“I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We have used Rover for boarding our dogs while on vacation several times, but I have never had as great an experience as we did with Bekah! Atticus, my mini bernedoodle is always wary of strangers and is usually standoffish when it comes to people, even though he has been well socialized since puppyhood. When we met Bekah, he immediately took to her, letting her love on him and pet him. That is soooo not his usual nature! Throughout our vacation, we received multiple updates along with pics and videos. In just about every video, Atticus was hugging or snuggling with Bekah! Marigold is always an easy lover of humans, so it was no surprise that she was being a loving pup, but I was shocked by Atticus. I guess he knows a good soul! Our babies were well cared for, but more importantly, I felt that they were well loved! We will definitely look forward to our babies staying with Bekah next vacation. About: I have enjoyed my life around numerous animals of all backgrounds. Growing up in the north granted me the privilege of owning huskies and training them for years! Stubbornness is no problem with me. I have experience with working through territorial aggression and severe medical needs. I have been through obedience training with all of my dogs. Tito is our chihuahua who loves other small dogs. Our cats, Binx and Lizzie are tolerant of dogs and are use to having them around. I’m a stay at home mom to three kids. Except for the occasional outing or trip to the grocery store, we are just about always home. We have a very large fenced in back yard, so your pup will have plenty of room to play. You can make an appointment for between the hours of 8am-6pm. Your appointment window cannot be greater than one hour. If you miss your drop off window by more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled, and no refund given. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking up, you will have to reschedule your pickup time, if that means your pet stays another night, then you will be charged for an additional night plus a $30 inconvenience fee. I understand that things happen, and will work with you when unexpected events arise, but I’ve had too many people not respecting my time. I thank you for understanding. (: I follow care instructions completely. I give each animal one on one attention throughout the day. I treat them like they’re one of my kids. About: I've taken care of dogs for about 7 years now. years now. Friends and family have relied on me to care for their pets (cats, dogs, hedgehogs). I've been known to be an animal person and we normally get comfortable with each other very quickly. I promise you, I'll love them like they're my own! :) I work from home which means I am a great person to sit with them all day or take them out on walks around the neighborhood! :) If I’m coming to you, I do my very best to respect your baby’s space and preferences. As much as I want to jump in and give them all the lovins’, I will wait until they are comfortable with me so they're not afraid. If you’re coming to me, we live in a first floor apartment right by the dog park, so, we have easy access for potty time! We also have lots of space to set up beds/food/toys/etc. Dogs are allowed on the couch and, depending on size, we don't mind them in the bed. I do have a dog of my own. Her name is Cleo and she is a small poodle mix. We will also bring her to the meet and greet so that she can be familiar. She can be a little shy, but never mean. She warms up fairly quickly and she's great at making people and other doggos feel welcome and comfortable. In a past life, she was a mama so she is very loving and gentle with puppies.

About: I have worked with small dogs and big dogs and nervous dogs- I have owned my own doggo (a shih tzu bichon mix for 10 years) since I rescued her from a poodle shelter. In the clients home- your pet(s) are my first priority and my second priority is your home. Boarding at my home- your pet is still my first priority! We have 1 budgie, 2 cockatiels, 3 dogs, and 2 kittens!
About: I've always had dogs growing up and have 3 now. I have watched my family and friends' while they're out of town. I'm familiar with small and large dogs, giving medication, hyper dogs, and slightly aggressive dogs. I don't work so my schedule is very open! I am available for both weekdays and weekends and can work with whatever your schedule is. My boyfriend is able to watch our pets which allows me to stay as long as you'll need. I have 3 large dogs and a cat so I'm not able to watch your pets at my house but can make sure they're happy at home while you're away.
About: I've cared for animals from birth to senior care. I hope you'll trust me to care for your pet with the same love and affection that I do my own. I am home and live alone. There are no children here and I am available for constant love, care and affection. I hope you'll trust me to care for your baby as though they're mine, with all consideration that you would hope for. I have a fenced yard on 2.5 acres and I love to work outdoors, gardening, planting saplings, etc. Your pet would be constantly monitored and played with during all hours.

About: I have trained puppies, I also have a senior dog that has arthritis that I make special food for. I have taken care of animals with anxiety and seizures that require medication. I am currently not working so I have plenty of time to play and go for walks. I am available every day but Sunday and can stay overnight. I find it’s easier on the pets to watch them in their own home so they are surrounded by their owner’s smell and in their comfort zone so that it lessens their stress while their family is away.
About: I've had animals since I was a girl and haven't been without a pet since I was 10 years of age. Have had multiple dogs and cats at one time but now down to one 13-yr old male. Will always love and have pets as they are an integral part of my life. I derive much joy from their presence. Daily walks and attention to my own dog and look in on friend's dogs when they're away. My dog has his own bed for daytime but sleeps in my bed at night. I have a good sense about animals and will follow the routine they're used to. About: I grew up in an animal shelter. Sounds crazy right? Well, it's true. My mom has always worked around animals(and still does) so I was always right by her side. Whether it be at animal shelters, helping with adoptions, walking, feeding, giving medications. Anything to be involved ! Then she became a Veterinarian. So of course, when I got old enough, I worked at her clinic. I've truely worked with animals my whole life and have always had animals of my own. I am currently working as an Animal Rescue Coordinator each day but would love to further my pet care business . My fur babies are my children and I treat them as so. You will always be able to find comfort knowing that I will treat your fur babies with the same love and care as my own! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 3 dogs. A few things we love doing are going to the dog park, playing fetch, frisbee, going to the lake to swim, agility, hiking, and of course getting frozen yogurt! I would be more than happy to spend time with your pup doing these things. I'm sure they deserve it! I can't wait to spoil your pup and put your mind at ease knowing he/she is loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Your fur babies deserve the best! I currently work full time in VetMed but I have Fri-Sun off. This is when I’ll offer pet services. I’m hoping to offer full time care eventually. I care for pets in my home as if they were my own. They are allowed on furniture/beds if the owner is okay with this. I have doggy gates for separation of other animals if needed. Pets are never left unattended in my home. If I must leave for any reason, your pet must be kenneled in my home.

About: I have been working part time with Rover for several years. I recently had to put my 13-year-old lab down, so I do not currently have any pets. Animals are the brightest part of our world and nothing makes me happier than spending time with doggies and kitties. I currently volunteer for PALS, a program under Meals on Wheels, that provides food for animals in senior homes. I loved to walk my dog and would be more than happy to provide dog walking services to others on the weekends. I work weekdays, but am available after 5 pm and will work Saturdays, and Sundays. I cannot wait to get started and meet all the sweet babies! I currently work weekdays, but can devote time after work and weekends. I can utilize lunch breaks to check on pets and nights and weekends for more one on one time. I own a home with a fenced in yard for my dog.
