About: Hi, I’m Farrah! I’m happy to offer my home as a cozy getaway for your furbaby, complete with plenty of walks, toys, attention, and endless pets while they wait for you to return. I have six years of pet care experience, including nearly two years as a kennel technician in a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I've cared for pets of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets that need extra love. My experience also includes studies in small animal management, veterinary science, equine science, dog grooming and pet first aid. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I work from home full time, so your pets will have lots of attention throughout the day! Between multiple walks, playtime, cuddles, naps, and potty breaks whenever they need them, I make sure every pet feels comfortable, loved, and right at home while they’re with me. In my home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, have access to frequent walks (occasionally walks on nearby trails in the fall weather) and potty breaks, and are always supervised while in my care. I only take a small number of pets at a time so I can make sure each dog feels comfortable, safe, and stress free throughout their stay.

About: I'm an animal lover! I always had animals growing up; having cats & dogs. Also had a guinea pig, a chinchilla, several birds, a turtle, bunnies and bearded dragons. Our furbabies are like our children! I am a professional petsitter, fostering dogs & cats, training them and rescuing animals. Currently, I have 4 cats (mine) & 2 bearded dragons and 1 small dog (mom's). I have experiences with seniors and blind furbabies. I also have experiences dealing with flight risk, severe anxiety pets and oral medication as well as injections. **DROP-IN VISIT** I live in Taylor, I can travel to Hutto, Granger, southeast of GT, East of Round Rock, Thorndale and Coupland. **BOARDING - Requirements: * Non-aggressive/low/medium energy (must be ok with other pets) * 100% house-trained includes trained to not chew on household items * Current on all vaccinations and flea prevention * Male felines must be neutered I ask you to provide food and bedding for your furbabies because every pet is different, has different lifestyles and eating/sleeping habits, toys. I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. Sometimes I will be away for a few hours unless you instruct me for a specific time, such as how long it is ok to leave your pets alone, I will follow your preference. They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. Only time I'll be away is if someone is able to secure an animal, Ill be out for a quick scan for microchip or if I'm scheduled to drop-in to visit other clients' homes. (I want to be transparent about what I do). I know it can be stressful leaving your family member with a stranger, but you can be confident that your furbaby/ies will be treated as one of the family; given plenty of love, hugs, belly scratches, treats, play time and walks during their stay. I have a fenced yard for your pup(s) to explore, do their business, enjoy the fresh air & flirt with the sun, and play fetch. I will send photos and videos of your furbaby having a great time! About: I'm a veterinary technician, I have 20 yrs experience in taking care of dogs and cats. I am CPR certified and I can administer medications if needed. I currently have a 7 month old Australian shepherd who loves to play and can also offer friendship. I've been taking care of my friends and family's pets while they go on vacation since I was 19 yrs old. I'm confident in my ability to take care of dogs. I'm currently not working and staying home with our kids and animals. I walk our dog in the morning then hang out the rest of the day, my kids play with our dog. I live on 5 acres but we have fenced off an area behind our house for our dog and goats. I have a plastic kid pool to help them stay cool in the summer. I typically feed my pets twice a day and a treat mid-day. My house can get pretty loud with my kids yell and screaming when then play. My kids are 10 yr (son) and 9 yrs(daughter) old, I have a husband who loves to play with the kids and dog, it can get a little crazy at our house. I also have a 7 month old mini Australian shepherd, she is a shy girl at first but then gets crazy when she decides she likes you. I have 5 cats some like dogs and some tolerate them and just judge. I also have 2 goats in the backyard, they are very nice but will give a warning if something happens that they don't like. All my pets have vaccines and have been dewormed.

I have a decent sized fenced backyard for your furry friends to explore and run around. The 💩 is picked up as soon as they go potty, to ensure we keep everything as hygienic as possible. There's also a 2 mile jogging track in the neighborhood which I visit every day when taking Yoshi (our dog) for a walk or bike ride. Both of my pets are indoor, so health risks are kept to the minimum.

There are two children in the home, so pets who are okay with kids are preferred! Able to give meds or any other tasks for your pet! I have a large back yard that is fenced in and safe. I am able to use a crate if you would like, but it is not necessary for our home.
