It was a last-minute extended stay and she made me feel comfortable, squeezing a meet & greet, and thought of every detail as I scrambled & dealt with the emotions of leaving my dog. She provided constant updates, pictures & videos which meant the world during my time away. Although there was a tiny incident, I feel the need to mention only because her professionalism, care, thought, quick-action, communication, and readiness was handled so well!
