“This was my first time using rover and let me tell you: I had a very positive experience 🫶 Both Josh and his wife watched Bruno for a week and treated Bruno like part of their family. Initially, I was worried about leaving Bruno with another family but on day one after getting updates and photos, I knew he was in the right hands. Bruno even seemed a little sad to be leaving his new friends 🥺 They communicated with me all week and most days I got photos and videos🤍 I truly appreciated them giving Bruno all the love and attention he normally receives at home with us. Bruno was even allowed to sleep with them and hang out on the couch! And I know he loved their backyard and their dog. Thank you thank you to them for keeping my Bruno safe and loved! 🤞🤍 Would book again and would recommend to anyone! 🫂”

“I was very pleased with Haley's care of Mika. When I left her, she was having a bout of collapsed trachea and coughing a lot, so I was a bit worried. Haley administered her medicine, and she hasn't coughed once since I brought her home. Besides that, Haley was very business-like about the details of having Mika and her stuff ready at the time I was to pick her up. I especially appreciated the photos and updates.”

“Kory had quite an unfortunate situation with our dogs!! One of my Boxers had an adverse reaction to a relatively new medication, and had to be taken to urgent care at 3am (the night before Thanksgiving). Kory was a total pro, from his communication, to his keen attention to the medication label & listed side effects. He reacted quickly, he put the dog's needs first in what I'm sure was an overwhelming and scary situation. We were completely stressing out since we had traveled away and only got the messages the next morning, but he made sure to send pictures, give us updates and call with news. It was not a good time for anyone, so if he decides to keep dog-sitting (hopefully!), I would trust him 100% with your pups, cause it was obvious he cared throughout.”

“The home looked like a very thoughtful and clean space for pups. He had plenty of dog beds of different sizes , space for dogs to walk around , and a fenced yard. I didn’t have any issues and the clear communication took a lot of weight off my shoulders . Blu came home happy, content, and seemed like he felt at home there - he wasn’t in a rush to leave or anxious when I picked him up . Would recommend to anyone!”
