Everything went great; Matt was very friendly, great communication and I appreciated all the photos he sent of Ryder while i was away. We also did a meet and greet beforehand which was helpful. My dog also gets insulin plus medication and Matt had no problem handling it all. We’ll definitely use Matt again. Thank you!!”

She would send me daily pictures and was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. I wasn’t worried about Macie’s happiness or safety. She has a great back yard which is protected and gated allowing Macie to enjoy the outdoors. I will absolutely rely on Hermun and Riley for future visits.”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life with my own fur baby. She is very friendly towards other animals and usually lets other dogs be more dominant. Live right next to a dog park and Willow would love to play with your dog there! I work from home so I am very flexible with care. Whether it’s walks, feeding, or play schedule,I am available to make it happen. Let me know what your preferences are. Willow is fed and walked in the morning and at night. Pets are allowed in the bed and on furniture. We frequent dog parks as she likes to play with other animals vs chase balls.

All I can say is wow! What a reassuring, comforting, & incredible experience I had with Jennifer and her sweet family. This was my first time using Rover and trusting a family with my little Archie. I was hesitant and nervous as I was going to be away for 9 days. Jennifer made me feel at peace knowing Archie would be in her care. Throughout my time away, she communicated with me, sent me photos, and loved on my pup. I was almost nervous that Archie would want to stay with her family, lol! I’m so grateful to have met such a special family with the biggest hearts who I will trust going forward. I know Archie already misses them & will be excited to see them again. - Nina :)
This was my first time using Rover, and Catherine far exceeded my expectations! She agreed to a meet and greet with my pup and me before boarding started, and I could immediately feel her warmth (and my pup felt comfortable too). We were unsure about leaving him overnight as we've only done that once when he was a pup (he's now 7) but they made him (and us) feel at ease and treated him like their own. Michael was amazing. We have had many rovers in Tampa and he was one of the best by far. He watched our dog over the Fourth of July for 10 days when our dog hates fireworks and he took such good care of him and made him so comfortable. He was so communicative and sent awesome pictures every day. We are so grateful for the care he provided and will definitely be using him again.
Carlee was so accommodating when our boarding plans fell through last minute. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions since this was our first experience using Rover. I received daily pictures and updates and knew she was in good hands. I will absolutely be booking with Carlee again!
Katie was amazing! I was so afraid to leave Elvis at someone else's house/with someone he doesn't know but she gave my little guy the 5-star treatment and made sure he was comfortable the whole time! She asked great, thorough questions about his routine/any special needs/etc at the meet-and-greet which was a big green flag. She also sent lots of photos and updates during his stay, and made sure he had everything he needed before I dropped him off. Her pups were extremely friendly and got along great with Elvis, who can be quite shy at first. She has a beautiful, clean home with a nice big backyard that Elvis loved to hang out in. I will be using Katie for all future stays for Elvis and would 100% recommend (coming from an anxious dog mom!).
