I currently volunteer at the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center, where I work hands-on with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages. Whether in my home or yours, I provide attentive, safe, and loving care tailored to each dog’s needs. IIiana was an amazing sitter. She always responded in a timely fashion. She also was very proactive with updates using photos and videos. I would highly recommend her and use her in the future!
Iliana was very reliable and my dog seemed to be very pleased. I am very appreciative that I was able to find a pet sitter that was reliable and trustworthy to be inside my home. This was my first experience using Rover and Iliana. I will be requesting her services in the future.
I had to do a very last-minute booking, but she was very accommodating and eased a lot of anxiety. I had about the long workday ahead. She was so kind to all of my dogs and spoke very highly about them which made my day! I will definitely use her again in the future!
Iliana took very good care of my baby girl. She kept the house clean, communicated with me daily, and followed the instructions I left. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous to trust a stranger but I was pleased with the outcome and would use Iliana again.
Iliana was friendly and kind to my dog, but unfortunately my experience wasn't what I expected. On both visits, I booked and paid for a 30-minute walk, yet my dog was only walked for about 15 minutes each time. Additionally, after the second walk, Iliana remained inside my home for approximately 20 minutes after the walk had ended. She didn't leave until I messaged to ask if she was still there. I was never given an explanation for why she stayed, which made me uncomfortable. I have no way of knowing what she was doing during that time. I appreciate that she was pleasant, but based on my experience, I can't recommend booking if you're expecting the full service you've paid for.

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I work in delivery, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This allows me to be available at almost any time of the day. I do prefer morning appointments, but I’m always willing to adjust to meet each pet’s needs and ensure they receive the best care possible.

In my home, pets enjoy a spacious and secure backyard where they can relax and play comfortably. They sleep inside the house with all the care and comforts they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I adapt to the services they request — whether it’s stopping by once or twice a day for feeding and walks, or staying overnight to ensure their pet feels safe, calm, and well cared for.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and mentally stimulated! Depending on their energy level and personality, I enjoy taking them on walks, playing fetch in the yard, practicing simple training games, or exploring new smells on short adventures. For more relaxed pets, I offer gentle playtime, belly rubs, and plenty of cuddles. My goal is always to make their time with me fun, engaging, and comforting.

- It’s important for me to know anything that helps me give your pet the best care possible. This includes their temperament, any anxiety or reactivity triggers, medical conditions, medications, feeding schedule, favorite activities, and any routines or rules you follow at home. The more I know in advance, the more comfortable, safe, and happy your pet will be while they’re with me.
