About: I have worked with small dogs and big dogs and nervous dogs- I have owned my own doggo (a shih tzu bichon mix for 10 years) since I rescued her from a poodle shelter. I have worked as an assistant training emotional support animals at a rehabilitation facility (: I would love to hang out with your doggo babies when you need me! I am an early riser and work part-time in pet care. It is my primary job- I have regular clients that are my own aside of rover so my calendar on app may be inaccurate. In the clients home- your pet(s) are my first priority and my second priority is your home. Boarding at my home- your pet is still my first priority! About: I've always had dogs growing up and have 2 now. I have watched my family’s and friends' while they're out of town. I'm familiar with small and large dogs, giving medication, hyper dogs, and slightly aggressive dogs. I work monday - friday, mostly 8-5! About: I grew up in an animal shelter. Sounds crazy right? Well, it's true. My mom has always worked around animals(and still does) so I was always right by her side. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
