She answered any questions very quickly and sent multiple updates and photos on his 3 night stay. “Rudy” is mostly blind as well as deaf, so it’s important that he’s well monitored if outside, and allowed to take his time to learn his surroundings and those within it. Donna was very accommodating, took my pup for long walks everyday and let him adjust. He also has a chronic ear issue and she asked questions about how to care for his ears.
