I could tell she really cared and made sure both dogs were comfortable and happy. She was also flexible with drop off and pickup times, which I really appreciated. Normally when Ruby is with someone else in a strange environment, she doesn't eat normally, but judging by what was left over, she pretty much ate normally. I will definately ask Sofia to watch Ruby the next time I go on vacation and need a dog sitter.”

When I was dropping off my dog, he made sure that my dog had the items my dog needed for her stay and offered his resources if I had missed items for my dog. During her stay, I asked him questions about how my dog was doing and he replied very quick and sent me updates and pictures of how my dog is doing. Windell offered his help upon picking up my dog and debriefed me about Butter’s stay. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my dog! :)”

She has a great back yard which is protected and gated allowing Macie to enjoy the outdoors. I will absolutely rely on Hermun and Riley for future visits.”
