and family since I was 11, but I’m trying to make a little more so that I can save for college. I currently have fully open availability daily, as long as I can still care for my own fur babies! I wake up early and go to bed late, so I can cater to you pets personal needs. I do not offer pet care at my home because my dog gets anxious around other dogs, but I’m super experienced with any kind of pet, and I’m very patient and attentive.
“I appreciate the help I have received since July 2025 with the drop ins for my fur babies to go potty. With out Tinisha's acceptance I would not have been able to start my new job. Lots of hugs and thank you!”

“Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!”

“Cheyenne took amazing care of my cat while I was on a trip! I got daily updates with pictures and letting me know how he was doing. She loved on him like he was her own. He didn’t want to leave with me which means he had a great time!”

They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. While you’re away, my dogs and I will make your pup feel comfortable with lots of love and play! “I left my Australian Shepard with Isabelle for daycare for two days, as I was dropping him off for the second day he was so excited to see Isabelle which I knew it meant he was in good hands. Isabelle was always responsive and gave me updates while he was with her. She also took him along for their daily walk which I appreciated. Thank you again Isabelle!”

“Skia who doesn't like to stay away from us and with other humans and dogs in our absence, loves to hangout with Mark and she is super happy to be with him and his dog (like a second home). Mark takes great care of the dogs and even feeds them when he feels they are hungry without a second thought. Great experience sending our pup to Mark's place !”

Sara was great and open to my unknown schedule since I had no idea how long I’d have to wait. Puppy had a good time. I’d definitely use Sara again.”

I understand that things happen, and will work with you when unexpected events arise, but I’ve had too many people not respecting my time. I thank you for understanding. (: I follow care instructions completely. I give each animal one on one attention throughout the day. I treat them like they’re one of my kids. My children are very respectful of animals and are never left unsupervised with them.

“My dog absolutely LOVED Kimmie from the very first meeting. And my pup can be somewhat reserved around new people so that told me all I needed to know about Kimmie’s ability to connect to pets. Kimmie is very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her.”

About: I have grown up around animals and currently have two cats and two dogs. I am very comfortable keeping pets entertained and well cared for. I am unable to board pets at my house but am available for walks, check ins, and house sitting. I have a very open schedule most days and would love to fill it with animal care! I can also take on repeat check-ins and walks. My dogs are very spoiled. One is very cuddly and one is on the go non stop. I enjoy utilizing enrichment activities for my pups. My cats are both very social and love to play but I grew up with cats and understand how quickly a cat can choose that they want space instead. I plan on providing the same care and attention I do for my pets for yours. If I were to house sit, id follow instructions provided and be very respectful to your home.
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about our dog walker. She has gone far beyond simply taking my puppy out for walks — she has become an essential part of his growth, confidence, and training. From day one, she showed an incredible level of patience, knowledge, and genuine care. Not only does she handle walks with professionalism and consistency, but she has also taken the initiative to work on training during their time together. The progress I’ve seen in my puppy has been remarkable. Behaviors that once felt overwhelming are now improving every single week, and it’s because she puts in the time, attention, and expertise to guide him in the right direction. One of the things I appreciate most is how she empowers me as the owner. She regularly sends thoughtful recommendations, training tips, and resources so I can continue reinforcing good habits at home. It’s clear she truly wants my puppy to succeed, and she supports us both with so much encouragement and insight. Her communication is always excellent — I get updates, photos, and notes that make me feel completely at ease knowing my dog is in the best hands. She treats him with kindness and respect, and he absolutely adores her. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your dog’s well‑being, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has made such a positive impact on our lives, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and dedication she brings.”

About: I’ve been fostering animals and volunteering at shelters since I was a kid, so I’m really comfortable around animals and enjoy being with them. I have fostered pregnant cats, kittens who required medical care, and dog sat for friends and family, too. People always describe me as gentle and caring with animals! I’m a college student with a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets! I’m available most afternoons after 4 PM and on weekends, so I’m a great option for evening walks, drop-ins, or weekend care. I primarily care for pets in my clients’ homes, where they feel most comfortable and can stay in their normal routine. For dogs, I provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention based on their energy level and needs. For cats, I handle feeding, litter box cleaning, and give them as much interaction (or space) as they prefer. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep things consistent for your pet. I make sure they get plenty of care, attention, and a calm, safe environment while you’re away.
About: I’m new to the rover app but, I’m not new to taking care of fur babies! While growing up we always had pets. When I left for college I got a puppy because of how much I missed my pups at home. I potty trained him all on my own while also juggling being a student athlete. I want to help out the best I can, so put me to work:) I am a part time hitting coach in the evenings so, I will have plenty of time to help you with your fur babies. I am off every weekend. I can take your pets on walks or play fetch to get them moving. I also can sit and just love on your pups whenever you are at work or away for a bit.
About: I've had dogs my entire life. I have cared for them, trained them, and loved every single one. I take care of animals as if they are my own even if they belong to someone else. I enjoy animals whether cats or dogs. With me, you'll know I'm there. I take pics letting you know I came and the time. I make sure to spend time playing with them or petting them if not interested in playing. They don't call me a dog whisperer for nothing. Animals can sense the type of people they are around. I let them know they can trust me. I am currently working for Uber Eats so my schedule is flexible. I am available most any time day or night. Animals are my priority. I live in the country on 7 fenced acres. We have other pets on our property. Therefore, I primarily go to people's homes to provide care.
About: I've taken care of family pets on and off since I was a teenager and currently have a mixed-breed dog named Dolly (who is 2 years old)! As a dog parent myself (especially to a high-energy one), I understand every dog has their own rhythm, preferences, and quirks. Punctuality, clear communication, and always returning your pet happy and exercised, are the main priorities (that's what I would want for Dolly!). With my current work schedule, I'm available for morning (6AM-11AM) and late afternoon/evening walks on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I would usually need at least 2 days notice to schedule. When walking your dog or entering your home, I’ll treat your space with care and respect. Always make sure the leash, harness, or any gates/doors are secured before and after walks! For the first few walks, I’ll take time to build trust and stick to familiar routes to keep a good comfort level. This also includes sharing quick notes and photos during all of our walks. My overall goal is simple: make sure your dog feels safe and is happy from start to finish!

“Brooke is amazing! She is so good with my pups. They are young and maybe a little wild, but Brooke is so patient with them. I have absolutely no worries when they are with her. I think they may enjoy walking with her even more than me! :) Brooke has been flexible and is very dependable. So glad we found her!”

“Hannah took such amazing care of my girl Gracie! She sent pictures and videos every single day while we were gone, and it truly gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell she genuinely loves and cares for the animals she watches. Honestly, it felt like my pup was on vacation too! I appreciate her so much and highly recommend her to anyone needing someone trustworthy and caring for their pets.”

“Kari and the entire family were amazing, as always! They take such good care of our senior kitty, giving her lots of love. And they send us daily updates, which always bring a smile to my face. I highly recommend!”
“Thank you so much for taking care of our dogs on such a short notice! Amazing pictures and updates and dogs look happy and tired from having all the fun! Definitely will be using you guys again.”

“Mary has a great set-up with large, fenced yard. My dog Nova can get separation anxiety, but she was a happy pup when I picked her up after a week of boarding - this tells me her needs were met and she felt comfortable. Great service and daily pics!”

“He was fantastic in keeping me updated with pictures and details about my dog well-being. He was also very flexible with the schedule for drop-offs and pick-ups. He’s super responsive to every massage I send!”

“We’ve used Winston two times (a longer trip and a shorter trip). Our large Golden Doodle has enjoyed his time there and he’s come home happy. Very pleased with Winston’s service!”

“Sandra was amazing! She was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job with our three little girls. I felt completely at ease while I was away! She kept me updated every day with pictures and videos. I would highly recommend her to everyone and would definitely hire her again!”

“I cannot express enough gratitude for the way my Felicity was cared for while I was away. From our very first interaction, I felt seen and understood. She immediately recognized that Felicity is not “just a pet” but truly a member of my family. Her warmth, respect, and attentiveness embraced both my emotions and Felicity’s needs, making me feel completely at peace while traveling. The care and love she gave Felicity went far beyond expectation ( exactly what my heart needed,) honoring her with the dignity, affection, and yhe love she deserves. Truly an incredible experience with someone I wholeheartedly trust. I feel as though I have found my baby’s forever caregiver. A second family I can trust whenever she needs care. ❤️ Don’t stress & book. Your baby will be in the best of hands ❤️”

“Rosie stayed with Tim for a few nights and I know that she was well taken care of. I received plenty of pictures and updates during the stay. Will definitely book again in the future.”

“Kristy was phenomenal with the cats. We received regular updates with cute pictures so we were never worried about how the cats were doing. I would recommend her 100% as so much stress was taken off of us knowing the cats were with a friendly, competent, and all around great pet sitter.”

“Our dog Husker was fortunate to stay with Jerica for 9 days! He appeared happy and tired when we brought him back home. She provided very regular updates which helped us feel relieved about leaving him behind so long. We knew he was in good hands having a good time. We’ve already booked another stay for Husker with Jerica and we are so happy we found a great person who is well prepared to care for him and provide an awesome environment for our dog!!!”

“I highly recommend Candi to watch after your pets! Her setup was great and I got daily updates, and she was very flexible when my schedule changed unexpectedly!! The dogs came home happy and tuckered out from all the fun!!”
