Leaving our Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute for an entire week while we were on a cruise was something I was incredibly nervous about. Throughout the entire seven days, they treated our dogs like members of their own family. They sent us daily updates filled with pictures and videos, which meant the world to us while we were away. It was obvious from every update that they genuinely cared about our dogs and loved them as much as we do. We have 2 large dogs that can be a handful, but she handled them very well and made sure they are always safe, fed, and happy. We received many photos and updates throughout their stay, which made us very happy to see how great they were doing and made us feel more at ease while we were out of state. Miho was also super organized and very communicative, we knew exactly what to bring and how to prepare our pups for their stay. She was also very understanding about our flight back getting delayed.
