“I was very lucky to find Sofia to watch my puppy Ruby. I could tell from the pictures she sent that Ruby was being taken care of quite well and that they had a lot of fun together. Normally when Ruby is with someone else in a strange environment, she doesn't eat normally, but judging by what was left over, she pretty much ate normally. I will definately ask Sofia to watch Ruby the next time I go on vacation and need a dog sitter.”

All I can say is wow! What a reassuring, comforting, & incredible experience I had with Jennifer and her sweet family. This was my first time using Rover and trusting a family with my little Archie. I was hesitant and nervous as I was going to be away for 9 days. Jennifer made me feel at peace knowing Archie would be in her care. Throughout my time away, she communicated with me, sent me photos, and loved on my pup. I was almost nervous that Archie would want to stay with her family, lol! My fur baby had another great stay with Nicole! Nicole was super accommodating with my stay request. And as I experienced before she was, prompt with responding, great communication and shared photo updates. I definitely plan to book with Nicole again in the future.
Matt did an amazing job with my mini poodle. He responded quickly, was very friendly, and was flexible when I had family circumstances preventing me from picking up my dog on the initial intended date. He sent me lots of updates and pictures since it was my first time using the platform, and my sweet baby girl seemed like she really enjoyed herself. I would 100% recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Liliana was absolutely amazing! She had excellent communication from start to finish and kept me updated with messages and pictures of Nala throughout her stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious that Nala was well cared for and loved. When I picked her up, she smelled amazing and looked so happy! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We were unsure about leaving him overnight as we've only done that once when he was a pup (he's now 7) but they made him (and us) feel at ease and treated him like their own. Michael was amazing. We have had many rovers in Tampa and he was one of the best by far. He watched our dog over the Fourth of July for 10 days when our dog hates fireworks and he took such good care of him and made him so comfortable. He was so communicative and sent awesome pictures every day. We are so grateful for the care he provided and will definitely be using him again.
