“Hermun is AWESOME!!! At the last minute, Patsy’s usual sitter had to cancel, and all of my other friends were out of town. Someone suggested Rover, but I had never used it, so I was very nervous about how Patsy would handle staying with a stranger; she is a rescue and often very shy around new people. At our first meet and greet, however, Patsy immediately warmed up to Hermun and Max. Hermun was very welcoming, asked me about Patsy, and took the time to show me around her place, so I could see where Patsy would be spending her weekend. I left our first meeting feeling much more comfortable with the whole process. Hermun was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, and sent numerous pictures of Patsy over the course of her stay; Patsy looked relaxed and happy in all of them. “Robert & Marisa were absolutely the best sitters Lillybelle’s had. We were out of the country on vacation for twelve days. This was the longest we’ve had a sitter for her, and I was nervous about leaving her with someone that long. They arranged a meet and greet so Lillybelle could check it out and meet their sweet dog, Goldie. Marisa was very kind, reassuring, and answered all my fur baby mom questions. During our trip, “Mr. Bob”, sent messages and photos of her living her best “vacation” life. I really appreciated it, and it helped me feel at ease. I truly felt he cared for her like is own. When our flight home was delayed, he was very understanding and even offered to keep her another night if it would make it easier on us although it wasn’t needed. I highly recommend this sitter, and we will use them again. Lillybelle loved her time with Mr. Bob.”
